General valve using the market long-term, widespread Water Leakage, rust phenomenon, soft sealing gate valve produced by the introduction of foreign advanced technology of the enterprise. To overcome the poor sealing gate valve, general elastic fatigue, rust and other defects. Soft sealing gate valve is a traditional valve replacement products, the compensation effect of using flexible gate produce small deformation, achieve good sealing effect, the valve has a light switch, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life and other significant advantages, can be widely used in water, sewage, construction, food, medicine, metallurgy, electric power, textile, energy systems, fluid pipeline regulation and closure devices as.
The characteristics of:
- flat style seat
The traditional control valve often pass after washing due to foreign objects such as stone, wood, cement, paper, and other debris deposited on the valve at the end of the groove. Close but not close easily lead to the formation of Water Leakage phenomenon, the lower part of the soft sealing gate valve with water using the same flat design, easy to siltation caused by debris, the fluid unimpeded.
And the overall package glue
The valve plate is made of high-quality rubber overall, the outsourcing of plastic, making the domestic first-class rubber vulcanization vulcanization after the valve plate to ensure accurate geometry, and the rubber and ductile iron gate is connected firmly, not easy to fall off and good elastic memory.
And corrosion resistance
The valve body adopts epoxy coating powder, can prevent the corrosion and rust, and can be used for sewage systems.
And not easy to break
Traditional cast iron garden gate often hit foreign objects, collision or overlap caused by the fracture phenomenon. Because the valve to switch to ductile iron, this is the case already significantly reduced.
Three "O" ring seal
As the valve stem with three "0" ring ring seal design, can reduce friction when the switch is greatly reduced, Water Leakage phenomenon and can cut off the water supply construction not replace sealing ring.
And help to drink
Due to the internal body to non-toxic epoxy resin coating, gate of the inner and outer surfaces are completely coated with rubber and can not rust or corrosion of water available to drink.
- Casting valve
Valve body casting, precise geometry makes the body without any internal finishing to ensure that the valve seal.
And light weight
The valve is made of ductile cast, lighter in weight than conventional gate weight about 20%-30%. Convenient installation and repair.

- Q: I got an engine knock and backifiring and no power not even to move the car just a few feet. I figured its the vales that are eather broken or burned out. I just started to take my top end apart to check and change borken or damaged valves so i can drive the car once again. My question is, when i take the valve cover off i can see what looks like the valves and the springs and something in the middle of the springs, now what iam i gona be looking at for a broken/damaged valve since i dont see any obvious damages but i could be wrong.
- take it in.
- Q: i was filling the tire on my car and the valve stem completely came out when i finished, quickly deflating the tire. i could push it back in but then the process repeated itself when i tried refilling it again. is there part of the stem i'm not seeing. the stem that i saw was long and straight and threaded. advise, thoughts? thanks.
- Are you talking about the whole valve stem? You need a new one, tire has to be dismounted to install it. Are you talking about the insides, the valve core? There is a tool to thread it in, used to be right on the valve caps that came on bicycles, is available in any auto parts store. Why that would pop out I don't know, unless somebody deliberately loosened it. Or perhaps you have ended up with some of the millions of low-quality counterfeit ones that came out of China a couple of years agol
- Q: Is there any treatment available for a leaky heart valve?
- yes. surgery. otherwise you'll have murmurs either all the time or occasionally depending on the leakiness. you must certainly see a doctor. there are no external treatment for this because protein will be used for muscle and other such things. your heart valves are formed while still fetal and grow with your body for about 30 years. repairs almost completely stop at 15 because stem cells are rareified. this is why scientists look into stem cell research. i cant remember who but the japanese fellow that cloned the first dog also started research into stem cells for the heart and was not only able to repair the hearts of frogs, sheep, mice, pigs, etc. but he also grew a fully functional human heart in a pig with all but O+ blood types. basically just talk to a doctor and poke around. your heart is literally vital. dont mess around or hold back for any reason. search until you are better.
- Q: Im trying to replace the egr valve on a 97 lincoln continental. I need to find out what size wrench I need, to get the nut off. Do you know?
- I am assuming you want to replace the EGR valve because you are getting an insufficient EGR flow trouble code. Before you replace a perfectly good valve with an inferior aftermarket part that will likely fix nothing, a little more diagnosis is in order. If you have access to a scan tool and a vacuum gauge, perform a KOER (key on engine running) test on the engine with the vacuum gauge connected to the hose to the EGR valve. When self-test reaches the EGR test, look for the vacuum guage to move during the self test. If it moves, the vacuum source and EGR solenoid are good. If not, trace the vacuum harness for leaks. Without the scanner and vacuum gauge, find a length of hose and suck on the hose, or connect to other vacuum source to test the valve. You are looking for an RPM drop at idle when you open the valve in this way. I suspect your problem is a passageway clogged with carbon. Remove the valve and throttle body to access the clogged areas and manually decarbonize. This is the most common reason for an insufficient EGR flow on a Lincoln, along with a faulty DPFE sensor or related hoses. My money is on the clogged passages or the bad DPFE sensor.
- Q: The Hawker Tempest was the fastest piston powered airplane ever made, it had a sleeve valve engine. It was made obsolete, by the Me 262 and other jet engined fighters, But it's engine was the ultimate piston aircraft engine. Then piston engines became something for inexpensive planes, but why has the sleeve valve not undergone further development as a sports car engine?
- The main problem was the oil consumption, since a very tight seal required close tolerances that in turn called for very precise lubrication. As Wikipedia states (see link) if one wants to do away with poppet valves, and is willing to accept a very wide lubricated area, one might as well go all the way and go with a Wankel rotary engine which entirely eliminates the need for valve and thus timing gearing. Note that military engines do not have to be certified the way civilian aero engine need be, this in turn makes the process of introducing any change in an engine design extraordinarily expensive, hence general aviation piston engines are rather crude (but proven) design. For automotive engines, one of the concern is the economy of scale: it is pointless to make an engine, to invest in all the development cost, if only a handful are produced. And it is pointless to make an engine that is meant for a wide distribution unless the cost of the final product is attractive, and that the maintenance expertise is properly widespread. So again, innovation tends to be introduced very slowly. And you cannot count on auto racing to act as a test bench for such innovations, as the rules there are often actually meant to limit how innovative one can be...
- Q: The hot water shutoff valve to the washing machine was dripping. I removed the packing nut and put in new packing over the weekend. Problem is that the packing nut seems to only go back on at an angle no matter what I do...it may have already been that way though. The valve isn't currently dripping, but I'm not liking the way the packing nut only goes on at an angle. Would it be crazy to keep the existing valve if I keep an eye on it and over time it doesn't drip, or is it too risky to keep this valve given that the packing nut is on at a funny angle? (Local plumbers here in Northern NJ all want around $350 if I were to replace both the hot and cold with a watts single handle valve.) Thanks, J.
- I would do a little more trying to get the nut on straight. Turn it counter-clockwise until it drops a little bit. Then turn it clockwise. Question to ask yourself is, how long will it take you to get to the main house shutoff valve if the nut lets go? You should be able to replace just the one faucet for less than $10.
- Q: the water coming out of the kitchen faucet has been getting weaker and weaker this week and now it flows a 3 out of 10. The thought it might be time to replace the faucet/faucet washer. I went to turn off the water under the sink.. hot and cold valve but water still comes out of the faucet with enough force aka not a dip but free flowing water. I turned the red handle valve to off as well but same thing. I am totally thrown off. HOt and cold water still comes out of faucet. When I push the faucet handle down, the water does not stop right away as well but slowly stops. No problem water into dish washer. I have replaced numerous faucets but I can not figure how water is still getting to the faucet after turning all 3 valves to shut off position. I still think it might be the faucet but now I am not sure. I am close to calling a plumber but really do not want to do that. thx
- Sounds like your water has lots of solid stuff in it. Maybe from the city, maybe from your pipes. Take the aerator off the end of the faucet and check to see if it is clogged with stuff. Be careful to note the order of the pieces that come out of the aerator--you will have to put them back. Try running faucet without an aerator. If it runs free then the stuff is your problem and is probably also the problem with the shut off. Pieces of rust or whatever on the faucet washer will allow water to continue to run.
- Q: Are they referring to the nozzle orifice or are they talking about the diameter of the nozzle? Does it mean the inner diameter of the valve like in a globe valve?
- Can't improve on what you have except to say: If you don't ask for a full port valve; you will get an internal diameter smaller than the ID of the piping.
- Q: primary function of a valve position?
- I am within the equal concern as you are in proper now. What I do, is 1) get headphones and 2) shut your door (if viable). Additionally set the sport sound reduce so that you could hear when your mother or dad is coming. In case your mom would not mean you can play considering of violence like blood, there's a strategy to disable blood/gore create an autoexec.Cfg add violence_agibs zero violence_hgibs zero violence_hblood 0 violence_ablood 0 It sucks to have these kind of dad and mom If nothing else works, are trying different games reminiscent of diablo 2, or oblivion or anything. Just right luck!
- Q: Defects in which valves would produce the following?1) SEVERE DEPENDENT EDEMA?2) PAROXYSMAL NOCTURNAL DYSPEA3) CONGESTED LIVER?4) DISTENDED JUGULAR VEINS?5) PRODUCTIVE COUGH WITH FROTHY SPUTUMfor 1. i believe it's tricupsid valve, 2. mitra valve please correct me if I'm wrong. Thaanks!
