General valve using the market long-term, widespread Water Leakage, rust phenomenon, soft sealing gate valve produced by the introduction of foreign advanced technology of the enterprise. To overcome the poor sealing gate valve, general elastic fatigue, rust and other defects. Soft sealing gate valve is a traditional valve replacement products, the compensation effect of using flexible gate produce small deformation, achieve good sealing effect, the valve has a light switch, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life and other significant advantages, can be widely used in water, sewage, construction, food, medicine, metallurgy, electric power, textile, energy systems, fluid pipeline regulation and closure devices as.

The characteristics of:

- flat style seat

The traditional control valve often pass after washing due to foreign objects such as stone, wood, cement, paper, and other debris deposited on the valve at the end of the groove. Close but not close easily lead to the formation of Water Leakage phenomenon, the lower part of the soft sealing gate valve with water using the same flat design, easy to siltation caused by debris, the fluid unimpeded.

And the overall package glue

The valve plate is made of high-quality rubber overall, the outsourcing of plastic, making the domestic first-class rubber vulcanization vulcanization after the valve plate to ensure accurate geometry, and the rubber and ductile iron gate is connected firmly, not easy to fall off and good elastic memory.

And corrosion resistance

The valve body adopts epoxy coating powder, can prevent the corrosion and rust, and can be used for sewage systems.

And not easy to break

Traditional cast iron garden gate often hit foreign objects, collision or overlap caused by the fracture phenomenon. Because the valve to switch to ductile iron, this is the case already significantly reduced.

Three "O" ring seal

As the valve stem with three "0" ring ring seal design, can reduce friction when the switch is greatly reduced, Water Leakage phenomenon and can cut off the water supply construction not replace sealing ring.

And help to drink

Due to the internal body to non-toxic epoxy resin coating, gate of the inner and outer surfaces are completely coated with rubber and can not rust or corrosion of water available to drink.

- Casting valve

Valve body casting, precise geometry makes the body without any internal finishing to ensure that the valve seal.

And light weight

The valve is made of ductile cast, lighter in weight than conventional gate weight about 20%-30%. Convenient installation and repair.

Q: My friend had heart surgery and it was pretty serious. She got a new heart. Days later they checked her and discovered that she bursted a heart valve. The doctors say it's one she can live without. That really concerns me. The valves connect directly to the heart. Please help.. Will she be ok if she doesn't get it replaced?
If she has a ruptured heart valve it needs repair or replacement. The valves serve a critical role in maintaining normal flow of blood through the heart. Without the valves blood will backflow and cause buildup and many problems. Maybe she is stable and can wait for surgery at a later date? I'm not aware of a situation where you can live with a ruptured valve. I hope she is in good care.
Q: please i want theory of MOTORIZED VALVE ? COURSE TITLE : MEASUREMENT AND CONTROL EXP. TITLE : CALIBRATION AND CHARACTERISTICS OF MOTORIZED VALVE
Your question is too broad for this forum Google your question Motorized valves Motorized actuators Hope this properly answers your question
Q: 1998 Ford Crown Victoria LX 4.6L Use 89 Octane BP, Shell, Chevron gas. When the engine is under stress(acceleration or going up incline) the engine sounds like the valves are chattering. I can increase the rpm's and the chattering goes away. Had the same problem with 95 Thunderbird 4.6 and have heard other ford cars going down the road with this problem. Air leak? Don't really want to use higher octane due to gas prices and possible engine damage. Also, in the thunderbird, i used a bottle of octane boost and the next day a valve spring broke. Was the octane boost a possible cause?
it is not valve chatter, it is called Pinging, it is a fairly common problem, what it is caused by is hot spots in the engine, or by overly advanced spark timing, i would check your base timing, perhaps even back it off a degree or two, i would also run a bottle of marvel mystery oil, or gm top engine cleaner through a vacuum line to burn out the crud that has built up, the sum total of these repairs: about 15 bucks, the savings: your engine! as for your t-bird, it was the pinging that broke the valve spring, not the tank of hi octane. hope this helps
Q: List words that rhyme with valve...I need these.
Salve
Q: i'm being charged $300 to replace a 75gallon water heater valve, is that too much?
What, just the valve? What valve? A stop valve in the supply or delivery line? Or the temperature and pressure valve? There's no way on God's green earth I'd ever fork over $300 for this job. I can do it myself in thirty minutes. The TP valve would take less than ten minutes. Granted I'm a handyman and I have a shopful of tools and 20 years experience. But back in the day, when I'd never done any maintenance work, I replaced my own water heater from start to finish and it only took a couple of hours. Unless there's something major going on that you're not disclosing to us, it sounds like a pretty serious overcharge. [edit] To answer your additional questions, I wouldn't pay that much to replace all three valves. The valves themselves aren't very expensive, and the only really difficult part of this entire operation is getting all the water under control to replace the drain valve. Something's going to get wet, and that tends to make homeowners annoyed and difficult customers. The TP valve is a simple wrench-in, wrench-out replacement. Water off, power off, drain below the level of the valve and out it comes. Control valve requires turning off the house's water, but less draining. Replacing the drain valve requires draining the entire heater but again it's a wrench-in, wrench-out job. Easy.
Q: Is a leaky heart valve considered to be a form heart disease?
Hello, Yes, it is. Obviously the leak is still within the arteries, - no blood is leaking out of the heart, - any leak is only in the backwards direction of blood-flow. One function of the valves is to stop blood which has just been pumped, from falling backwards again to where it came from. As soon as the pumping action stops, the valve has to close to lock the pumped-blood in its new forward position. If any blood leaks back through the closed valve, that is called regurgitation of blood, - and the closed valve which is leaking is described as incompetent or insufficient, in medical language. Sometimes newborn babies are born with a heart valve (or valves) that leak backwards, having not been properly formed in the womb, - or sometimes the valve (or valves) are damaged in adult life by some disease, - for example, infections like Rheumatic Fever or Syphilis, (both rare nowadays). I hope this is of some help. Best wishes, Belliger retired uk gp
Q: When using seafoam through the PCV valve. Which side contains the vacuum? From the crank case of intake manifold? The brake booster line is very difficult to access and on their site it says I can apply seafoam through the pcv valve.
Remove the PCV valve from the rocker arm cover remove the hose off the PCV valve shake the valve, is it springy? if yes it is OK put it back on. If not spray the top and bottom holes and shake it back and forth till you can feel it becoming springy Best world I can think of sort of feels like a ball bouncing inside when it's free afterwords spray it till it's clean then dry it and install it bak into position. The hose is the vacuum side but you DO NOT want to get the sea foam into the booster diaphragm or it will damage it, it's made of rubber and ea form will harm it as will any oil or lubricants that gets on it. The PCV valve is a controlled vacuum leak and it pulls engine gas out and recreates it to burn again and it supplies boost to the brake system as well. Hope this helps.
Q: Some trombones have Thayer valves? What are those for compaired to the regular standard open wraps?
I'll tell you what, but I'm not an expert on Trombone case maintenance, but here's what you need to do. Take the Trombone case out side preferably in the full sun, open it up and lean it against a wall, or a secure object. Now run in the house a get some liquid dish soap and trot back outside to the case , and squirt the dish soap all over inside the case, top to bottom. Given you may have to lay the case down flat to do a good job, with the soap, about 3oz. is plenty. OK now stand the case back up , get the garden hose and use a spray nozzle, or use your thumb and spray the hell out of the inside of that Trombone case, paying special attention to the ends of the case. Spray that sucker until you've got soap and bubbles everywhere! Eventually though you will have sprayed away all the soap and bubbles and once that case rinses clear with the hose spraying find a nice new place to stand it up to dry, that is definitely in full sun, say at least 7-8 hours per day. Let the case dry in the sun for 2-days, may be longer depending, but leave it out there for as long as it takes for that material and fabric from within to become bone ss dry! Then get your horn and introduce it to it's new friend. NOTE: It does not matter what the case is made of metal , wood , plastic, leather or glass. It will handle the cleaning, not to worry, Blast it!
Q: Also what prevents this from occuring? I have a lab due tomorrow for my biology class this is one of the questions. the answer is no where in my book, and we haven't discussed this in class. im also having a hard time finding the answer online. i would assume it would have something to do with the elasticity of the valves, and i know that when valves are weak sometimes blood can flow back into the artium when the ventricle contracts causing a heart murmur and other problems, but i haven't came across any information that talks about the valve being pushed backwards. if you can help me out that would be awesome! thanks =]
Valves, because they open when your heart pumps and close, not allowing blood to flow backwards after the pump.
Q: I have a question about my car. The mechanic told me that my valve body needed to be rebuilt. However I read that the valve body is a sensor that tells the car when to shift gears. Now my car is a semi automatic so I can shift gears myself! I was wondering if someone could tell me whether it was still necessary to rebuild it if I'm going to be shifting gears myself? I just don't want to mess up the valve body even more and eventually have to get a whole new transmission!
Its an electrically shifted automatic. The valve body is not a sensor it is the valving system that sends fluid to different parts of the transmission to shift gears. The solenoids on the valve body move the valves dependant on what the computer tells it to do. The paddles or shifter you have do not go to the transmission but to the ECU and the ECU decides what to actually do with the transmission. It does not matter if you shift it or let it do it its self if the transmission is going out it needs work or rebuilt, it WILL fail sooner or later and leave you stranded. So you either need to get it rebuilt or get another transmission. If you drive it until it fail you will need another unit, if you fix it now yours might be able to be saved.
