The main structure features of Swing Check Valve:
1、The products feature a reasonable structure, reliable seal, good performance and nice modeling.
2、Either soft or hard seal can be selected for the product upon different working conditions. The sealing face is built up with Co-based
carbide alloy, leaving a better wearability, corrosion and scrap resistance and a longer duration.
3、Small opening pressure, the disc can be opened fully with a very small pressure differential.
4、Inside-set bolt-bearing structure reduces leakage and reliable use.
5、PN≥16.0Mpa (class1500), the middle cavity uses a self-tightening sealing structure to have the sealing performance reinforced along
with the pressure rise so as to ensure the sealing performance.

- Q: I recently broke the valve cap on my tuba and i was wondering if any of you guys knew where to buy a new one or how much it would be.
- you okorder has alot of things but i don't know if they sell separate pieces. Best thing to do is to go to your local music store and tell them and let them find you one,
- Q: Because I plan to remove mine on a 2000 Eclipse GT.Thank you all..
- A spring an a clip
- Q: where is the oil pressure relief valve at in a 2003 ford focus
- The oil pressure relief valve is a type of valve used to control the oil pressure in the car engine. Oil pressure can build up by a motor malfunction, low volume of oil, instrument or equipment failure, or fire. Basically, oil pressure is relieved by allowing the pressurized oil to flow out from an auxiliary passage system. The relief valve is designed or set to open at a predetermined set pressure to protect pressure vessels and other equipment from being subjected to pressures that exceed their design limits. When the set pressure is exceeded, the relief valve becomes the path of least resistance as the valve is forced open and a portion of the fluid is diverted through the auxiliary route. In the 2003 Ford Focus, 3.8 engine, the oil pressure valve is located on the back of the timing cover above where the oil pump bolts up... don't install it backwards you will have the same problem... while everything is dismantled, I suggest you change your oil pump, also; and you will get a new pressure relief valve with it. I hope this helps Papaw
- Q: My 97 Tahoe has a leaking A/C pressure valve. I went to charge the system yesterday, and when I finished I took the hoses from the charging gauges off. The pressure side valve leaked. I pressed it down with a small screwdriver yet still couldn't get it to seat. I looks like it might have a damaged seal around the valve. Can I replace the valve? And if so, how. Or do I have to replace the entire hose assemble as they connect to the compressor? Thanks
- You will have to evacuate the A/C system of it's freon to replace that schraeder valve. There is a tool that is similar to the one used on valve stems on tires that you might get and just try to tighten it first. That tool can be found at automotive A/C supply stores. Don't try to use anything else or you might mess it beyond repair. If you replace the hose you will also have to evacuate the system. I would try tightening it first. Also I've seen people just put a good o-ring under the cap that goes on it and tighten the cap real tight to avoid having to evacuate the system.
- Q: I just found out about my condition. Is it dangerous? And will I need surgery? My mom just got her monocuspid valve replaced. I don't wanna have to go through the same thing. And will I still be able to go on rollercoasters? I'm going to cedar point tomorrow. I only want answers from people who know exactly what there talking about thanks
- so, as you already know, a typical aortic valve has three cusps. yours has two, so this is a structural issue. the point of these cusps, or leaflets, is to maintain blood flow in the appropriate direction through the heart and to the rest of the body. having a bicuspid aortic valve can be something that you inherit from one of your parents. did you have a murmur that prompted them to look for it? if your valves are young and healthy, there's probably not a problem. when it can become problematic is with age, where the leaflets can become calcified and hard, then they can not open as well (i.e. become stenotic), or not close properly (i.e. become regurgitant). if either of these two things develops, and becomes bad enough, they consider valve replacement surgery. but this is the kind of stuff that happens over years and years. you should see a cardiologist, if you haven't already been referred to one, because this is a medical condition that gets watched over time, and then if it gets bad, it gets treated. while it's not bad, it gets watched. this cardiologist will follow you over time, in addition to your regular family physician. he/she will also be keeping an eye on your aorta (the big vessel that blood enters after it goes through the aortic valve), because sometimes people who have bicuspid aortic valves also have problems with your aorta. i would also talk to your cardiologist about whether or not you need to take antibiotics in advance (i.e. prophylactically) of any dental work. i.e. because of your valve with a different shape, are you more predisposed than the average person to getting an infection there. but go to cedar point if you're young and healthy. a roller coaster should not give you any sort of problems. enjoy yourself!
- Q: ok im buying an aftermarket blow off valve for my car. the car itself is taken apart completely and i have no idea wht vacuum lines go where. i know tht the top nipple of the bov has to be connected to the throttle body but it has 5 lines. does it matter what line is connected to it?
- Don't do it. First of all, if you knew enough about turbo charging or supercharging, blow off valves, bypass values, hooters, etc., then you would have known we need to know the size of engine, model of turbo, piping diameter, etc. The actual control lines are not that complex. By using your tongue you can tell what each line is ported to, and then you just need to know if you blow off valve is operated by vacuum or lack of vacuum. They make both types. And your throttle body will have ports on both sides of the plate. And yes, it does very much matter. Turbo charging is not for the novice to fool around with.
- Q: I'm in the process of replacing my dishwasher but I have a problem. I followed the water line from the dishwasher to under my sink and found a red valve that was completely straight, so I turned it to the right as tight as it would go and tried removing the hex nut connecting the line to the dishwasher. Maybe i'm wrong, but there is a lot of water coming out of the line and I don't think it's supposed to. I easily filled up a bowl you would use to mix cakes and it was still going! So, I turned the valve back to straight across thinking maybe someone else turned it off (my dad), and tried it again but the same thing? What am I doing wrong and what should I do to solve this?
- If it is a quarter turn valve , the lever should be across ed the valve ,not in line with it. If that's not working for ya, turn the main water valve off. then drain the water pressure by opening the faucet at the highest point and the lowest point in the house. now it's time to change the dish washer. Good luck it shouldn't be that hard.
- Q: I was wondering if anyone knew how important tire valve stem caps were in maintaining inflation pressure in auto tires? I noticed one of my tires losing air slowly (from 30 psi to 21 psi in about a week) and this tire (unlike the other three) also had a missing tire valve stem cap. I've just replaced it, and was wondering if a missing valve stem cap caused faster loss of tire pressure.
- The valve caps main purpose is o keep dirt/debris out of the valve stem. if the valve inside were to leak due to not being tight or dirt holding it open the cap may prevent leaks. but if you refill that tire once a week, the dirt would have been forced in. replace the cap and see what happens. check the tire and valve stem with soapy water to help find the leak.
- Q: How come my boiler supply valve isnt letting water into my boiler, i have a cold water supply hooked up to it with the valve on i have tested the copper pipe goin into it and water flows into it, but when It reaches the valve it stops. I understand that it my have a backflow preventer in it and I am wondering if that could be malfunctioning. The hole you see on the front is where my expansion tank screws in. Also where could I get a new Valve. Thanks.http://img149.imageshack.us/i/boilerfillvalve.jpg/
- I work on antique steam boilers and engines for a hobby and if your supply valve isn't letting feedwater into the boiler, I'm going to tell you right now that you potentially have a VERY dangerous situation on your hands. Until you get this issue resolved, I would recommend that you not steam this boiler up under any circumstances, unless you have a backup feedwater delivery system that is working correctly. Many people don't know this, but a low water condition in a boiler under steam is essentially a ticking time bomb and can result in a fatal explosion. As to what may be causing it, I would say it's possibly one of two things: 1.) The check valve has been installed backwards and the flow of water is basically pushing it shut. 2.) The check valve is installed correctly, but is frozen shut due to corrosion and scale. Either way, I would have a certified boiler inspector come out and take a look at it; he can probably tell you more than I can.
- Q: Okay I know lots of people wonder what is better presta or schrader...well I realy don't. My bike was made for presta and thats what I have a question about. So I just got my bike back after is being stored away for a few years, so yeah it was neglected. Question is now that I am doing a tuneup on it I found out the valve came out of the tube. I don't know if that is normal and if I am able to put it back in. It looks like there made for the valve not to come out but I just want to make sure before I go out and buy a new tube. Hope you can help. Thanks. -Sarge
- First off, there is no question that presta valves are better! The larger a hole drilled through a rim, the lower its strength. Thus, all other things being equal, a rim drilled for a presta valve will be stronger than a rim drilled for a schrader valve. Tubes with presta valves are slightly easier to pump with a mini-pump than a schrader valve. Finally, they are a bit lighter than a Schrader valve. Secondly, you need to buy a new tube. There is utterly no hope for a repair if the valve comes out. Hope this helps.
