- Yes the noise is the wheel bearings because wheel bearing get louder the faster you go. The pitch will get higher or lower when turning the wheel slightly left or right.. The pulsating you feel is the rotors.

- Contact the manufacturer. OR google the make and model number. See if you can come up with some technical data or a parts list. If you can find it there you might be able to find what you're looking for. Now, lets be reasonable; I don't think you're going to find bearings for an inducer motor. - Dechart2 is correct as far as removing the old bearings but you can build an installer for about $10.00.get a piece of threaded drill rod ,1/2fine thread,with nuts and large thick washers.Line the bushing up in the swingarm and use the threaded rod to install then.I have about 6 different lengths like this and have used this method to install bearings in more things than I care to mention.

- It is likely a stuck brake caliper. You may have to knock the caliper off with a hammer after removing the bolts. Seized wheel bearings will make one h*ll of a racket. I have had wheel bearings seize before, but it locked up the front wheel while driving. I had to split the bearing race with a grinder and a chisel to get it off the spindle. It did not weld itself to the spindle however. The rollers in the bearing got wedged in the hub locking the wheel. I was able to reuse the spindle after replacing the bearings.
