- Q:Also, is loose powder or pressed powder better for covering up discoloration?
- A pressed powder can be applied with either a brush or a sponge. Both loose and pressed powders are used to set foundation and blot the shine. A pressed powder is what you would use throughout the day as a touchup. If you are looking for something that covers up discoloration, I suggest using a powder foundation with a sponge. This would provide enough coverage to conceal discoloration but still look natural. Hope this helps : )

- db press is only good as an assistance lift for benc press, its works ur chest more than anything else, its not the same as bb bench
