- Yuck! I don't know what all you've tried, but I would start with something simple like Febreeze. You can saturate the area with Febreeze, and after it dries see what it smells like. I'm assuming you've washed the cover from the cushions ... if Febreeze doesn't work, you might consider getting replacement cushions. You can get them really cheap at some discount warehouse stores. Then, just put your covers back on the new ones.

- She doesn't get a No Fee Passport as she is not an American Citizen. You need to contact the Korean Embassy/Consulate and request information on getting the necessary visa for her to be in Korea. It can require the Orders stating she has command sponsorship, her passport, marriage certificate as well. When that visa is granted she can fly to Korea after going through immigration and have her passport stamped. When that is done the paperwork is then submitted to have it changed to a SOFA stamp.
