- Q: I recently threw up over a large area of my carpet. I have already removed the vomit but now I must remove the smell. I have used a mixture of vinegar,water,and soap, this seems to be working but I then used a pet odor remover to finish the job. I plan on vacuuming cleaning and adding the carpet foam and baking soda over the area. Should I do that? Do u guys have any suggestions to remove the vomit smell from the carpet? Thank you.

The cost of glue may offset the cost of padding..So why not have the comfort ?Proper stretching is 1 of the most important things in the life of the carpet next to the proper padding.. 5 1/2 # pad is the minimum on most residential type carpet. Check the place your buying it from to check out what will warranty that type of carpet you have bought.. - Q: My sister-in-law gave us a lovely rug as a house warming gift 10 years ago. I prefered using the old wash and rinse method of cleaning it. The only thing that we cannot touch is the Quran and we shouldn't equate the Quran with the Prayer rug, you can even sit on the prayer rug whenever you want, remember people pray outside on the floor without a prayer rug and who knows what has been on that floor, also people use their jackets to pray on sometimes when they are out and don't have a prayer rug with them and if it's a woman I'm sure she's had her cycle while wearing that jacket
