- You should pick up a reloading manual (book) and start studying! There are several types of presses and yes there is a set of dies for each caliper that come in sets. Your load and how you load will depend on what you are shooting and how you intend to shoot it. Education keeps you smart, prevents injury and damage to your weapon. Think about it!

- Yes bench presses will increase your push-up count without even ever doing push-ups. This might be more difficult however if you're already in the high-end of push-ups, at this range cardiovascular endurance is also a big factor, and not just strength (if you're doing 40-50 + pushups) but in your case since you can rarely do five, the main problem you have is with strength, and bench press will develop your pressing power better than pushups can. so yes it will help you immensely.

- You can write your own press release. You don't need a pr person to write it. Have a few people proof read it before sending it out
- Q: I can't lift the bar without it leaning a bit to the left or right and my repetitions are pathetic. I'm almost 15, 110 lb and I started lifting last month. I had a trainer and he told me to just do dumbbell presses. I'm doing 15s on the dumbbells but it's embarassing because most of my friends brag about benching their bodyweight. My trainer recommended that I should do 15 reps comfortably with the 45lb bar before putting weights on. Will I ever be able to bench my bodyweight? when my current dumbbell press doesn't even level with how much the bar weighs?

- There's no definite answer to this, as it will depend on the temperature and humidity of the area in which you're drying the plants, and how many plants you're attempting to dry at one time. Anything that will increase the temperature and decrease the humidity will decrease the drying time. That said, I have to say the average drying time for me is 4-7 days. Something you can do to decrease the drying time yourself is to put the press near an air vent so that the air blows through the ventilators (through the holes in the corrugated carboard). If you have a room with a dehumidifier, that works too, espcially if the press is put where the warm, dry air blows through the ventilators. Another thing to try is to put a table lamp with a higher wattage incandescent light bulb on the floor, and put the press above it between two chairs so the heat from the light hits the press. Again, you want to place the press so the warm air rising flows through the ventilators. If nothing else, you can use a fan directed at the press. As a side tip, one the plants have been drying a day or two, tighten the straps on the press. The shrinkage of plants as they dry can allow the leaves to wrinkle in the press, and doesn't give you the smooth, flat results that look best.
- Q: Does the press work better with cold cookie dough or room temp cookie dough? So far room temp has been hard to work with and won't come off the plastic disk easily. I'm snowed in today and planning to bake, but want to know first if the dough needs to be room temp or cold......(one spritz recipie says one thing, and a different one says another.)
- I have better luck when the dough is a little cool. Too warm and it doesn't form well and your cookies spread a lot when they bake. One of the major problems is the cookie sheet. If you're using a non-stick pan, the cookies won't stick to the sheet and separate off the press. I would try alittle of the dough in the press, if they're not forming properly press it back into the bowl and put it in the fridge for alittle while. We're baking our cookies this morning also. - Depends on what the crime was? If it was a personal assault, punch in the face, something against you, than probably not. But if involved someone else, property, the public, created a scene, etc than they have the option of pressing charges. However, someone who goes to court to witness what happened can always say I fell, they could deny it. But if the crime doesn't depend on your testimony, than the prosecutor can press charge if he wants to.
- Q: my bench pressing hasnt improve in over a month, altho I do it every other day, I dont know what is the problem but I just dont have the strenght...
- If you are bench pressing every other day you are probably overtraining your pectoral muscles therefore you are seeing no increase in strength, try bench pressing once a week with low reps of around 3-5 and keep increasing the weight slightly every week and you will see an increase in your bench press over a period of time
