Design Features of full welded forged steel ball valve

The body of ball valve is full welded, selects high quality forged material, and adopts the advanced forged forming technology to form two semi-spheres which are welded into a whole in the middle of the body. This welding technology differentiates the ball valve form others, and makes the valve more spherically,so the valve structure is more compacter, lighter and stronger.Besides, the middle direct welding realize highly accurate valve body manufacturing, makes fully and completely sealing between the seat and ball. The full welding instead of bolts completely avoids the outside leakage,so ball valve is the ideal product for under-ground,offshore working platform and under-sea equipments.

Adopting fixed plates or trunnion to support the ball

The top and bottom of the ball is supported by upper and lower fixed plates or stem and trunnion, and the ball is accurately placed in the center of the ball valve to achieve complete seals and precise movements. When plate adopted, the force exerted by the medium to the ball is distributed via the plate to the left and right bodies,so that the stem does not bear the blending moment from the medium, but only the torque from the ball rotation during the opening/closing of the valve. The low-friction PTFE Teflon composite bearings installed between the ball axis and fixed plate and between the stem and the trunnion can absorb ball moving action caused by the pressure of the medium. This structure brings stable actions and easy operations for the ball valves, and the required operation torque can be reduced,so smaller actuators can be used, and the cost is cut down.

ball valve seat is floating structure, means the seat can move along the medium direction,so that the seat can fit against the ball all the time.
Double piston effect structure seat of full welded forged steel ball valve
Seat design is special double pistons effect structure,it can ensure the seal wherever the medium flows into the ball valve.

Seat multistage seal strucute of full welded forged steel ball valve
As following graphic instruction,on seat bearing ring, set two soft sealing rings(A and B)and metal sealing spherical surface which can seal with the ball.Seat ring A is spring loaded, which seals the surface with the ball tightly to the surface to form an initial seat; When there is pressure generated from medium, the piston force is generated to make seal ring A elastically deformed and seal ring B fit the surface of the ball surface due to the piston effect caused by area difference, thus the second seal forms. When the medium pressure is rising. It will generate huge pressure to seal ring A and seal ring B,so the two seals have a greater elastic deformation, then metal seal ball surface compact with ball surface to form the third level of metal to metal seal.

Secondary seat seal device of full welded forged steel ball valve
As the above graphic instruction, the secondary seal device(seat grease injection valve)can be chosen according to the actual working condition, medium requirement, seal requirement, etc.Seat ring grease injection valve is a one-way valve, installed on the body, which can prevent the leakage and inject grease under the outside force. When secondary seal is required, there is a grease injecting channel and hole on the seat ring. The grease can form a seal between the seat and the ball, and then stop the leakage.

Q:where on the motor is the valves location
The idle air control valve can be found under the throttle body. In order to get to it: 1. Disconnect negative battery cable. 2. Remove air intake from throttle body. 3. Disconnect throttle body cable. 4. Disconnect sensor connectors from IAC valve, and throttle position sensor. 5. Remove 4 bolts from throttle body using 10mm socket wrench. 6. Take throttle body, turn bottom side up, remove 4 mounting screws from IAC Once you do that you have removed the IAC. Reverse the steps to put it back on starting at number 6 and working your way back to number one How do you replace an air idle control valve? Replacing an idle control valve can be a daunting task. For your specific application, we recommend to ask in our car forum for advice. Here we will describe the basic process for replacing your idle control valve. Please note that for different cars and trucks the process will not be the same. Steps to replace your idle control valve You will want to begin by first gaining access to the idle control valve. In order to do this you will need to remove the air filter assembly, along with the air mass sensor and the air mass meter boot. Once you remove this whole assembly, you should have easy access to the throttle body. Remove the four bolts that secure the throttle body to the intake manifold. Usually on the bottom of the throttle body, on fuel injected cars, there is a idle control valve. To remove the old valve, simply unscrew or unbolt it. Bolt on the new valve, and reinstall everything. Make sure you replace your throttle body gasket at this time.
Q:For instance, I am buying some new tires that don't have the valve stems on them, so could I remove my existing valve stems from my used tires onto the new tires? Is this recommend at all? Is it safe? Is it possible? Can this be done? why or why not? thank you.
Any reputable tire shop will install new valve stems when mounting new tires. This really sounds like somebody is messin with you. Anyone else in your area having similar problems?
Q:Hello all,I have a1990,BMW 525i.I bought this car from another guy about year back and drive around 13000 kms.1.Do i need to adjust the valves(both inlet and outlet).2What is the importance of valve adjustment3Does it affect the mileage4.As a regular maintenance for how many kms can i drive without valve adjustmentExpecting your valuable replies.
Valve adjustments are something nobody does anymore. It really is important to do to, especially if your car is older. If your valves are adjusted to tight, you can wind up with burnt valves, too much clearance and it can quickly wear out the valvetrain. BMW reccomends inspecting valve adjustment every 24,000 kilometers. You may be able to do 30,000 Maybe more than that but I personally wouldnt. It will effect mileage a noticable amout, and your car can lose power if it has too many burnt valves. If a valve is burnt it isnt seating properly and you arent getting a fully sealed combustion chamber. It is a fairly easy maintence that you can do yourself. You need a feeler gauge to check the valve lash. you will need to remove your valve covers, (you might as well replace your valve cover gaskets lest they get leaky) and find top dead center for each cylinder as you can only check valve lash at TDC. You will need a shop manual it will tell you what the measurements should be, and give a step by step method to checking your valves. If that sounds like too much work, just take it to a BMW dealer. To those of you that think that you can let it go until it makes noise.... The idea is to keep it from getting to that point. It is a relatively easy thing to do.
Q:Steam is a gaming network and valve is a company, but what else? I think that it might be nothing; they both suck at working.
I don't understand this question fully, but I think you like my answer: Steam is a software for gaming articles, but it also meaning gas on another word. Valve (www.google.rs/search?q=Valvehl=srclient=firefox-ahs=SCurls=org.mozilla:en-US:officialprmd=imvnssource=lnmstbm=ischei=8zHfTr2iIsKnhAeTy-yVBQsa=Xoi=mode_linkct=modecd=2ved=0CCgQ_AUoAQbiw=800bih=393) is a legal company, same as meaning the link I put there. Hope it helps! :)
Q:I got new sprinkler valves put in (Rainbird anti-siphon kind). Every time a valve shuts off, it makes a loud squeak, kind of like plastic rubbing (NOT a bang like water hammering). Is this normal and will it go away? If not, what could be the problem? This is annoying because the sound can be heard in the house as it echoes through the pipes.
As the valve shuts down, the diaphragm will vibrate as the pressure changes from one side to the other, then it will Thump as it seals. This is normal. However, to isolate the squeak, you may check to see if there is a 1(backflow preventer installed, 2) (if built into the valves) the variable pressure screw on the top of the valve is set correctly. The variable pressure screw usually has a cross top handle (older ones had a dial) and should be set so that on a high pressure line, it shuts down fairly quickly. If this is open all of the way, it can cause the diaphragm to squeal by slowing the internal pressure change to shut it down.
Q:I have this air canister i want to attach to a homemade Airsoft gun. (please no comments or answers on that). The air canister has an opening on both ends. I thought for simplicity, put a filler valve on one end and a connection to the gun on the other.Exactly what kind of one way filer valve will i need, most of the ones i look at look like propane tank connections and those are for filling and dispensing into the system.

Q:im having trouble locating the pcv valve on my 1979 oldsmobile. i have a 305 engine. i need to replace it asap, so any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance to all feedback.
On one of the valve covers. It will have a larger dia. (about 3/8) hose hooked to the end up of and going to the carb. It will be pushed into a rubber plug thing on the valve cover. Just remove hose, and grab valve and pull up on it.
Q:Does anybody know what the valve lash specs are on a 1986 chevy sprint 1.0L carbureted?
if you cant see clearly, just right click it and choose save as so you can enlarge it. this will be important. now... Rear of vehicle side = Intake valves Font of vehicle = exhaust valves Rotate crankshaft clockwise and align the timing notch on the pu;;ey to 0 on the timing tab. Remove the distributor cap and ensure the rotor is at 3 oclock This position indicates the is at compression stroke. TDC #1 cylinder. Using feeler gauge between rocker and valve syem, check intake and exhaust valve clearance on cylinder #1. After adjustment tighten the locknut to 11 to 13 ft pounds torque.
Q:I'm thinking about getting a Cold air intake along with a Bypass Valve to prevent Water Indigestion on my Toyota Corolla 07. I was wondering if Bypass Valves actually work and can someone explain to me the physics around it???( How bypass valves work)
The AEM Bypass Valve protects the engine from ingesting water and hydro-locking if the filter becomes submerged in water. Hydro locking occurs when the end of the inlet pipe is submerged in water and the water is sucked into the engine. Driving the vehicle in rainy conditions is not enough to cause a problem unless the vehicle submerges enough that the inlet end of the pipe is immersed in water. Rain impingement on the filter will not cause a hydro lock condition. The distance of the filter from the road dictates the level of water that can cause damage. This distance varies with the vehicle ride height, which is why there are no published numbers for this measurement. We suggest taking this measurement and keeping it in a log book, so that in the event you encounter deep water you will know what your maximum allowable depth is before potential submersion of the inlet pipe. All AEM Cold Air Intake installations retain the factory splash shield (fender liner) for filter protection and performance. Removal of splash shield actually deteriorates performance by allowing air heated by the pavement to enter the filter and negates any positive pressure created in the air filter area when the vehicle is in motion. There are some instances where there is not enough room around the inlet pipe for adequate clearance of an Air Bypass Valve. In these instances, we recommend installing a Short Ram system if water ingestion is a concern.
Q:I just got my trumpet today. And its playing fine. Now its not playing. When i play im blowing air into it but its not going through. Its like im trying to blow air through solid meatel.and everytime in blow into it.The slide with the ring on it (sorry i just got the trumpet,im not really sure what the parts are) it keeps falling off.Its like its waay too loose.Help please
I'm betting you removed the valves and re-installed them incorrectly. Your valves should be numbered 1-2-3 from front (mouthpiece) to back (bell). If they are not in that order remove and re-install. You also need to make sure that the valve guide is properly seated into the slot in the valve casing. If you can rotate them they are not properly installed. On some trumpets it is possible to install them rotated 180 degrees from the proper position. The numbers on the valves should all point in the same direction--probably facing the lead pipe or the mouthpiece. Regarding the 3rd valve slide--it should move easily, but should not blow off when you try to play--symptomatic of a valve alignment problem. You should keep a finger in the ring while you play, but a little slide grease or vaseline will keep it from falling off.
