Products Description of Swing Check Valve

Check valves are used in pipes under pressures between PN1.6~16.0MPa(Class150~2500Lb), working temperatures-196~600, They are used in industries include oil, chemistry, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power gene-ration to prevent the backward flux of the media.

The main structure features of Swing Check Valve:

1The products feature a reasonable structure, reliable seal, good performance and nice modeling.
2
Either soft or hard seal can be selected for the product upon different working conditions. The sealing face is built up with Co-based
carbide alloy, leaving a better wearability, corrosion and scrap resistance and a longer duration.
3
Small opening pressure, the disc can be opened fully with a very small pressure differential.
4
Inside-set bolt-bearing structure reduces leakage and reliable use.
5
PN≥16.0Mpa (class1500), the middle cavity uses a self-tightening sealing structure to have the sealing performance reinforced along
with the pressure rise so as to ensure the sealing performance.
6
Different parts materials and different sizes for flange, butt-welding are available for sensible combination according to different working facts and customers' requirements.

FAQ of Swing Check Valve:

Q1:I can’t find the type of steel check valve which I need. what can I do?

The chart above only lists out some common composition of steel check valve parts. We may provide other different parts material composition according to the customer's request or the actual valve working condition.

Q2:Which certification do your products pass?

  Our products are in accordance with ISO 9001ISO 14001API 6AAPI 6DTS CEAPI607/6FA/BS6755.

Q3:How can I place an order?

The only one thing you should do is to tell us the sepecification about type 、quantity and  mode of transportation, then we will send you quotation within 24 hours.

Q: For instance, I am buying some new tires that don't have the valve stems on them, so could I remove my existing valve stems from my used tires onto the new tires? Is this recommend at all? Is it safe? Is it possible? Can this be done? why or why not? thank you.
Any reputable tire shop will install new valve stems when mounting new tires. This really sounds like somebody is messin with you. Anyone else in your area having similar problems?
Q: i was filling the tire on my car and the valve stem completely came out when i finished, quickly deflating the tire. i could push it back in but then the process repeated itself when i tried refilling it again. is there part of the stem i'm not seeing. the stem that i saw was long and straight and threaded. advise, thoughts? thanks.
Are you talking about the whole valve stem? You need a new one, tire has to be dismounted to install it. Are you talking about the insides, the valve core? There is a tool to thread it in, used to be right on the valve caps that came on bicycles, is available in any auto parts store. Why that would pop out I don't know, unless somebody deliberately loosened it. Or perhaps you have ended up with some of the millions of low-quality counterfeit ones that came out of China a couple of years agol
Q: How does a deluge valve differ from a standard alarm valve in a wet system? What are differences from a standard wet pipe system regard alarm trim and NPFA codesAlso if an existing system, over 2000sft, (pipe sched method) has no siamese connection, and I am adding addtional heads via the same pipe schedule method - Am i required to upgrade the riser/alarm trim to include a fire department connection? - (re:NFP13, 2002)
Normally sprinkler can classify as either wet type or dry type. In which under the Wet type system you will have pre-action, deluge and Dry pipe. Of course in anycase wet pipe is the best due to its economic reasons. Indeed, ppl spec for dry type because of afraid fault alarm, accident damage, low temperature (maybe less than 10 degree C) of production area and so on and forth. Generally, deluge valve can be manual or automatic. It doesn't have sprinkler bulb head. Upon detection of fire, responsible person shall operate the alarm valve manually. If automatic features is installed, Heat and Smoke detector will detect the fire and trigger the alarm valve to open and the water flow in. You need to calculate the Design Density to size up your tank properly. In your case of just only an extension of building and not construction from empty land, you may need to study on the existing fire fighting system to which standard it has been designed from. From there, you can extend by maybe adding another alarm valve, and so on and forth. Mechanical Consultant will able to assist you in this. You may write to me and tell me more about the form, feed and funtion of the building so that i can provide more ideas on this....
Q: It looks like our toilet water shut off valve is leaking. We are trying to turn off the water by turning the lever on the hot water heater, but this only turned off the hot water. So the cold water is still not turned off? We thought the one lever at the hot water heater would turn it all off, but it didn't work. Is there actually a separate water shut off valve for cold water in my house? Help!!
There should be a shut-off valve at or near your water meter, or near where the water pipe enters your house.
Q: ok im buying a kx 125 from 96 and he said the only problem with the bike is that it has a small oil leak around the power valve too me it sounds like a gasket. but i want someone elses opinion on what else it could be.
The kx125 actually has 3 valves in the exhaust, a main, a left-hand one and a right-hand one. Each is fitted with o-rings which require disassembly in order to be reached. This would also be a good time to clean the power valves since they tend to become encrusted with carbon deposits which interfere with their normal operation.
Q: It seems like the shutoff (stop) valve for the toilet is preventing my toilet tank from filling up for flushing. When I shut the valve, and open again, the water flows into the supply tube that flows into the tank for a few minutes. Afterward, the flow of water stops BEFORE filling the tank as if it lost pressure of water flow.I repeat the above (closing and opening valve) and does the same thing. (There is also no sign of leak...)What can I do? I'm hoping I don't have to call the plumber.
I think its the float in your toilet try pushing down in to the water and see if the flow begins again. If it does just readjust your float setting to the tank fill level you want
Q: What kind of valve is on this tennis ball cannon in this picture?
It's a pneumatic valve with a compressed air tank to power the cannon. Any kind of pneumatic valve should do the trick, just make sure you use the correct fittings for whatever valve you buy. The red lever piece is from a standard pressurized air system for a mechanic's shop. It is probably only necessary as a safety mechanism to discharge the air without shooting the ball.
Q: I own a 2wheel drive 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe 4cly. The engine light was on the code P0401 came up which is the EGR valve. I had it changed out the engine light came back on after I had made it almost home. I took it to auto zone same code came up that made me take to the shop for repair in the 1st place. Ugh. Please help! What's the problem???
I've never seen an EGR valve failure on these engines. It's almost always the vacuum solenoid for the valve that has failed. I've also seen issues with vacuum lines breaking or becoming plugged but that's pretty rare. It's just a shame that so many shops have parts throwers nowadays, get a code for the EGR valve and instead of taking 2 minutes to use a vacuum pump to test the valve, they just replace it, and then not even bother to drive the vehicle before giving it back to confirm their repair... terrible! They are giving the people who try a bad name.
Q: I want a valve sound that is clean and 'true', but I also want pre-sets. Someone said that digital pre-sets distort the valve sound.
First off, valves aren't meant to be clean or true. Technically the reason we like tubes is that they distort fairly easily, but in a pleasing and musical way (largely 2nd order, etc). Just being picky. =) Digital things can sound very digital in a tube amplifier depending on the quality of the DSP chip and how it's used. It looks like what they're doing in this case is modifying the gain values of the tubes digitally. This doesn't actually interfere with the signal itself. It's kinda like using a digital thermometer to control your heater instead of an analog one, or turning it on and off by hand - the heat still comes out, the method of when and how much comes out is all that changes. I'm very impressed with this amp. Whoever said that digital presets distort the valve sound were talking about something else - maybe the Line 6 Spider 3 or something, where the distortion doesn't come from the valves but from a DSP chip. Your amp there is a different beast completely. Saul
Q: can you put a blow off valve on a chevy cobalt ss supercharged?
There is no need to put a blow off valve on any motor unless it is turbocharged.
