Q: Looking to get a smaller rear than on it now, but not sure which numbers to go by.
There should be three numbers. Example 110/90-19. The last number is the diameter of the tire.
Q: The tire on my motorcycle keeps loosing air it‘s a new tire and I don‘t see any punctures or found anything stuck in it. Is their something I can use to seal the leak.
The leak might be from the tire valve stem.
Q: I just washed my motorcycle and to know would it be smart to shine my tires with black magic??
This is a very very bad idea. This can cause your tires to lose traction. How is your nice shiny clean motorcycle going to look if you lay it down on the pavement the first time you lay it into a turn? You never put anything on the tires. Never! The only thing I do with my tires is to hit them with a scrub brush and some soap and water when I wash my bike. A little work and they will look acceptable.
Q: Who has tried or reviewed the different products?I do not like the idea of my tire suddenly going flat at 80 mph, or any other speed.thank you.
I don't remember whether that wheel has a tube or not. Don't use sealant in a tube. I don't like the idea of a tire going suddenly flat at any speed, but they rarely do that unless you hit something. If that something gashes your tire, sealant isn't going to do anything for you. I've only used the sealant once when I picked up a small nail and couldn't get the hole to seal - many, many miles from home. I put two bottles of Slime in the tire and that held long enough to get me home and to a new tire. So, my advice is to learn how to ride, take classes and wear all the gear all the time and if you get unlucky enough to crash, you will be as protected as you can. Leave the sealant on the shelf.
Q: I‘m looking into buying my first vehicle and wanted to know some of the facts on owning and maintaining a motorcycle because it seems like one good option for me.First what should I look for in a bike to start? I‘m really looking towards a cruiser rather than a sports bike as they seem more comfortable to ride but I‘ve heard that they can be a problem for beginners due to their weight.Next is maintenance. Are they pretty much like cars with needing oil changes at 3,000 miles, tires inflated, etc.? And what else is needed to keep them from breaking down?Lastly for training and insurance. I‘m in Southern California, are there places to learn how to ride and care for a motorcycle for free or cheap? And how is the insurance rates compared to driving a car, is it more expensive or less and would taking the classes help lower it?Thanks for all the help in advance.
You should get something at least 600cc. Any smaller you will find yourself wishing for a bigger bike once you get comfortable riding. A smaller bike would not do well on any kind of lengthy ride. A motorcycle safety riders course is of great help and worth the investment, especially one that provides the bikes for you to ride. Always take care of your tires, a bike is not like a car when losing a tire. It can hurt quite a bit when you hit the ground Cruisers can be easier to ride because of the ride height and sometimes the weight. A sport bike is usually lighter and can get you into trouble sometimes easier than a cruiser.
Q: looking for indonesian factory for inner tubes and tires for motorcycle
so do you want me to find a indonesian tire inner tube factory.
Q: i live in las pinas,,a good store near my area please
its probably the alarm's brain so if you disconnect the power to it it should disable it.
Q: I am trying to figure out some details for a gas turbine motorcycle. I have found afew engines that are priced right, but I need to know what size to get. I am thinking a 650 lb bike with top speed of 130MPH What size engine would work? I found an engine that produces 65lbs of thrust. will it be enough?
First i'll respond to your subject line. might want to a motorbike fly if it had wings and had a jet engine equipped into it? The answering is a robust no because in case you further those issues it would want to give up being a motorbike and grow to be a jet. body of the question: likely not, i'm not a physicist yet i imagine retractable wings does not be sturdy adequate to keep up flight.
