- Q: how can i emboss paper without a press? would it work it i just put heavy things on it for a while? i'm not sure if the embossing would reach the edges. ideas?
- I would suggest just experimenting with different objects to imprint, different types of paper and different weights. I would think it should work. It sounds like you could get some interesting results just from playing around with what you have in the kitchen, tool chest, etc. I would think that putting the paper on some kind of firm foam surface would help keep the flat part flat and the embossed part embossed. The weight should be even across the whole sheet.
- Q: okay so i weigh about 160-165 5'9 and im 13 and in 8th going to play freshman football in may. Bench press is a big problem cuz i think i can only do 115 so i want to not only get stronger in my bench press but all in squats,hang clean ect. i do a weight lifting program and i was wondering if it would be a good idea to work out like bench press,hang clean,and all that stuff in the morning in my garage and also do weight training that same day around 5:15pm? (i would wake up around 6:30 to work out in the morning in my house cuz i have a bench press in my garage and i have school at around 8 so what should i do i play online i need to get STRONG!!!!!!!!!!
- theres no point in doing two weight sessions in a day hitting the same muscle group...it would lead quickly to overtraining and you dont want that. Be patient and progress will come. Remember that you need to overload your muscles at each training session, you need it to be intense to shock your system and you need rest to let your body recouperate. Other exercises such as squats and cleans will actually help your bench press in one way or another (they are full body movements) and so will hit muscles that you use during the bench press. So to summerise there is no need to train the same body parts twice a day, in fact it would be detrimental to your performance on the football field, so take it slow, increase the weights gradually and keep a training diary/ log so you can keep track of how much weight your moving. - Press Ups.... are those Push Ups?.... If you over do it the first time and your muscle's get really stiff it could affect your breathing becasue its pushing against your chest... just dont go crazy with Exercise till your body is used to it...

- Yes. Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day. U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

- When piecing, the first rule is to press toward the darkest block/strip so the seams do not show through on the lightest block/strip. You can also alternate the directions by row so the seams nest, or you can press the seams open, which gives the flattest finish and is the easiest to quilt through.

- Do 10-12 reps x 3 sets of bench press. Do another 10-12 reps x 3 sets of dumb bell flyes. Make sure you do 2 kinds of excercises to put more stress on the muscle make it grow. This is true for every body part. Why just bench press? Work everything out. If u work yr back out as much as your chest then u'll achieve a double wammy; your chest will grow back will become thick which will make u look really massive. How fast your muscles grow depends on genetics. Don't work out the same muscle group everyday otherwise it shrinks, give it at least a days rest.

- Not considering your injury as a fighter you shouldn't be trying to go too high and get muscle bound legs. If you can press 700 you might have a tree-trunk of a leg and it will be rooted to the floor like one. You want fast twitch in the smaller muscles to be able to have control over your legs for both kicking and supporting yourself. I don't think leg press is the best option either. It isolates the quads for aesthetic purposes. You'll look nice but you won't have the full cascade of muscles to have a great kick and you can end up imbalanced real quick too. You want to find more integrative movements that let you use you whole body or at least your whole leg cascade. As for the surgery, I can't speak much about it but I'd say listen to your doctor. If he says balls to the wall, go for it. But if he says you need to work in slowly or never go over a certain weight, listen to him. You might be able to kick the hell out of everyone but you're still a weak little child if you can't trust someone or take the advice of someone who inherently knows better.
