Galvanized Iron Wire
Galvanized iron wire, also known as galvanized steel wire, finds most uses in binding of construction materials or weaving of galvanized wire mesh products.
Materials: Low carbon steel, medium carbon steel or high carbon steel.
According to the difference of zinc coating process can be divided into: electro galvanized steel wire and hot-dipped galvanized steel wire.
Galvanized Wire in Small Coils:
Wire diameter: 0.5-1.8mm
Packed in 1kg-20kg small coils. Plastic film inside, gunny bags or woven bags outside.
Galvanized Wire in Big Coils:
Wire diameter: 0.6-1.6mm.
Tensile strength: 300--500MPa.
Elongation: =15%.
Packing: Big coils of 150kg-800kg.
Galvanized Wire on Spools:
Wire diameter: 0.265-1.60mm.
Tensile strength: 300--450MPa.
Elongation: =15%.
Packing: On spools of 1kg-100kg.
Applications: Galvanized iron wire is mainly used as wire for meshes, spring wires, rope wires, knitting wires, scrubbing wires, wire for control cable, wire for braiding hoses, wire for conveyor belts, wires for welding, Tig and Mig wires, nail wires, wires for constructions, stitching Wire, etc.
Packing: in coils and from 0.7kgs/coil to 800kgs/coil then each coil to be wrapped inside with PVC strips and outside with Hessian cloth or inside with PVC strips and outside with weaving bag.

- Q:what does a #12 copper wire look like and waht does a #14 wire look like if you got pictures post a link thanks
- actually a few years ago they color coded the casings of the wiring so that the 12 gauge is yellow and the 14 gauge is white. The difference is the size of the wire. Bigger the number the smaller the wire and the less of a load in should carry
- Q:I been having chargeing problems, and I found a tan with black stripe wire in wire harness by the alternator and I cant fig out where it goes. it has a factory conn. on it with a 3/8 diam. hole in it
- The firing order should be 1-3-4-2 (on cap) The cylinder order; from front to back 1-2-3-4 Most distributor caps will be marked with the proper numbers if yours is not you may want to get a more expensive cap
- Q:Anyone know which wire behind the navigation unit is the brake wire? I THINK it's pink, but there are multiple pink wires behind the navigation unit.Thoughts?
- Are okorder 's outlander section for a posts on how to disable.
- Q:the ground wire came loose and touched the power wire for a second and created a big spark . the fuses aren't blown what else can i check or fix because the amp won't turn on now.

- Q:The spark plug wire on my dirt bike needs to be replaced because it was touching the exhaust and it burned through.I was wondering if the ignition coil and spark plug wire are one piece and need to both be replaced or is there someway to disconnect spark plug wire? They spark plug wire doesn't seem to be pluged in, but it seems to be one piece. Does anyone know?
- Always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions. We need all of that info to give an informed answer. Some are one piece, some are removable.
- Q:So, I purchased a motion sensor light switch to replace the regular switches at my new condo. I have the wires exposed and I've identified the hot wire. My only problem is the hot wire (from inside the wall) is a single thick copper prong, whereas the wire for the motion sensor is split into like 15 different small copper wires.... I don't think the thick, single wire from the wall will work with the twisting wire connectors I purchased.... Am I able to just put the wires together and duct tape them??
- Well you could twist them together and electrical tape them. But I would recommend you go back to the store and get some butt splices and crimp them to hold one set of wire at each end. Its just safer that way.
- Q:I have a 2000 Subaru Outback, and I can get the thing working, but it does not save any of my settings. i know its my accessory wire because the radio will not turn on from any other wire.. soo help please
- There are two wires that you must hook up. One is for continuous power so that the settings are saved, the other is for power to the radio. If you had purchased your equipment from Crutchfield, you would have gotten free installation instructions and a wiring harness that would hook directly to your Subaru wiring - saving you a great deal of time and trouble.
- Q:I have a 5 pin ignition. I have Black and red wire coming from behind the starter.Yellow wire on the other side of the engine that is connected to the magnet by the fly wheel.Where do I put these wires in the ignition switch. ____ ____ __
- You need to hook three wires into a five terminal switch? You aren't helping us much with any usable information. The yellow wire is the kill wire from the magneto. The black and red wires are hot from the battery and feed to the starter solenoid, assuming the switch has a start position. You need to check each terminal on the switch with an ohm meter to determine which function it serves and test the black and red wires with a volt meter to determine which one is hot now. Better still, why don't you specify the make and model, even the serial number if you can get it, and ask if anyone, including your local dealer, has a wiring diagram for that particular machine.
- Q:Will a subwoofer amplifier wiring kit be for the sub and the amplifier???? Because I'm searching online and I can find amplifier wiring kits, but not a subwoofer wiring kit. Only a subwoofer amplifier kit???
- The amp kit should have everything for the amp. all you need for the subs is the speaker wire. make sure you get some good wire tho.
- Q:My home is wired for the thermostats with two wires (red and white). I have acquired a new thermostat that requires a Red, White, and Common wire. Using the white wire in that position will power the unit up but it won't trigger the heat. Is there something that can be put in line that will allow this thermostat to work without rewiring the house?
- 2 wire is milivoltjust scrap off varnish off wires and try again dc voltage produces varnish on wires prevents heater from firing
