General valve using the market long-term, widespread Water Leakage, rust phenomenon, soft sealing gate valve produced by the introduction of foreign advanced technology of the enterprise. To overcome the poor sealing gate valve, general elastic fatigue, rust and other defects. Soft sealing gate valve is a traditional valve replacement products, the compensation effect of using flexible gate produce small deformation, achieve good sealing effect, the valve has a light switch, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life and other significant advantages, can be widely used in water, sewage, construction, food, medicine, metallurgy, electric power, textile, energy systems, fluid pipeline regulation and closure devices as.
The characteristics of:
- flat style seat
The traditional control valve often pass after washing due to foreign objects such as stone, wood, cement, paper, and other debris deposited on the valve at the end of the groove. Close but not close easily lead to the formation of Water Leakage phenomenon, the lower part of the soft sealing gate valve with water using the same flat design, easy to siltation caused by debris, the fluid unimpeded.
And the overall package glue
The valve plate is made of high-quality rubber overall, the outsourcing of plastic, making the domestic first-class rubber vulcanization vulcanization after the valve plate to ensure accurate geometry, and the rubber and ductile iron gate is connected firmly, not easy to fall off and good elastic memory.
And corrosion resistance
The valve body adopts epoxy coating powder, can prevent the corrosion and rust, and can be used for sewage systems.
And not easy to break
Traditional cast iron garden gate often hit foreign objects, collision or overlap caused by the fracture phenomenon. Because the valve to switch to ductile iron, this is the case already significantly reduced.
Three "O" ring seal
As the valve stem with three "0" ring ring seal design, can reduce friction when the switch is greatly reduced, Water Leakage phenomenon and can cut off the water supply construction not replace sealing ring.
And help to drink
Due to the internal body to non-toxic epoxy resin coating, gate of the inner and outer surfaces are completely coated with rubber and can not rust or corrosion of water available to drink.
- Casting valve
Valve body casting, precise geometry makes the body without any internal finishing to ensure that the valve seal.
And light weight
The valve is made of ductile cast, lighter in weight than conventional gate weight about 20%-30%. Convenient installation and repair.

- Q: I have a question over my car. When a valve cover gasket(s) has a leak, will it still leak even after car has been off for a few days. It has also been starting to smoke after it has been on for 5 minutes. I don't move it. Thanks.
- If the valve cover gasket is leaking oil tends to drip down on to the exhaust manifold. Then when you start the engine and the exhaust warms up (about 5 mins) it starts to smoke. So fix the leak by replacing the gasket and the problem goes away,
- Q: i have a 1997 dodge avenger ES with a 2.5L v6. im wondering if my EGR Valve could be bad i get about 14mpg on gas. my car has a poor idle but will not stall idle gets kinda bad if the airconditing is on. I did a complete tune up and yes it was done right. and i changed my Idle air control valve. after i changed the valve i drove a few miles and i got a check engine light for insuffecient EGR flow but then it went away and never came back. I took the valve off and cleaned it with carb cleaner. im trying to find out why my ide is kinda poor and if the car sits a few days it takes a little longer to start.my motor has 142k miles but has been properly maintained.
- you might want to check you egr lines. they may be blocked. not just the valve. also check your O2 sensors and make sure that they are operating properly.
- Q: Hello all,I have a1990,BMW 525i.I bought this car from another guy about year back and drive around 13000 kms.1.Do i need to adjust the valves(both inlet and outlet).2What is the importance of valve adjustment3Does it affect the mileage4.As a regular maintenance for how many kms can i drive without valve adjustmentExpecting your valuable replies.
- Valve adjustments are something nobody does anymore. It really is important to do to, especially if your car is older. If your valves are adjusted to tight, you can wind up with burnt valves, too much clearance and it can quickly wear out the valvetrain. BMW reccomends inspecting valve adjustment every 24,000 kilometers. You may be able to do 30,000 Maybe more than that but I personally wouldnt. It will effect mileage a noticable amout, and your car can lose power if it has too many burnt valves. If a valve is burnt it isnt seating properly and you arent getting a fully sealed combustion chamber. It is a fairly easy maintence that you can do yourself. You need a feeler gauge to check the valve lash. you will need to remove your valve covers, (you might as well replace your valve cover gaskets lest they get leaky) and find top dead center for each cylinder as you can only check valve lash at TDC. You will need a shop manual it will tell you what the measurements should be, and give a step by step method to checking your valves. If that sounds like too much work, just take it to a BMW dealer. To those of you that think that you can let it go until it makes noise.... The idea is to keep it from getting to that point. It is a relatively easy thing to do.
- Q: If I flush the toilet the drama begins. While the toilet is flushing, if I lift the lift of the lid of the tank cover NOT THE SEAT, water shoots up straight in the air from the top/cap of the fill valve. This is a picture of a toilet fill valve.
- The okorder . Type in toilet fill valve in the search box and click on SEARCH. You will see a list of How-To videos that will help you with this project.
- Q: i have a 1986 Ford Mustang 3.8L V6 automatic. i need to change to valve cover gaskets but im not sure if i can do it. what do i need to do? and do i need to ad something else other than new gaskets? thanks
- Take your time when changing the gaskets. You will more than likely have to disconnect things. Make sure if you remove something it is put back. If you have to remove the spark plug wires, number them. From front to back, the left side is 1-3-5-7 and the right side front to back 2-4-6-8. I mark my wires with a sharpie but they are red wires. I use to use wooden clothes pins and write the number on the clothes pins. If you get the wires mixed up you'll have to get the firing order to get them back to the right cylinder. Good luck, you will appreciate your vehicle more now that you know the work is done right.
- Q: I have an above ground water pump. there is good pressure(40), but the pump does not stop. Pump co did diagnostic test and said that foot valve needs to be replaced. The company charge me $399 for diagnostic test and and about $2200 for the foot valve replacement. It is reasonable.
- Yes, considering they have to pull all the pipe in the well to get to the foot valve which is at the bottom of the well.
- Q: I'm thinking of buying a used 2006 Volkswagen Jetta. It has a 1.5 liter 20 valve engine, and I really don't know what that means. That's good, right? And is this a good used car to buy?
- Are you sure its a 1.5 not 2.5 liter? the new jetta has a 2.5 liter 5 cylinder engine, each cylinder has 2 intake valves and 2 exhaust valves. Most new engines use multiple valve set ups, the old 1.8 turbo had 3 intake and 2 exhaust valves per cylinder. Yes the 20 valve engine is good.
- Q: why do new motorcycles need to get their valves shimed alot? can someone explain how the whole valve adjusting thing works? why do some engine types require more attention? i have owned thumpers my whole life and never really thought about it. i was looking at this like cheap beater bike (hyosung gt250 v twin) and i read the valves need to be checked like 3 times in a short span, wtf??
- Valve Adjustment Motorcycle
- Q: i have an old 79 malibu and its only got a 267 in it. I wouldnt buy new valve covers because its not worth it to me but i was thinking i could clean the ones i got up a little bit. i was thinking of painting them. What kind of paint should i use? and one other thing is the gaskets. I figure while i have them pulled off i should put new gaskets on. I read up about getting all the old stuff off but i was curious still about it. I was just looking at some average ones made of cork for 10 bucks. Do i lay the sealer downthen put the gasket on , then put the valve cover on?
- the best thing i could tell you is clean them good and when you put the gasket on dosent matter if its cork or not, but the silicon ones are better, is that to make sure that the mounting surface's are clean. and have no oil on them otherwise your gonna have a leak. as for the pain clean em good and it really dont matter which paint
- Q: I own a 1982 Pontiac Firebird base model which has recently started leaking oil from its Proportioning Valve. I have looked all over the internet for a replacement, and it turns out GM has discontinued the part. Now im faced with difficult and risky task of attempting to fix it, or turn it over to a repair shop as a last resort. The valve seems to leak out of a small circle with a hole the size of a needle inside which was covered by a rubber gasket. I have no clue what this does, and how to repair it.
- First up is that the valve is not leaking oil, it is leaking brake fluid. That is bad. The proportioning valve controls the brake pressure to the rear brakes. Most of the braking is done with the front brakes and without the valve you could lock up the rear brakes on medium to hard stops and the rear end could loose traction, that would be a bad thing on a sharp turn. With that said please replace the valve I have never seen a repair kit for them. Have you looked at to GM for the part? They may also have knowledge on a conversion of the master cylinder with the valve built in.
