- Q: Hi there! Okay, I'm doing a square cross stitch design, and at the moment its in an oval frame to keep it tight. But eventually when its finished I'm going to want to frame it, and when I remove the oval, there's going to be the oval crease in it. So how can I combat this? Do I just continue stitching inside the oval until I can't anymore, remove it, do the rest of the design and then iron it afterwards? In the instructions it has got how to press it, face down with the iron on medium, but I just thought I'd double check so I don't make a mess of it in the end. Thanks a lot in advance! :)

So if you just want to tone your body and build a moderate amount of sculpted muscle to your chest, do push-ups. But if you want to beef up, do bench presses in addition.
- Q: Hi,Last year I got a garlic press from William Sonoma. I hate it! It is so hard to clean and just smushes the garlic. I want to know, what is a really good garlic press that will give me nice pieces of garlic and will clean very easily?Do you have a website? Do you have a link?Alot of the ones they have out now don't clean up well, ie you can never get the garlic out of the press. - the best garlic press in my opinion is a chef's knife. Lay it flat and give it a good whap with the heel of your hand, and the garlic is bruised so all the flavor is exposed. A quick rough chop and you're done. Only thing that will work better, again in my opinion, is a microplane grater or as I like to call it, a finger shortener.
