- If you are referring to using a metal armature inside Sculpty, then No it will not burn the clay. You do need to follow the baking instructions though. It will bake just fine and you will be surprised how strong the sculpture is after baking.

- Just get some speaker wire its not that expensive ; go to Wal Mart where they have the TV's and ask for speaker wire or go to the hardwear store and ask for speaker wire or lamp cord thats polorized for the wire you have twist the two golden wires together at both ends and twist the blu and green together at both ends now use the golden for positive and the other for negative.....

- Magnet wire is just solid copper with a layer of varnish for insulation. Speaker wire would work, but you could not wind the wire as tightly due to the thicker insulation. also the wire is very flexible and will not stay in place very well. Also, if the coil gets hot, the insulation on the Speaker wire will start to burn or melt. .

- the terminals are colour coded, green for the green or ground wire, brass coloured for the live wires ( the red and black ones) and silver for the white wire.. make sure the power is off!!! it only takes 40 volts a 60 hz AC to KILL! look close for GRN for ground and green, LOAD or LINE for the black or red wires and further for NEUTRAL, ( N) or Neut. for the white wire...YOU CAN CHECK FOR POWER WITH PIGTAIL white to white and black to either black or white one at a time...post again so we know if your alive...

- Well it depends. If you varry the current the temperature of the wire will also vary. You have to take into account the actual diameter of the wire, the wider the wire, and constant current, the cooler the wire will be when you run electricity through it. If you have a wire with HIGH resistance it will get HOTTER, thats how light bulbs work.

- Yes, the fan on your heat sink has a fourth wire that..............(tune back in tommorrow folks, for the conclusion), (sorry, somebody's telling jokes over here!) The fourth wire is a Speed control wire. The first wire,(Red), is 12VDC,(power), the second,(Black), is the ground, should be a Blue wire, for rpm sensor, and the fourth,(color codes vary), is the wire that the BIOS uses to speed the fan up when the temp of the cpu raises, slows the fan down, when it isn't used as hard. Temp of the cpu, is found through one of it's pins on the bottom of it.
