General valve using the market long-term, widespread Water Leakage, rust phenomenon, soft sealing gate valve produced by the introduction of foreign advanced technology of the enterprise. To overcome the poor sealing gate valve, general elastic fatigue, rust and other defects. Soft sealing gate valve is a traditional valve replacement products, the compensation effect of using flexible gate produce small deformation, achieve good sealing effect, the valve has a light switch, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life and other significant advantages, can be widely used in water, sewage, construction, food, medicine, metallurgy, electric power, textile, energy systems, fluid pipeline regulation and closure devices as.

The characteristics of:

- flat style seat

The traditional control valve often pass after washing due to foreign objects such as stone, wood, cement, paper, and other debris deposited on the valve at the end of the groove. Close but not close easily lead to the formation of Water Leakage phenomenon, the lower part of the soft sealing gate valve with water using the same flat design, easy to siltation caused by debris, the fluid unimpeded.

And the overall package glue

The valve plate is made of high-quality rubber overall, the outsourcing of plastic, making the domestic first-class rubber vulcanization vulcanization after the valve plate to ensure accurate geometry, and the rubber and ductile iron gate is connected firmly, not easy to fall off and good elastic memory.

And corrosion resistance

The valve body adopts epoxy coating powder, can prevent the corrosion and rust, and can be used for sewage systems.

And not easy to break

Traditional cast iron garden gate often hit foreign objects, collision or overlap caused by the fracture phenomenon. Because the valve to switch to ductile iron, this is the case already significantly reduced.

Three "O" ring seal

As the valve stem with three "0" ring ring seal design, can reduce friction when the switch is greatly reduced, Water Leakage phenomenon and can cut off the water supply construction not replace sealing ring.

And help to drink

Due to the internal body to non-toxic epoxy resin coating, gate of the inner and outer surfaces are completely coated with rubber and can not rust or corrosion of water available to drink.

- Casting valve

Valve body casting, precise geometry makes the body without any internal finishing to ensure that the valve seal.

And light weight

The valve is made of ductile cast, lighter in weight than conventional gate weight about 20%-30%. Convenient installation and repair.

Q:I have been diagnosed with a bicuspid aortic valve and a discrete stenosis under the valve at 11 years old. I am now 25. My cardiologist told me I might need a valve replacement a 70. Can people actually live long with that condition? I don't understand it. And he only wants me to have an ultrasound every 3 years because nothing has changed in the past 10 years. Can my condition change in a short time? At a dangerous level? I have bad anxiety because of this.
The mitral valve between the left atrium and left ventricle only has two cusps and it works fine. Since the valve going into the left ventricle has two valves, it stands to reason that a similar valve going out of the left ventricle would function similarly if it was the same size and shape. The number of cusps is not entirely related to how well the valve functions. In your case, the opening of the aortic valve is slightly smaller than normal, but clearly capable of passing an adequate amount of blood. The stenosis alone may be the only problem caused by the valve. The stenosis you have likely creates some back pressure when the left ventricle contracts. The heart compensates partly for the back pressure but this prolonged compensation wears on the heart valve a little more than normal. So, you end up with a heart that more or less functions normally but the back pressure and compensation cause the heart valve to wear out faster than normal. Its a gradual effect. The type of damage done from this circumstance is not something that changes rapidly. Evaluating the condition every three years is still probably a very cautious approach and its not certain that the stenosis will ever become a significant problem even if you live well beyond 70 years.
Q:And why is it so expensive? So after many months of trying to figure out why my 93 Mercury Cougar V6 has been breaking down chronically, I was recently told it needed a valve job. At 21 years old and just over 83k, l suppose that's the big issue. What exactly is replaced/fixed with a valve job? Will my car run like new AND STAY THAT WAY? Thanks :)
The valves (located in the cylinder head) allows fuel/air into the cylinder and burned exhaust gases out. Valve jobs can be expensive if they have to replace the valves, and/or valve guides, valve seals, valve seats, valve springs, etc. A car with 83k miles should not need a valve job unless is was very poorly maintained. I think your mechanic is looking for some money from you. Although it's possible that one or more of those items you've listed had failed, I've NEVER had to replace a single one of those items in ANY car I've ever owned. All of my cars have lasted over 200k miles and not once have I had to replace any of those items. I've been driving for over 48 years. Find another mechanic before you go broke.
Q:hii have just found out i have a genetic disease called multi valve prolapse but i want more info about itwhat are the symptoms? can it kill me? any info will help!!thank you
Do you mean Mitral valve prolapse? The mitral valve helps blood on the left side of the heart flow in one direction. It closes to keep blood from moving backwards when the heart beats (contracts). Mitral valve prolapse is the term used when the valve does not close properly. It can be caused by many different things. Most people have no symptoms, but some people have chest pain, a rapid pulse, awareness of heartbeats, migraine headaches, fatigue, and dizziness. In a small number of cases, the prolapse can cause blood to leak backwards. This is called mitral regurgitation. Mitral valves that are structurally abnormal can raise the risk for bacterial infection. Some forms of mitral valve prolapse seem to be passed down through families (inherited). Mitral valve prolapse has been associated with other genetic disorders.
Q:We have an oil steam system. There are Dole valves - 1A on each of the radiators. We bought new ones. They don't seem to be working. They look like a bullet shape with a screw in (on the side of the bullet) to the radiator. On the top of the bullet is a slit with numbers 1-10 on a dial. A picture we saw on the web showed a plastic piece of tubing in the screw part which looks like it goes into the radiator. If we remove the valve, the radiator gets hot with steam coming out of the hole. With the new valve on, the radiator barely gets warm. We're in Piscataway, NJ 08854. H-E-L-P.
Seems to me that a steam valve would need to hold a lot more pressure than a hot water valve. Steam is a high pressure gas and water is a liquid irregardless how hot it is (below boiling point) I am not a qualified plumber or boiler tech but personally I wouldn't use a steam valve for water or vise versa.
Q:How do I know if the valve seals need replacing? From what type of smoke can I detect?
A 'leak-down' test is the best bet, shows where in the system the compression is leaking and if it's around the valve stems than for sure the seals need replacing. Can't judge it by the smoke accurately as oil could be slipping past the rings also.
Q:My car has been sputtering and hesitating when I hit the gas. My friend's boyfriend says it is a bad erg valve does that sound right?
Its EGR vavle. it is an emissions administration gadget. It stands for exhaust gasoline recuculation. It sends countless the exhasut from the engine returned by using. it is going to reason your difficulty. it is user-friendly because of the fact they gets clogged with carbon over the years and stop working. i might replace it to save on gasoline and it isnt extraordinarily expenisve to do or have completed.
Q:I have a 3-circuit sprinkler system in my yard (built by me, last year). I discovered this week that I overtightened the connection between the valves and the downstream pipes, and 2 of the three valves are cracked, and leaking, at the connection. I replaced all 3 valves, and now I need to reconnect them to the supply. But this means I'm working backward - when I bult the system last year, I worked downstream - I built the manifold first, connected the valves, then the remainder of each branch. Now, I have to make the new manifold fit the valves, and naturally, they don't line up perfectly. Any tips/tricks on connecting valves in this situation? Is there such a thing as flexible pipe that can withstand continuous pressure? I'm using unions at both ends of each valve to help things go together/come apart more easily.
valve manifolds are something that requires practice and experience. i used to struggle with them at work until i did a good bit of them. 3 zones is not that many valves so it shouldnt be too difficult. if they wont line up exactly right, i would recommend adding longer peices of pipe to the mainline side of the vavles and re routing the supply line futher back and you will have more room to flex the pipe and vavles into the Tees and 90s. do not use any form of flexible pipe on any mainline. you will regret it. lol the bigger the hole you dig will give you the most room and the more pipe, and room will give you more flexability to build the manifold. it is easier to connect the valves the way you did it first though, but you can do it either way. good luck and hope this helps
Q:according to my study only indurial gate valves have both rising and non rising stem through handwheel and it seems that it doesnot apply to golbe valve and globe valves are only non rising stem. i wanted to know if this is right
so non rising stem valves are usually used on only clean liquids long of stem is the same
Q:hello I am having trouble inflating my back wheel tube. so i guess i will just tell you what happened. well i came back from the bike shop with a presta valve adapter and i put it on my tube. it fills up too near full psi but just after a ride around the block it is flat. i have no idea why. please help me! also its a mavic tube 700 x 23, vittoria rubino pro 700 x 23 tire, and a vuelta xrp 17 deep v back wheel. thanks!
Did you take the adapter off? It is only intended to fill the tire, you take it off and close the valve.
Q:I want a valve sound that is clean and 'true', but I also want pre-sets. Someone said that digital pre-sets distort the valve sound.
First off, valves aren't meant to be clean or true. Technically the reason we like tubes is that they distort fairly easily, but in a pleasing and musical way (largely 2nd order, etc). Just being picky. =) Digital things can sound very digital in a tube amplifier depending on the quality of the DSP chip and how it's used. It looks like what they're doing in this case is modifying the gain values of the tubes digitally. This doesn't actually interfere with the signal itself. It's kinda like using a digital thermometer to control your heater instead of an analog one, or turning it on and off by hand - the heat still comes out, the method of when and how much comes out is all that changes. I'm very impressed with this amp. Whoever said that digital presets distort the valve sound were talking about something else - maybe the Line 6 Spider 3 or something, where the distortion doesn't come from the valves but from a DSP chip. Your amp there is a different beast completely. Saul
