- here, okorder / the steps are the same. except that since you cant get into vista. you just put your vista CD in and use it to open the command prompt. (its on the disc, under recovery options)

- Try a wider grip. The closer together your hands are the more you work your triceps. If you're really concerned about your pecs not doing enough work do some flies to isolate your chest muscles. You can do them on the machine, with dumbbells or cable.

- There are a lot of great athletes that started bench pressing when they were young. Most of them grew up to be 6, 7 foot tall. Bench pressing will not stunt your growth it might actually make you grow faster and bigger. The only thing you should worry about is lifting too much for you to handle and hurting yourself, that's about it. Good luck with everything!
