- If it fits in your kitchen sink or the bath tub, ,Then put it in a little at a time, Start by wetting the first part of it, and using a scrubbing brush, and brush it brush it up and across, clean the brush of all the hair. and proceed to put the next part of it in the sink, and continue, this procedure . Once you have done the whole rug,Now use dawn or any detergent to clean it, Roll it up and stand it up to let the water drain from it. Then hang it out or put it in the dryer. When dry take a piece of large tape and go over the rug to remove any hair that is left.

- First, the 140 sq meters of floor can be cateogrized into three categories: 1 - area covered by exactly one rug 2 - area covered by exactly two rugs 3 - area covered by exactly three rugs. If the combined area of the three rugs is 200 sq meters, and you are only covering 140 sq meters of floor, then 200 - 140 = 60 sq meters must be overlapped (meaning it is covered by either 2 or three rugs). Now since you say that 24 sq meters is covered by exactly two rugs, that means that the area covered by three rugs is 60 - 24 sq meters = 36 sq meters covered by three rugs. Hope this helps.

- I suggest...brushing it/raking it. Sounds weird but back in the 70's when shag rug was in, raking was introduced to the carpets. If you rake it, it combs the direction of the carpet, but also pulls materials in from deep within the carpet. If this doesn't work...try a lint brush with teeth. Not a roller that picks up sticky stuff.

- The cheapest way to clean a rug is clean it yourself using rug cleaner or you can rent a rug cleaner from one of the grocery stores for a couple of hours. If you hire a professional it will cost too much.

- I once got a nasty vomit stain in my oatmeal color carpets, I tried to clean it with regular Resolve but it didn't work. In desperation, knowing that dishwasher detergent is excellent to remove grease stains in white clothing, I used it on the carpet, and Eureka!!!!!, the stain disappeared completely. So, I decided to try using dishwashing detergent instead of the regular carpet detergent solution in the carpet cleaning machine and my carpets returned to it's original gorgeous color and all stains were gone. The carpets not only were cleaner, they smelled wonderful. Another good point of using dishwashing detergent is that is very low suds so it leaves no residue.

- The best product is goo gone it works on carpet and gets ALL stains out, it is very good! Look it up online. You could also try oxi clean which works vry well, but id stick with goo gone is they are very deep stains.
