Q: I just got a new chair for my computer, Its the kind that spins.He's terrified of the chair!How can you make a cat stop being scared of a chair?: I'm guessing he(?) saw it spin and maybe thought of it as something predatory. What I'd do is hold your cat closely in your arms, talking in soft tones and petting him/her then walk slowly to the chair, sit down with your cat still in your arms and just hold him for awhile, then let the chair slowly turn back and forth and just keep talking to him, holding him. After awhile he/she will be more curious than scared; then soon after that he/she will be leaving hair all over your chair and you will have to move him/her to use your computer (like I do!) lol. Q: I want to reupholster my dining room chairs. I haven't found a website that shows how to with the style of chair I have. Here is a link to a similar style: I have never reupholstered that type of chair, but it looks like the method is to take the seat and the back off of the frame, recover them and replace the padding if necessary, and then reassemble them to the frame. I would try squirting him/her with a water bottle - that seems to work well. There are several other options...check with your vet or at the pet store.

You can't find comfort in a store catalog book, you have to physically give the chair a try out as everyone's comfort zone is different depending on your size and mechanics of using a computer..

Q: Im looking for a good gaming chair that swivels and can be wheeled around with arm rests and be around $150: Any good office furniture store like Staples, Office max..etc will have chairs. its best to try before you buy find one the feels comfortable for you. I always have problems with a chair that has arm rests as they dint go under my pull-out keyboard draw when the chair is set to a comfortable height. I made a U shaped desk for myself so the desk has the arms . this made a solid platform for my arm and mouse on one side and arm and Logitech G13 gaming key pad on the other so arm rests were not needed. A good executive hi back chair with lumbar support works for me.

Q: What is the difference between wheel chair accessible cabins on cruises and non-wheel chair accessible?My partner and I are not handicap and I have been assigned a room that is wheel chair accessible.Can I ask the cruise line to change the room? Or it is not that bad?: No, you don't need to change it, it will be fine. It only means that the door openings might be a little wider to accommodate a wheelchair going through, especially in the bathroom, there wont be any steps inside, and their probably will be a handle in the shower stall. Other than that I cant think of what else might be different, but you don't need to change your room.

There is a piece of paper glued to the bottom indicating it was produced sometime around 1750. the name Armstrong is stamped into the bottom of the chair. I am looking for any information on this particular chair or manufacturer.: is it African wood? Is it upholstered?? If so, it could be worth about $500+ depending on the condition - try eBay or goggle to see if you can find any antique dealers, or call your local antique shops, If it's an Armstrong chair, it's worth something - if the paper is a signature, it's probably made by the craftsman whose name was Armstrong - Is it a scrolly stamp?

Also, how many people do you know that have backed out of their garage w/o using the door opener remote control?: Plastic tips won't save damage to your flooring..I suggest you use the sticky felt things you can buy anywhere, but they have to be replaced every once in a while...also, you have to watch if there is a lot of scratchy dirt around your table, then it can get under the felt pads and mark the floor. I have high end hardwood flooring throughout my home...I have felt pads under everything....and they work really well, but can be a pain sometimes because I have cats and a dog. Just vacuum your floors often and enjoy the wood. Oh, and I know of no one who has back out of their garage without openning the door...that is what mirrors and eyes are for..looking...do not get into a car with that person!!!!
