Conventionally, the discharge of domestic sewage in the construction basement, when sewage is unable to flow into sewage pipeline by gravity itself, there shall be provided with sewage collecting basin and sewage pump to discharge it to outdoor manhole. But this type of sewage discharge embodies many drawbacks in practical application, such as dirt easily deposited and clogged, need of regular manual cleaning, sewage pump often blocked and damaged by impurities, pollution to ambient environment by the foul smell during cleaning, and so on. Therefore, this type of sewage discharge has been proven nonideal.

WQP sewage powerful discharge equipment is a new generation product developed by our technical R&D personnel. It takes into consideration of the practical application conditions on site and focuses on the objectives to be economical, practical, environmental friendly and highly effective. It uses its filtration function to make the impurities and solid particles contained in sewage well stopped in impurity depositing chamber. When the water level inside collector tank reaches the preset level for pump start, sewage pump will be started to discharge the water in tank and the impurities in depositing chamber together into outdoor manhole. When the water level inside collector tank reaches the preset level for pump stop, sewage pump will stop. Here, a cycle of sewage discharge is completed. Every time in the process of discharge, the impurities inside depositing chamber can be cleared once. This has avoided impurity deposit and regular manual cleaning. As impurity does not go through the sewage pump, so that there cannot be any damage to pump caused by clogging. This equipment has been greatly favored by both new and regular customers.

Features:

Outstanding discharge capacity and no clogging. The sewage doesn't go through the impeller of sewage pump and there cannot be any clogging in sewage pump. This can lengthen the service life of pump. Besides, the discharge diameter is not limited by the size of impeller passage, and the maximum diameter of sewage can reach the 80% of the diameter of discharge pipeline. Environmental protection and no pollution. As sewage is stored and discharged under enclosed state, there will be no overflowing and foul smell, and no pollution to the ambient environment. In domestic sewage discharge pipeline, one-way valve can effectively resist the backflow of foul smell. . Free from cleaning. Sewage and dirt are firstly separated and then discharged together through back flushing function. Every time the equipment runs, dirt will be discharged once. Meanwhile, water tank can be cleaned once by self-flushing function. This has really realized the effect to be free from deposit and cleaning, and has greatly reduced the labor and expenses of daily maintenance. . Improvement of utilization rate in constructions. Products are designed with compact structure, elegant profile, small occupation space for easy installation and less space, which has greatly reduced the expenses of operation and civil engineering. . Automatic control system. The system is provided full-automatic control, manual/automatic switchover, timed alternated operation of primary and auxiliary pumps, automatic startup on high and low water level, failure warning, etc., which is suitable for building automation design. In addition, man-machine interface can be provided upon request to carry out visualized remote regulation, monitoring and maintenance.

Q: My dad bought a boat this winter and when we got it we watched the guy winterize it. He was doing this white it was running on muffs. We got the boat to run today (on muffs) but no water was coming out the pee hole. This is the first boat we have owned. We are rookies. We also don't to take it to a dealer. Is there anything we're doing wrong? I don't know for sure what year the motor is i think a 1900 something. It is 90 horse.
Don't panic yet. Sometimes the tell-tale is clogged. Do you get water out the exhaust? If so it is pumping. Try putting a utility air nozzle to the tell-tale and giving it a puff.
Q: I have a Honda 20003 bf15 d short shaft Ineed to change the water pump I have removed the 5 bolts that hold the lower unit it on but the shifter is steal hooked up how doI unhook that?
Please get the workshop manual. From an imperfect memory it should be in forward gear to expose a link - but I could be confusing it with other brands. This brand has a known issue with the water pump if ever run dry as both the impellor and the housing can be damaged instantly. The pump should always be replaced as a full assembly, housing, seals and impellor, as detritus can easily block water galleries and that requires extensive work to remediate. The thermostat should be checked and replaced at the same time. Worn and damaged impellor material can easily end up through the block, head, thermostat etc. and that must be checked for as well. The lower cylinder can be down on compression caused by local overheating due to this and mud, sand and corrosion reducing water flow. An engine that very much must be flushed and looked after after all use - that includes all the larger models with this brand. They are quite a good engine, but seem very heavy for the output to me - particularly compared to lifting a two stroke on and off....
Q: I found a small submersible water pump for pond decorations or birdbaths in my garage. It's about the size of three decks of cards stacked on top of each other. Would there be any harm/benefit of putting this into a 55 gal fw community tank?
No it should be no problem , but run it in the water before you put in the aquarium ..To clean out the pump..
Q: I just replaced my water pump.fixed.. A week later I've been noticing he might of over filled it because.were the coolant goes.steam comes.out.the little.while plus water.. And.before.I.started my.car I noticed.it was all empty now and my.engine sounds like a mini diesel when it runs.. What's the deal? And I.already filled it up with coolant again
Anytime you replace your water pump. You should replace the thermostat and gasket. Also check the upper and lower radiator hoses to see if either one of them are collapsed. It wouldn't hurt to replace the radiator cap.
Q: We recently fixed our stone water fountain, and now we're trying to get it working. THe pump we had was about 5 yrs old, and didn't work. We've tried to get a new one online, but it only had one inlet for the water to go into the pump, and that got clogged in a matter of about 5 minutes. Since our garden has many trees, it's almost impossible for us to keep the fountain 100% clean all the time to prevent clogging. Anybody know where to get a pump for a 15gal fountain, that has multiple inlets?
fountains are us
Q: The pump works and water goes to the house from the reserve tanks but there can be long delays before it cuts in after mains pressure is lost. After it stops the pressure gauge falls back slowly to zero. Pressure vessel is a sphere has a valve on top. Any suggestions ?
Sorry I don't know the Espa make but the theory is the same...if the pressure falls once the pump stops, that sounds like a leak in the lines somewhere (most probably the foot valve needs repacement.the fact that the pressure falls to 0 lbs would mean either that the pressure switch is not set properly or it also needs replacement.normal settings for household systems are either cut in at 20lb cut out at 40lbs or cut in at 30lbs and cut out at 50lbs.Check your pressure tank if its got a bladder it should be pressurized to 2lbs below cut in pressure this should be done with the pump off and no water pressure.IF your tank is a non bladder model empty it completly and then prime and restart the pump.
Q: Hi! I need to find out what kind of water pump I need to buy for an 1978 Swinger RV we just bought to refurbish. I've searched the internet, but nothing seems to tell me what kind I need.
sarah, okorder and they can help u...but i'm sure sureflo sells the pump u need as its virtually universal. if its the engines water pump then we need to know who made the chassis; dodge or gm. under the hood in the front should be a metal tag saying dodge/fargo or general motors... if its a dodge, the only 2 engine choices for a motorhome are the 360 and the 440. the 360 has the distributor at the back of the motor straight up and the 440 has the distributor in the front of the motor tilting at about a 30* angle towards the pass side. if its a gm, there are 3 motor sizes possible; the 350/400 and the 454. the 350/400 has 4 bolt valve covers and the 454 has 7 bolt valve covers. hope this helps.
Q: As a fact; I must remove the timing belt in order to remove both camshaft sprockets, then the metal timing belt cover which cover partially the water pump.My main question: Do I have to lift the engine and remove the two water pump studs- Which normally holding the right engine mounting. And where I can rent ,or buy a camshaft locking tool with low price
Yes, I have done at least 100 of these water pumps. You are correct, remove the timing belt, cam gears and rear cover is the easiest route. I have done them without removing the rear metal shield all the way, and only removing the front cam gear as well. You can remove the front cam gear, and all 6 bolts to the rear shield and shift the cover enough to get the pump out from behind the cover. You shouldn't need to remove the water pump studs, but if you do get a set of stud removers. I bought a set from snap on for around $50 or so years ago. Sears also sells a set. You don't need a cam locking tool. You can make one out of a bar with two bolts through it to stop cam from rotating while you loosen the 17mm nut on the cam gear. I usually just use an impact gun on the bolt, and no tool is needed to hold it. Remember, the 1MZ-FE engine is an interference engine, and the timing belt must be aligned perfectly or the pistons WILL hit valves and engine will self destruct. If you are near ILlinois I can help with repairs if needed.
Q: Water is leaking from the front of my car, on the right where the radiator is located. only thing is that its not leaking a lot, just a little.... but people keep telling me that my timing belt is going to go out and that i will be stranded!. i will like to know the cost of both the water pump and timing belts for my 2001 PT Cruiser please.
A suggestion. If your car is around 70,000 to 100,000 miles then you should change the timing belt. If it breaks, it will leave you stranded, and cost you more because the engine may be damaged. (girlfriend ignored the warning and it cost her $1000 in engine parts - I was the free labor!) Because the timing belt runs the water pump, most mechanics recommend changing the water pump at the same time, the water pump does not cost that much more. Parts and labor for this cost about $700 to $1000, sometimes it costs a bit more because the idler pulley is worn and must be replaced also. As for your leak, it would be best to have the cooling system pressure tested to find the spot of the leak. If its sometime other than the water pump, you'll be glad you found it early. Good luck.
Q: 3 months ago I had to replace the water pump on my Jeep (for $600!!!). Now I have leaking again and they are telling me that I need a new radiator. I'm wondering how did they know I needed a water pump last time (it was leaking just like now) and not a new radiator like they're saying this time? I know nothing about anything, and I feel like I'm not informed enough to know what they're really doing. Is this common?
Could be both. The water pump may have been leaking. Did the leak stop after the work was done? If so then it was leaking. The radiator may just have lived out it's life. Corrosion will eventually cause these types of things. I don't know where you're located but $600 for a water pump is a rip off. Maybe you went to the dealer? If it's not under a warranty and you're not buying a new one the jeep does not belong at the dealership. I recently did my water pump on my 94. $100 including new hoses and about 45 minutes. So even parts mark up and $60 labor should have been about $210 or so. For the radiator they are about $150 again depending on where you are. See if you can get a 3 core. More cooling capacity almost the same price. If you're around Maryland e-mail me and I can help you do it yourself.
