Products Description of Swing Check Valve

Check valves are used in pipes under pressures between PN1.6~16.0MPa(Class150~2500Lb), working temperatures-196~600, They are used in industries include oil, chemistry, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power gene-ration to prevent the backward flux of the media.

The main structure features of Swing Check Valve:

1The products feature a reasonable structure, reliable seal, good performance and nice modeling.
2
Either soft or hard seal can be selected for the product upon different working conditions. The sealing face is built up with Co-based
carbide alloy, leaving a better wearability, corrosion and scrap resistance and a longer duration.
3
Small opening pressure, the disc can be opened fully with a very small pressure differential.
4
Inside-set bolt-bearing structure reduces leakage and reliable use.
5
PN≥16.0Mpa (class1500), the middle cavity uses a self-tightening sealing structure to have the sealing performance reinforced along
with the pressure rise so as to ensure the sealing performance.
6
Different parts materials and different sizes for flange, butt-welding are available for sensible combination according to different working facts and customers' requirements.

Q:I was diagnosed with Mitral Valve prolapse...I'm 21, 5.5 tall and 130lbs, I had a healthy lifestyle...my doctor said that my case isn't really sever..but i'm taking medications to keep it this way...something i cannot ask my doctor about, would intercourse be harmful to me? and how should I deal with it??? is it okay for me to have children in the future? and could my MVP be cured without surgery??
ask your doctor but my friends has MVP and she is anow married with one kid gave birth normal delivery
Q:where is the shuttle valve located in 03 land rover discovery hse ?
The shuttle valve is a part of the brake modulator this problem is addressed by the replacement of the brake modulator and that's a $1,500.00 dollar part plus labor but I believe that they sell a shuttle valve repair kit for around $100.00 dollars.....
Q:Ok I recently changed my pcv valve and today when I was checking my spark plugs I noticed and valve that looked exactly like a pcv valve on the passenger side valve cover iam not sure exactly what this valve is ?? I should note that I changed the pcv valve on the driver side because I noticed that it was just a hose coming out of a rubber grommet and into the back of the carb was that just a breather hose ? Thanks in advance for any info
to add, support, you can simply soak pcv valve in fuel. the little eliment filter as well. pcv valve is a hard part. rattles when shaken? it's good. elliment filter is not a paper one. it too can merely be soaked. i've seen a few pcv valves that are bad. those were on engines that sat in yards for years and years. oil dried and set. had ridges that did not let the ball rattle. other than that, never seen one go bad. just need cleaning.
Q:my Hunter SVC VALVE will not work with my Lawn Genie Valve. Is this becaous the voltage is not matched? Hunter says it operates solenoids at 6-9 v DC // Lawn Genie says it is an 18 v DC solenoid. :-( my original Hunter Valve broke and I replaced it with the Lawn Genie. Should I get a Hunter Valve , or a Lawn Genie Controller at this point/ or is there something I have overlooked?.
Something is incorrect. All valve solenoids and all timers are designed to work at 24 v DC It should make no difference which brand of clock or which brand of valve you are using. Now the actual solenoid which is the circular cylinder with the wires coming out of it that screws into the valve may not fit all brands of valves but you can buy the correct brand to fit your valve at any irrigation supplier. If your controller is working with at least one valve it should work with any valve you have installed. I would look at the wiring and see that they are correctly installed and connected especially at the valve. If one of the two wires is loose or connected wrong then you wont get the valve to operate. If you have a voltage meter I would test it with that. If not make sure at least one wire from each valve is connected to the white (or nuetral wire) out of the controller and the other valve wire is connected to one of the hot wires coming out of the controller. If one valve does not work try connecting a hot wire off a working valve to the non working valve and test it. If it works your problem is in the wire you disconnected. I constantly work on sprinkler systems and wiring is no. one problem. Incidently I cant find a SVC valve listed in the Hunter catalog did you get the letters mixed up?
Q:Ok i dont know much about cars so if anybody could help out with this id appreciate it. Do i need to take my car in to get the PCV valve replaced or can i buy it and have it done in my driveway?Thanks....
Well sorry but it is a little hard to tell you this if you do not supply us answering your question what kind of car you have. The make, the model and engine size would help us alot Please supply more information and I am shure eather myself or someone here can help you
Q:I keep the tire pressure in my tires at approx 40 lbs per tire. I have an inexpensive tire gauge that I use to measure the pressure. Recently, one tire seemed low, so I measured the pressure and the batteries were dead in the tire gauge. I replaced them and measured again. It said 20.5! I thought I was going crazy, but then measured all the other tires and they were around 35 to 40. I filled up all the tires to about 40, but when I measured the weird one again, it said only 30!The question is, could there be a problem with the tire valve that is preventing me from getting a good measure of the pressure? I filled up the tire to where it looks really filled up, and I'm afraid to overfill it. I'd like to get it to 40 lbs but I don't know if it's already gt; 40 lbs with a tire valve problem. Or if a tire that's at 20 pounds can look so filled up that you couldn't tell it from a tire that's at 40 pounds?Any info would be appreciated.
by the time you drive around find a valve stem tool and then find a new valve core which you need to replace because it is leaking and how many times in your life time will you ever need this tool again you would be better off going to walmart tire center and have them install a new valve stem it comes with the new core and cap in 1 unit assembly
Q:Cylinder head valves. Can't really differentiate the difference between burnt and just carbon build up on valves. Are they the same?If I the valves have no cracks or holes, can I clean the carbon off of them and reuse them.If they don't leak when I re-leak test them, are they then good to use?Had very little compression in one cylinder. What cleaner is safe to use on the valves?I know I should replace all, but any money I can save right now, helps a lot. Also I seen a method of re-lapping the valves by using a tool (stick with a suction cup on end that sticks to valve surface) that you spin while valve is seated. It refinishes the seat and recreates the seal/re-laps. Appears to work and seal just fine. Anything really wrong with this method?
If the valve is burnt there is nothing you can do with it but replace it. If they only need cleaning up you can lap them in with a lapping compound the danger with that is that you need to watch that you do not get close to the edge of the valve, that is when you will end up with a burnt valve. The valve should not be flush with the valve seat that is way to close and the heat of combustion will have a stronger effect on the material.
Q:Is it possible for car manufacturers to make 32 / 64 / 128 / 512 Valve Car Engine just like in a PC CPU? The highest valve I saw so far is 16-valve engine. Just asking :-)
There would be no point to having such high valve count. The point of more valves is to cover the cylinder head combustion chamber with flow spaces. Topologically this is pretty well done with 4 or 5 valves. It is very expensive to add the 5th valve so most manufactureres are happy with 4 valves/cylinder. The largest 4valve / cylinder engine in mass production would be the GM/Caddilac Northstar V-8 IIRC. More analogous to your CPU question would be the use of multiple cylinders, not valves. As far as I know, the largest mass produced engines for auto use have been V-12's as found on high end BMW's and Jaguar's. At a given displacement, engines become more powerful and efficient with more cylinders. Go figure, just the opposite of PC CPU's! I'm sure there are large stationary or ship engines that are made with 32 cylinders, maybe more. The largest I've seen though had 24 and was used to generate electricity for a corporate campus. Q:Whilst pumping up my new tubular tyre, the head of the presta valve snapped off! Because this is a tubular tyre, I spent a lot of time (and cash) gluing it on and applying it etc, so I'm reluctant to buy a new tub. Is there any way getting a new presta valve head without replacing the whole tyre? Thanks in advance.
Your broken valve will hold the air, but next time you pump air, the little screw will go into the tube and cause more damage. Replace it ASAP.
Q:What are the names of the main arteries and valves?????????REALLY NEED ANSWERS TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!
Main arteries: Aorta (oxygenated blood from heart to body), Pulmonary Artery (DEoxygenated blood from heart to lungs). Main Valves: Tricuspid valve (separated right atrium and ventricle to ensure correct flow of blood), Bicuspid Valve( separates left atrium and ventricle), Aortic Valve( ensures blood flow from left ventricle into aorta). hey sorry only saw ur question today:P hope it helps!
