- picking depends on weather, morning with no dew is best i think. have supplies ready for pressing before you pick, so they don't wilt. you need: a thick book, napkins or paper towels, a flat surface and a brick or something heavy. next, lay flowers out on paper inside a page thinly and not piled on top of each other, go like ten pages and repeat, making sure paper covers both sides of flowers. they will dry in a sunny spot in about 2 weeks this way. if needed sooner, put between paper towels and waxed paper on outside, use low iron, no steam, then press in book for few days. use modge-podge glue/sealer to cover card-stock paper, press flowers down into glue, then let dry. you may need to weigh the corners down. repeat after dry to seal. your card should be beautiful. no need for a kit! you can sprinkle some glitter dust on top before 1st layer dries, or glimmer mist after dried. i have never tried to write on leaf but they get very brittle after dried, so try before? have fun!
- Q: Hey ^_^I am looking for some good, light-shaded pressed powder that has good coverage and isn't cakey/chalky. I am very pale so brands that have pale shades would be good for me and I do have a few blemishes but not major so good coverage would be needed. My one at the minute is quite cakey and you can easily see the powder so I would like one that is good at blending in. I live in the UK so please don't suggest ones that can be only found in walmart or another american shop but if it's online and the shipping is cheap, I could probably get it. Last of all, not something major expensive as powder only lasts me a couple of months as I have oily skin, not majorly though.Thank you ^_^

- Starting strength by Mark rippetoe. Its very simple really. workout A: squat 3 x 5 reps. shoulder press 3 x 5 reps. deadlift 1 x 5 reps. workout B: squat 3 x 5 reps. chest press 3 x 5 reps. bent over rows 3 x 5reps. Alternate the workouts with one day rest between them. Do a proper warm up for exercise and then use you're maximum weight possible for them the 5 reps. The next workout you add a small amount of weight onto each one. You keep adding weight everytime unless you gets reps like 5, 3, 2, or something, if you're total reps for the 3 sets are below 12 then reduce the weight that you add the next time. Try this for a month and you will see a great improvement in all the big lifts.

- try dumbbells bench presses, or incline, Switch up your routine, because every different bench press works the muscle a different way. Never do 10 reps. If you can do 10 reps with that weight, step up until you can only do 6 reps, then 3 or 4. Do about 3 sets. What you can also do is, start your weight at 180, and work your way down in weight but higher in reps.

- Actually for a good regular bench press your hands should be placed like so: your thumbs should be just outside your shoulders on the bar, not way out on the bar. When you bring the bar down you want to pretty much touch right at or just below your nipples, and when you push the bar you want to push up and toward your head. This way you get the full extent of the workout. As for close grip bench, there are several ways to do this. With a regular bar you would want to place your hands about 2 fist lengths away from each other toward the middle of the bar. When you bring the bar down you want to keep your elbows close to your body touching your chest just below the nipples, again pushing up and toward your head on the way back up just like regular bench. I also like to use a curl bar for close grip bench, because it has a bend in the bar where you can make sure your grip is in the same place every time. Hope that helps!
