- You okorder but have not used it yet although it does look more promising than the rubber-looking black mesh pads! (We have those now and our rugs slide across the linoleum surface still).

- It's not a stain so the oxy clean may not work at all. My proven technique that allowed me to keep all my security deposit on my apartment... Cut as much of the burn away as you can. Go right down to the mesh that holds the strands of carpet in place if you have to. Now take a razor (the type you shave with) And shave some rug particles from another area of the carpet. Shave enough to fill the size of the hole you'll have after removing all the burned sections. Now take some carpet glue or super glue and brush a little in the hole. Fill the hole with the shavings. You wont be able to make the mark completely disappear but The color match will be perfect. If you work with some cuttings rather than shavings you may be able to get it to look real close to the original texture of the carpet. The entire process should take no more than 5-15 minutes. Do a little area at first until you feel comfortable with the process.

- Yes, you can make car carpeting. Just go to any carpet store and buy any carpet you want. You could even carpet your car with shag, if that's what you like (although it will be a lot harder to keep clean than indoor-outdoor carpeting). Use your existing carpet as a template. When you remove the carpet, try to keep it as whole as possible and then just lay it on top of the new carpet for a template. You might have to use books or some other weight to flatten the template, because it's bound to be bumpy after being formed to your car for so long. Then just tape the new carpet in place using carpet tape -- or use glue that's made to adhere to metal. Your car can have any kind of carpet you like. Personally, I would stick with carpets that are easy to keep clean (short-fibered carpets made of nylon), but honestly this is your choice.

- A mid grade carpet (3$ a s/f) will go in at 2400$ +- .. And laminates 2.5 a s/f for the laminate 2$ a s/f for installation. This will be about 3600$. Now the carpet price can be done at that price for a regular residential carpet and standard pad ( 5 1/2 # minimum) that will hold your warranties. Now these prices won t include any rip out and removal of the existing carpet or un seen floor prep. You may be able to get rip out included if some one wants the work, because of the economy.. Or save your self money by getting a beer and or pizza pal to help you for a day and rip out the carpet yourself.. Any flooring questions you can e mail me through my avatar.. GL

- haha 19hh is absolutely huge!!!!! as for 5'9 6'0 etc, that just means the length of the rug in feet and inches e.g 5 foot 9 inches. This measurement is taken from the front corner of the rug to the back corner. My horse is 15.2hh and I put him in a 6 foot rug, if thats any help. You need to find out the correct size of your horse to get the right sized rug. To measure him, just measure from the ground to the top of his withers (the nobbly part at the base of his neck) There's 4 inches to every hand. Use this formula to determine his height in hands: height in inches divided by 4 Hope this helps
