- Unbolted - you and the chair experience equal but opposite force and you move slowly and the chair (less mass) quickly. If the chair is bolted down it may be considered to be part of the shuttle - so you are pushing on the shuttle - wich receives force and accelerates as before until you strike the wall of the shuttle and the acceleration is reversed

- Q: I am looking to replace the office chair I have in my bedroom. I want something comfortable and under $100. Preferably something I can slouch in. I'm lazy and plan on spending a lot of time in it.
- A okorder /.. and it's actually pretty damn comfy and allows for decent lounging. Nothing beats a good butterfly chair though.
- Q: My mother has an old rocking chair that i think had a woven seat cushion on it yrs ago, but it has since been ripped off during yrs of storage and use. I want to try to fix the chair so she can sit in it again, but im not sure sure how to weave, it sounds complicated, so im looking for some easy fixes to put a seat on the chair. Any ideas would be helpful.
- Do this only if you are sure she likes the rocker. Some rockers dont rock well - you want to make sure she really liked the chair first. You can buy pre-woven cane chair seat. Google for directions. Or ask for help at a craft store if you have one near ( Michael's ie) I think you can cut it to the size of the hole in the chair and then tap a bead cord into the groove ( if there is one) around it to set it in. I have looked at chairs like this before, and I LOVE old rockers. I would consider cutting a piece of lauan ( somewhat flexible) and padding it with batting from Walmart, then covering it with a pretty fabric and tacking it to the chair with small gold nails or pull the fabric to the bottom of the chair over the padding and lauan and tack it all around to the bottom of the chair. You sound like a dear son for thinking of doing this for your mom. Sweet.

- No they shouldnt stop them. Do you realize that obesity is considered a disablity for some. Most people who are overweight have a very hard time walking and using the carts to transverse a store is a very helpful tool for them. If I were overweight I probably would use one too but no one should stop them because they are. The stores need to get more carts like them if they are running out because their are a lot of people who need them.

- the price varies, it could be $400, it could even be over $1,000 do you want a hanging one, or one on the floor i want a lime green, hanging bubble chair, with built in cushions, that i could rock in, hopefully it doesnt fall, too expensive for me, maybe i'll ask for it for christmas, o gosh, i hope it fits

- I think really good office chairs are pretty expensive. Have you thought about getting a cushion or a back support piece from a chiropractor? That way you can use it for other chairs too and it's mobile so when you're back in the office, you can use it there too. If you're experiencing back problems and discomfort from it, try some natural methods to ease the pain before resorting to medical procedures or medicine first. Refer to source for more details.
