  The products are applicable for the electric connection between various thermocouples and temperature-indicating instrument with index of S,K,E,T,J and N to improve the thermometric precision.Usually,the PVC insulated and sheathed compensating cable is applied since it's good for its dampproof ante-corrosion and flame-retardant performance.The heat-resistant fluoroplastic insulation and sheath has high temperature-resistant,alkali-resistant acid-resistant,oil-resistant, wear-resistant,age resistant,waterproof and flame-retardant performance.The silicon rubber insulated compensation conductor and compensating cable have oil-resistant,anti-corrosion,age resistant,waterproof and flexible features.The compensating cable is composed of certain quantities of twisted pair type compensating.

Apply GB/T4989-94 and JB/T7495-94.   Which is equivalent to IEC584-3 (1989)

2. Minimum bending radius:

  A. PVC insulated and sheathed

  parallel type: not less than 6 times of the thickness of the compensating conductor; twisted pair type: not less than 6 times of the outer diameter of the compensating conductor

  B. Fluoroplastic insulated and sheathed

  parallel type: not less than 10 times of the thickness of the compensating conductor; twisted pair type: not less than 10 times of the outer diameter of the outer diameter of the compensating conductor.

  C. Silicon rubber insulated and sheathed

  parallel type: not less than 4 times of the thickness of the compensating conductor; twisted pair type;not less than 4 times if the outer diameter of the compensating conductor.

  D. For no armored layer compensating cable, not less than 6 times of the outer diameter of the cable. For armor-layered compensating cable, not less than 12 times of the diameter of the cable. For fluoroplastic sheathed and insulated compensating cable, shall not be less than 8 times of the outer diameter of the cable.

Q: How can we make out the physical size of a power cable if the cable is said to be 4 core, 150 sq.mm ??? How will we measure the diameter of this cable ???? please suggest......
A 4core (electrical) cable of that strength is usually built up from quarter circle shaped sectional wires. (Think of a pizza cut into four even pieces.) So, calculate the outside diameter from this point and add 4 times the insulator thickness. Example: 400V 4core cable has very likely 1mm insulator thickness. 150mm? * 4 cores is 600mm? total. By A=PI*d'*d'/4, d' being the diameter without insulator, would be d'=2*sqrt(A/PI)=600mm?/3.1415...=2*sqrt(...? Now, as said above, add the 4 insulator layers, and then you would be at approx. 31.7mm outside diameter.

The included cables are the standard 6' in length. There's nothing special about the PS3's power cord, so you can buy a longer one if you need it. The PS3 can also use standard HDMI and optical audio cables, so finding those in various lengths is easy. However if you need a longer PS3 AV cable (for composite, svideo or component video) you'll have to buy one online. They exist, or you can use a simple cable extension.

The direct power cable runs from the battery to an access point usually on the drivers side fender well. There is also sometimes a shielded stud on the firewall near the center of the truck. Failing to find either of these, a connection to the battery positive terminal will work just as well

What I can tell you is that if it's a power cable for a piece of radio/communications equipment then its Class 9 expendable. If it's the skinny low voltage cable then go ahead. Even if it does come apart the most that will happen it that it will give you a light shock. Probably not even that if it's less than 12 V. Couldn't harm a fly. Hint: cut the positive lead an inch shorter on one wire and same for the negative on the other side. Now your splices aren't next to each other. If the wire is going to be exposed (i.e. not tucked behind the TV), get some heat shrink tubing from Radio Shack or Home Depot to make it look professional and prevent the electrical tape from rubbing off. Just make sure to thread the wire through the heat shrink tubing before you fix the wire! If it's the thick mains cable that plugs directly into the wall, DONT DO IT. That much electricity can actually jump through electrical tape if, say, you step on the wire. Get a new cable and remake the connection inside the box.
