Have a peek at a few furniture magazines, and you'll get some good ideas for suitable window treatments to go with your new sofa. - It could...maybe there is a chemical that the fabric was treated with? Some people are allergic to new clothing because of the chemicals in the fabric. - You should be crate training. When you are gone the dog is in a crate (his own) and you can have some of his favorite toys in that crate. My dogs were not left unsupervised until they were 2 years old and totally house trained (not just potty trained).

- A good part of the cost is in the material. Figure $ 300 - 500 for labor. You may want to consider custom slip covers instead. This way you can unzip them and put them right in the wash or take them to the cleaners depending on the material. If your sofa needs restuffing that may be an issue. If just the cushions need help you can have new ones made.
