General valve using the market long-term, widespread Water Leakage, rust phenomenon, soft sealing gate valve produced by the introduction of foreign advanced technology of the enterprise. To overcome the poor sealing gate valve, general elastic fatigue, rust and other defects. Soft sealing gate valve is a traditional valve replacement products, the compensation effect of using flexible gate produce small deformation, achieve good sealing effect, the valve has a light switch, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life and other significant advantages, can be widely used in water, sewage, construction, food, medicine, metallurgy, electric power, textile, energy systems, fluid pipeline regulation and closure devices as.
The characteristics of:
- flat style seat
The traditional control valve often pass after washing due to foreign objects such as stone, wood, cement, paper, and other debris deposited on the valve at the end of the groove. Close but not close easily lead to the formation of Water Leakage phenomenon, the lower part of the soft sealing gate valve with water using the same flat design, easy to siltation caused by debris, the fluid unimpeded.
And the overall package glue
The valve plate is made of high-quality rubber overall, the outsourcing of plastic, making the domestic first-class rubber vulcanization vulcanization after the valve plate to ensure accurate geometry, and the rubber and ductile iron gate is connected firmly, not easy to fall off and good elastic memory.
And corrosion resistance
The valve body adopts epoxy coating powder, can prevent the corrosion and rust, and can be used for sewage systems.
And not easy to break
Traditional cast iron garden gate often hit foreign objects, collision or overlap caused by the fracture phenomenon. Because the valve to switch to ductile iron, this is the case already significantly reduced.
Three "O" ring seal
As the valve stem with three "0" ring ring seal design, can reduce friction when the switch is greatly reduced, Water Leakage phenomenon and can cut off the water supply construction not replace sealing ring.
And help to drink
Due to the internal body to non-toxic epoxy resin coating, gate of the inner and outer surfaces are completely coated with rubber and can not rust or corrosion of water available to drink.
- Casting valve
Valve body casting, precise geometry makes the body without any internal finishing to ensure that the valve seal.
And light weight
The valve is made of ductile cast, lighter in weight than conventional gate weight about 20%-30%. Convenient installation and repair.

- Q: Long story short, have a 2001 acura tl had a rough idle/ no start issue. figured out by disconnecting vaccuum from the throttle body the idle was fine with the TB pulling air through the disconnected hose port. The hose i disconnected leads to the purge valve solenoid. I removed it and it is closed (no air flow), restarted car with hose disconnected and solenoid still harnessed in (still closed). Just need more info on the function of this thing and what it should be doing.. Can i bench test it with +12V and ground on the two pins? Thanks in advance.

- Q: I have a 87 cbr600, consumes oil at a considerable rate. Took the engine out of the frame and disassembled cylinder head, block and pistons and found there is a thick layer of cooked-on oil over all sixteen valves. I figured the oil consumption was due to bad rings, but could it have been the valves?
- just rebuild it since you have it a part 87 im sure that among other things was the problem im sure it was both
- Q: i have a 1997 dodge avenger ES with a 2.5L v6. im wondering if my EGR Valve could be bad i get about 14mpg on gas. my car has a poor idle but will not stall idle gets kinda bad if the airconditing is on. I did a complete tune up and yes it was done right. and i changed my Idle air control valve. after i changed the valve i drove a few miles and i got a check engine light for insuffecient EGR flow but then it went away and never came back. I took the valve off and cleaned it with carb cleaner. im trying to find out why my ide is kinda poor and if the car sits a few days it takes a little longer to start.my motor has 142k miles but has been properly maintained.
- you should be getting way more than that on gas mileage at least on the road anyway,a bad egr valve will cost you around 3-5 miles per gallon if its leaking and doesn't seal of when it should, i went through this with out stratus ands its 2.4.it got real bad mileage, cleaning the valve didn't help it none at all, i went to a salvage yard and got a used one off a blown engine to try it to see if that would help it and the mileage came back up on it so i replaced it with a new one,you should average about 15-17 in town with that one and around 21 or better on the highway if its running right,id try that if everything else is right and you have double checked for codes and don't get any but the egr valve you don't have anything too loose,if you have had it scanned and dont come up with any other codes it would about have to be that or really low compression on the engine causing that too happen,a weak fuel pump believe it or not will cause one to get really bad mileage and run and idle bad also, and this is often over looked as a possibility, check those things if its not them we,ll figure out whats causing it,good luck.
- Q: I am trying to shut off the water valves under my sink to install a new kitchen faucet. The hand knobs appear to be damaged (thin soft metal). In addition, they seem to be seized up pretty well. So I can't shut them off by hand and not sure what I can use to close it off without damaging it further. My initial thought is to replace the valves. Any suggestions?
- Just shut the water off to the house and then you can change the faucet without having to mess with the valves. If you want to shut off the valves though just use a pair of chanel locks to turn them once you break them loose they will turn easier. If the handle breaks off it no biggy, it wont hurt the valve any, you just wont have handles but they dont work anyways right.
- Q: I have a 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT.I just replaced the EGR Valve yesterday, and disconnected the battery to reset the code.My old valve was nasty and loaded with carbon and the valve wasnt even opening. As soon as I drove it out of my driveway with the new valve I IMMEDIATELY noticed the difference, as it was back to normal and felt like the car moved quick again without the knocking. But after about 20 miles, the light came back on [the car is still running perfect].Today I went to Autozone and had it scanned, and sure enough, code P0403 came up as EGR Valve Circuit. He cleared the code out, and I drove to a nearby store, and when I came back out and turned my car on, the code was back AGAIN.What's the problem? If you have an idea of something else that I should check, please give me an idea of where it is located.Thank you.
- Check all your vacuum hoses for cracking or leaks
- Q: I'm thinking about getting a Cold air intake along with a Bypass Valve to prevent Water Indigestion on my Toyota Corolla 07. I was wondering if Bypass Valves actually work and can someone explain to me the physics around it???( How bypass valves work)
- Get a straw and put it in a glass of water. Suck the water up the straw and what happens? Get that same straw and punch 6 holes in the center around the straw. Suck on the straw and what happens? That is the purpose of the bypass. Now the speculation behind the bypass is the intake system has to be fully submerged for it to work efficiently. Get your aftermarket straw and hold it sideways nearly touching the top of the water and suck real hard. You will notice water gets to your mouth, and so your engine. Nothing more than a pressure differential. Bypass valves are very expensive parts for people that don't understand principles of pressure and vacuum. Don't waste your money on it, but stay out of deep puddles.
- Q: Getting a piston for my yz and It says power valve must be modified for .040 or larger soo what does that mean and how do you do it.?
- The power valve is the little metal flap that cover up part of the exhaust port while the engine is operating at low and mid RPM ranges. If you have bored the cylinder and the power valve is protruding into the cylinder, then you'll have to machine off the power valve or use a die grinder (dremel tool) to provide additional clearance. EDIT - If you're ordering the piston that is .040 oversize, then the power valve has to be modified. If you're ordering the .030 or smaller oversize, or the stock size, then no modification is needed.
- Q: Can leakage of heart mitral valve be treated with homeopathic medicines? My grandmom has leakage in mitral valve. I am searching for options to other than surgery to make it less painful for her. She' is above 80yrs of age. If you know of any good options for treatment , please let me know as we also consult the doctors. thank u :)
- Instead of searching for a wizard to cure your grandma see a good cardiologist and ask him what to do.
- Q: hi can any one help me ajust the valves on my 1981 xs650 witch side do i start on and any help will be great i was told it is not hard i an 72 years old and i do all my own tune ups but i forget thanks pop.
- It is complicated, you need a special tool and the shims to do it correctly. They don't adjust like the other bikes.....
- Q: My boyfriend is getting mitral valve replacement surgery soon, he is getting a mechanical valve put in.Has anyone had this surgery done? What are the risks. Anything else need to know about this surgery that is important. Im just worried about the surgery wanting to know as much as I can to be prepared. thank you
- Haven't had it done before but: It's a pretty involved procedure. Patient is put under general anesthesia and is usually on the cardiopulmonary bypass machine (heart-lung machine) since you can't really replace a heart valve if the heart is beating. mortality for full valve replacement according to wiki is 6-8 percent, prob less than 5% for young healthy patients. Recently, many people have been doing the procedure laparoscopically. Patients are put into the surgical ICU for typically 1-2 days after the surgery. You can be discharged about a week after. Obviously there's risks, this is a very involved and definitely not a simple procedure. However, the cardiothoracic surgeons do these procedures every day for their entire lives-they're very skilled and qualified. good luck!
