THANKKKKS.: Things okorder * When you purchase the wood for the chair, remember that you will need thicker, rounder pieces of wood for the legs, flatter pieces for the back (the thickness will depend on your preference) and thinner, flatter pieces for the seat. * When deciding how thick a piece of wood you will use for the back, remember that the seat will slope back, allowing for a three-fourths inch to one-inch “drop” between the very back of the seat and the seat back. Therefore, you do not want your seat back to be so thick as to “throw off” the slope of the seat.

To get a quality set that will last for years, I would check out Pier 1 Imports, Crate and Barrel, or Pottery Barn. Most of these stores are now marking off patio furniture, as the season is ending. Even so, the shipping prices can get ya if you have to shop online at these stores. If you're a bit strapped for cash, check Wal-Mart (though they might be short in the outdoor furniture department past the month of July). If you're lucky, you may be able to find a set at an estate or garage sale (where my family was able to find an outdoor table and chair set). Also, there's a secondhand furniture store in my area, so if there is a similar outfit near you, I'd give it a look; you never know what you might be able to find.

Stores like Staples, office depot, walmart. Are not good at warranty replacements if you have any problems such as the cylinder going out on the chair. We sell chairs I can get you a chair for the price you are looking for but you would have to pay shipping if you are outside of IN, MI, KY, IL, OH, or WV. If you are in those states I can set you up with retailer who can get you a great chair for the price you are looking for. By the way you can go real cheap closer to your $50 or under $50 but it will break or get flat with in a year and you will be buying a new chair. Or hating that one sooner than later. I see it way to often. I would suggest getting something closer to your $125. even just under $100. They are no signatures or dates on it.: Hotel chairs are usually mass produced, so there will be thousands of them, unless they were custom to that hotel, then there were only a few. Further research will give you some sort of an answer. Or, find a high end antique store and ask their opinion as to the uniqueness of the chair.
