- Q:I have a machine where you can do a lot of workouts. One is where you are sitting and have one bar on each side of you that you push forward, like if you are bench pressing, only sitting up. Does this work out the same muscles as lying on back and is it easier. People ask me how much I bench and I can do 200 sitting but have no idea how much I could do laying.
- If you max out with 200 lbs on the seated press you won't be able to do that amount with free weights. You gain more balance from balancing the weights and the nautilus cuts down some of the work your muscles have to do to push, balance, and lower the weight. You should invest in a flat bench and a barbell. Or if you lift alone I recommend dumbbells. Your pecs will get a better workout.

- Well a hard press just temporarily straightens your hair where as a relaxer permanently straightens it. So since you only got your hair press, your hair is likely to absorb moisture and puff up. So try to avoid water, rain, sweating, humidity(hot weather) and steam from the shower (you have to tie your hair up). But those are all preventative measures and it seems like the damage has already been done. You probably need to run through it again with a flat iron.
- Q:My uncle used to be a body builder and remains as a very fit person at the age of 57. He is getting me into lifting and I am buying a ez curl bar and dumbell weight set with collars (so useful) and I am wondering if I put a mat down on my basement floor if I could floor press with an ez curl bar? - Why don't you ask your Uncle? Yes, you can press with an EZ curl bar but you'll want to keep your grip wide, beyond the bends in the bar. You can also press with dumbells..and you can do flys with them as well. Only you can know how safe it is. I can't know how you're training, so I can help you with safety. Just be careful and see if you can get a bench. You're going to need one. Good luck and good health!! ?

- No Pressed powder is very lightweight you can add concealer and pressed powder to cover acne on your face this will be better will make your skin look perfect not cakey.
- Q:what is the minimum amount of weight that a 6 foot tall, 160 pound 14 year old boy should be able to bench press?
- What do you mean by minimum? The minimum to avoid being made fun of? The minimum to be considered strong? I would say a beginning goal of a healthy young man would be to do their body weight, so 160 pounds. When I first started bench pressing at around 15 years old, I think I weighed about 150 and ended up doing around 180-185 at the end of the school year. I was naturally strong though, so that may have been above average. Keep working hard and challenging your muscles, and you'll be worrying about maximums instead of minimums!

- It’s a tough situation. Is the press a mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic? In all cases, solution will be in releasing pressure between punch and die set. Think and act accordingly Also you may try these If mechanical kind: Reverse the locking key and jerk move flywheel in opposite direction manually If tool is clamped over a parallel block: try to forcibly remove them If done rightly neither machine nor tool can get damaged Prevention hint: Never overload the machine capacity
