1.Features of Metallic Magnesium Alloy wire AZ91:
Magnesium and its alloys have good resistance to corrosion. The rate of corrosion is slow compared with rusting of mild steel in the same atmosphere. Immersion in salt water is problematic, but a great improvement in resistance to salt-water corrosion has been achieved, especially for wrought materials, by reducing some impurities, particularly nickel and copper, to very low proportions.

2.Introduction of Metallic Magnesium Alloy wire AZ91:

Magnesium alloy AZ91 is a light weight alloy with a density 2/3 of Aluminum and 1/4 of steel. The strength-to-weight ratio of the precipitation-hardened magnesium alloys is comparable with that of the strong alloys of aluminum or with the alloy steels. Magnesium alloys, however, have a lower density, stand greater column loading per unit weight and have a higher specific modulus.

Q: I recently got a new dishwasher. My hubby and I are in the middle of installing, and are to the point of hooking it back up to the electricity. The cord that we have has 2 black wires, one is smooth the other ribbed, then on the dishwasher, we have a black, white, and green(ground). Which wires do I hook up to which?(cord) black smooth black ribbed (dishwasher)blackwhitegreen(ground)
The two black wire cord is one wire short to properly connect the dishwasher. The black wire on the dishwasher is the one that is supposed to get connected to a hot wire (it is supposed to be black), which goes all the way back to a breaker in the breaker panel. The white wire is supposed to be connected to a wire (it is supposed to be white) that eventually gets connected to the neutral bar in the breaker panel where all the other white (neutral) wires are connected. The green wire is for safety, it is the ground wire. It is supposed to be connected to another green wire (or a bare wire) that will go all the way back to the breaker panel and connect to the ground bus in the breaker panel with all the other green or bare wires. The two black wires, one ribbed, is just a two wire cord. The fact that one is ribbed, just makes it easy for anyone to know which is which. It is typically used for lamps that do not need to be grounded, so there is no need for the third green wire. It is not suitable or legal to use to hook up a dishwasher. It is also doubtful that the two wire black cord is a large enough gauge (size) of wire. If a wire is too small, it can overheat and cause a fire. The minimum wire gauge recommended for dishwashers is 12 AWG copper.
Q: Im trying to make a wire figure out of floral wire! HOW?!?!?! HELP!
take the wire and make the circle head first. then get the body wire and wrap the end of the to the head. get the right amount of wire for the arms and lay it across the body wire then twist it around the body in the middle a few times. for the legs bend them in the middle and wrap the bottom of the body around the bend.
Q: I know what spark plugs are and where they are... but not sure what is meant by wires...For example checking/replacing spark plugs and wires to see if a problem is fixed..Are wires what hookup to the spark plugs from the (distributor?)
complicated issue. lookup onto bing and yahoo. it could help!
Q: where can i buy these type of wires (copper insulated wires)??
Hi i would be sure to use insulated wires in most situations, the only time bare wires are considered is when there is absolutely no chance of any one touching them and the only time that situation ever occurs is in the case of an antenna for receiving a radio signal. the wire should as high of the ground as possible so no one could touch it.
Q: I have some salvaged wire from a computer power supply and would like to know it's break-down voltage rating. Most hookup wire is rated at 600 volts but unfortunately, all computer stuff is now made in China. The repair job of a vintage piece of equipment requires wire that can withstand 300 VAC.
Computer power supply cables do not deliver anything like 300 volts, so I would say no, don't risk it.
Q: On a seat switch on a poulan mower it has three wires are two of them grounds or one.
It's probably one positive, one negative and one earth ground.
Q: The t-stat comes with EIT module. that wires to the t-stat and the furnace. I'm having trouble with the module to furnace wiring.
from the thermostat you match 1,2,3 wires to the module, from the module to the furnace. - R to R (this is your 24V hot) W to W (furnace 24V input G to G (fan for cooling 24V input) Y to Y (cooling 24V input), there should also be another wire that connects with this that goes to the condensing unit C to C ( Common - must have this connected for IAQ to work) as with the Y, there should be another wire to connect to this that goes to the condensing unit. - maybe W2 to W2 if you have a 2 stage furnace, you'll know if you have a 2 stage furnace because the W2 connection on the furnace will be present. - maybe Y2, if you have 2-stage cooling. if you have a humidifier connect both wires from the humidifier selinoid valve to each of the HUM terminals.
Q: I have a wire coming from the car battery positive terminal. It is 12v DC. I want to split this wire to two other wires. I cannot connect another wire to the positive terminal. Will splitting this wire cause the voltage to drop to 6v each wire? or will they pull a constant 12v each?
Splitting would not reduce the voltage, but you have to check the load and make sure that wires are adequate to handle the currents involved.
Q: How can I make a wire dress form?
Use chicken wire for the molding of the body. Make tube of the wire the width of the hip and bust area. Hook it together by intertwining the ends. All you have to do is mesh the wire, where you want it smaller and mold the bust to the size you want. After you mold it like how you want it, cover it with a single knit material. Then make a wooden stand to hold it at the height you want. It is very simple to do. I made a 7 foot hat that way to fit on a car for a parade.
Q: i have a 2002 hyundai sonata and i need to find a wiring diagram but i cant find it at all, please help
a haynes repair manual for your car at an auto parts store it should have what you need look to see before you buy it
