General valve using the market long-term, widespread Water Leakage, rust phenomenon, soft sealing gate valve produced by the introduction of foreign advanced technology of the enterprise. To overcome the poor sealing gate valve, general elastic fatigue, rust and other defects. Soft sealing gate valve is a traditional valve replacement products, the compensation effect of using flexible gate produce small deformation, achieve good sealing effect, the valve has a light switch, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life and other significant advantages, can be widely used in water, sewage, construction, food, medicine, metallurgy, electric power, textile, energy systems, fluid pipeline regulation and closure devices as.
The characteristics of:
- flat style seat
The traditional control valve often pass after washing due to foreign objects such as stone, wood, cement, paper, and other debris deposited on the valve at the end of the groove. Close but not close easily lead to the formation of Water Leakage phenomenon, the lower part of the soft sealing gate valve with water using the same flat design, easy to siltation caused by debris, the fluid unimpeded.
And the overall package glue
The valve plate is made of high-quality rubber overall, the outsourcing of plastic, making the domestic first-class rubber vulcanization vulcanization after the valve plate to ensure accurate geometry, and the rubber and ductile iron gate is connected firmly, not easy to fall off and good elastic memory.
And corrosion resistance
The valve body adopts epoxy coating powder, can prevent the corrosion and rust, and can be used for sewage systems.
And not easy to break
Traditional cast iron garden gate often hit foreign objects, collision or overlap caused by the fracture phenomenon. Because the valve to switch to ductile iron, this is the case already significantly reduced.
Three "O" ring seal
As the valve stem with three "0" ring ring seal design, can reduce friction when the switch is greatly reduced, Water Leakage phenomenon and can cut off the water supply construction not replace sealing ring.
And help to drink
Due to the internal body to non-toxic epoxy resin coating, gate of the inner and outer surfaces are completely coated with rubber and can not rust or corrosion of water available to drink.
- Casting valve
Valve body casting, precise geometry makes the body without any internal finishing to ensure that the valve seal.
And light weight
The valve is made of ductile cast, lighter in weight than conventional gate weight about 20%-30%. Convenient installation and repair.

- Q: Serious answers only please. I have a 1995 Ford F-250 XL 5.8L 351 c.i. engine. My check engine light comes on periodically when I drive. When I bought the truck a year ago the gas mileage wasn't too bad, about 9-10 mpg. I've only put about 3,000 miles on it this past year, and now the needle drops just driving it across town. I work at a Chevy dealership, and I've worked at another Chevy dealer as well as a Ford. I've always done my own work on my cars and am currently restoring a 1967 Mustang, so I have decent knowledge under the hood. I scanned the truck and it has a stored code for EGR valve voltage too high (stuck open). How bad could this be hurting my gas mileage? It's $160 for the valve and sensor even after my discount, and being a college student that's a lotta $ to pay. I'm selling the truck and need it running perfect when I do. Please, serious answers only, and help is greatly appreciated!
- EGR valve stuck open will cause a serious dent in your mileage and performance. At $160 bucks you will be saving yourself alot of money by replacing it. I would go to a local junk yard and find one on a wreck. though you dont know what you are getting going that route you could save alot of money getting another egr valve that way and solve your problem to boot. you just ned it to work long enough to sell it so maybe that would suffice.
- Q: I know what a blow off valve is but where does it blow out the air out off does the air blow out threw the exhaust or what?
- It blows out in to the air.
- Q: How do I adjust the valves on a 96 Blazer, 4.3 V6? When we tighten them to torque specs there is no compression, then when we loosen them and get compression, they loosen up to loose after its been running...any help!, THanks!
- THEY AREN'T ADJUSTABLE!!! The problem is the lifters are filled with oil and they won't compress to the point where the valves close all the way. You have to torque them to the proper setting, then turn the engine by hand untill the valves (lifters) have all had time to bleed down in the open position. It's a pain but you have to turn the engine till a few valves are open, then wait a few hours, mark those valves or write them down on a piece of paper, then turn it till some other ones are open, etc etc.. When you put lifters in new there's always some air in them, but when you take the pressure off a used one the spring pushes the plunger inside the lifter up, and it sucks in oil and becomes overprimed. By letting then sit for a while in the open position, the valve spring will push some of the oil out of the lifter, and allow it to reset to the proper adjustment next time the valve closes. Hence the term Hydraulic valve lash adjuster (lifter for short) DON'T WORRY YOU DON'T NEED A CAM OR NEW LIFTERS. THAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME DOZENS OF TIMES.
- Q: I really like the sound that a blow-off valve makes when they are in audi tts. So I was wondering if I got one for my '02 225hp Audi tt if it would damage the engine in any way. I have read that diverter valves are better, but I want the sound of the blow-off valve. Also any recommendations on blow-off/diverter valves would be great.
- Well, in the audi system it expects to get the extra boost back from the diverter valve so it would be against your best interest to blow off all the boost. However, they do make blow off valves that sound great but only lose 10-30% of the boost which would have little to no effect on the car and you still get that cool sound. I personally am not into blow off valves so I've never bought one but I've heard some good things about Forge blow off valves and I believe they make a 30% blow off like what you would want.
- Q: okay, well, I understand partials. But, on a trumpet, what does each valve do? I mean, I had this idea that each one was a half-step up from the previous...but that's not true. Is there some sort of pattern to them? Does each one have a different purpose?...Please answer as basically as possible. I don't play music very often, and I definitely don't speak brass-ish.

- Q: I went to turn the water off with the shut-off valve so that I could do some work on the toilet tank (replacing old and leaky fill valve) but the water won't shut off. I'm assuming that I'll need to replace the shut-off valve itself but could anything else be causing the problem? The funny thing is, the leaky fill valve that I wanted to replace has now stopped hissing and leaking and the tank seemingly fills fine. But of course the water can't be turned off completely.Just wanted to check make sure that there aren't anything else I should do or consider before I went off to replace the shut-off valve. Thanks

- Q: 1990 Pontiac Sunbird, I took a piece of hose going to the egr valve to try and see if it is working properly, but with car off, I can suck through, and blow out into hose going to egr valve, and it doesn't seem like there's any seal stopping air flow either way...is it supposed to, or what is this supposed to do?
- won't be able to help precisely yet this is a image of it so do the the place's waldo with this hyperlink. it is in lots of situations linked to the intake manifold the PCV is on the valve conceal and all vehicles from approximately seventy 8 on have EGR's
- Q: My mum (73, non-smoker, not overweight) has been diagnosed with 2nd degree aortic valve stenosis 5 years ago. Now deteriorating. Her cardiologist sees her every 6 months and strongly recommends surgery. She is too scared as dad died during a coronary bypass op. Any tips how to gently make her feel better about the op? She heard on the radio that some valve replacements can be done via catheter, not necessitating open heart surgery and heart-lung-bypass. Is that true for aortic valves and is it likely to become mainstream soon? She lives in Germany, so I guess good centres would be Munich, Wuerzburg and Heidelberg. Any views very appreciated!
- Without surgery, a person with aortic stenosis who has angina or signs of heart failure may do poorly. Possible Complications * Arrhythmias * Endocarditis * Left-sided heart failure * Left ventricular hypertrophy (enlargement) caused by the extra work of pushing blood through the narrowed valve Aortic stenosis can be cured with surgery. After surgery there is a risk for irregular heart rhythms, which can cause sudden death, and blood clots, which can cause a stroke. There is also a risk that the new valve will stop working and need to be replaced. According to a prospective, single-center, nonrandomized study of 25 patients, percutaneous implantation of an aortic valve prosthesis in high risk patients with aortic stenosis results in marked hemodynamic and clinical improvement when successfully completed. Medium- and long-term results are unknown. When selecting the optimal therapy for individual patients, the percutaneous approach must be carefully weighed against the excellent results achieved with conventional surgery. - Q: Is what-valve spring. orvalve guide. orvalve cover. orretainer clip
- valve guide ase certified.
- Q: i heard i should get one rather than a Dump valve, well?, should i?
- Depends on the fuel injection system you have and whether or not you want it to make noise or not then a dump valve it is.Now,we need to know what kind of fuel injection system you have.If the car has a mass airflow sensor then a dump valve will not work. You see,all the air that enters the motor must be metered by the MAF sensor. If you have a dump valve, when you let of the gas,the pressurized air is vented to atmosphere. The engine control module is expecting X amount of air to enter the engine. It just got released to the outside.see the problem.
