Q:i was thinking about when i first started working out in my shead with weights i remember i could only bench press about 65lbs and i was 13 now im almost 16 and i can benchpress 120 10x but at one time i could bench press 140 but i quit working out for a while and i practicly restarted from benching like 90, sooo tell me., how old were you when u started working out how much could u bench? and how much can u bench now? and how old are you?
Start: 16 years old, 115lbs x 10 Now: 17 years old, 185lbs x 6 It's better to press more weight for fewer reps if your primary goal is strength gain, not muscle gain. I work out sporadically - I started last summer but didn't work out at all from September to January (other than do push-ups and other calisthenics for fitness in my gym classes). I started lifting again in February with a new gym class, but I pressed the same old 135lbs for a while before thinking about moving up. That was probably the breakthrough. I managed 150lbs for 8 reps, and though I was sore for the next 4 days, I changed my mentality about bench pressing. Now I'm always looking to move up and get stronger.
Q:Does anyone know any routine where i can boost up my bench and other strengths like pullups and shoulder press all that power stuff. I bench 250 at 215 30%bodyfat
whenever you move up a set bump up the weight or reps ex. 2 sets of 6 reps 215,2 sets of 8 reps 220,1 set 10 reps 225
Q:I've bench pressed for many years and encountered this problem over the past 2months.During my first set I will get pretty intense pain in my right bicep. It will be fine after the 2nd set but never the less it is very uncomfortable, could lead to joint damage and reduces how much I can do on my chest during the session. How can I resolve this problem? Why is it happening?
Well first off it could be from any number of things, now you say you have been lifting for years so im sure you know that the tricep is the secondary muscle when benching, however depending on how wide your grip is, and what the position of your arms are at the bottom of the press can put more strain on muscles other than your chest and tris, therefore your biceps could be called in to the press, ask someone to watch you and when let them know when the pain starts, is most intense, and when it starts to go away throughout the rep. then try moving around your grip and and relying on stricter form and have them watch you again and see if the point of pain changes, lessens, or increases. None the less you should talk to a sports injury specialist, NOT YOUR GENERAL PHYSICIAN, nothing against them, but those that are in the sports medicine field study specifically that.
Q:I've decided I want to start pressing my own flowers and I recently bought a really compact, and cute notebook to keep them in. I'm not always at home so I love the idea of bringing this notebook with me when I go to school or take walks. But, I'm wondering if I can use this notebook to do the actual pressing. I'd prefer to keep all the flowers in the notebook because that was the point of getting it. Does anyone have any advice for someone who wants to press flowers while on the go ? And is tissue paper a good substitute to newspaper/paper-towels ? I feel like tissue paper would look a lot more nicer.

Q:So, I'm thinking of buying one to use at work. There seem to be so many out there that I was wondering:1. What kind to get?2. Is there any difference in quality between a $10 one and a $20 one?3. Pros of using a press?4. Cons? ~~THANKS!~~
I like the plastic one! It's not as flash but it won't break like thin glass does. Nope, not much difference. Pros are that it's arguably one of the best and purest methods of making coffee and cleans up easily. Cons? Just the glass breaking, but if you're not prone to cracking things up go for it! .
Q:Alright so I have been lifting for about 3 months now...but my bench press is just not getting stronger. Ive been stuck at around 135-140 for anywhere from 8-12 reps depending on how i feel. I think I have pretty good form, I just dont know what I'm doing wrong. My other lifts are increasing, including other pressing movements such as my military press. My military press, in the past few months has gone around 80 pounds for 10 reps to now about 100 pounds for 10 reps, which I guess is ok progress but definitely not amazing. I am 17 years old, 6 foot 3 and weight about 170 pounds. I eat ALOT, and after workouts i supplement with protein shakes. I have been gaining weight fairly steadily. My only problem is my bench press, for some reason i just cant get it to increase. Thanks in advance :)
My friends at at fB practice told me dt repitions to hundred at 25 Reps as 4 sets ...idk if it works it haven't tried it yer
Q:Im 22 years old currently leg pressing 720 lbs.. I went from 655 lbs to that huge number it seems that i can't do no more then this, The machine will max out at 810lbs doubt i can get there. I would like to leg press 2,300 lbs like Ronnie Coleman what did he do to get that whopping number. How can i do that and what else should i eat. Is he on steroids
You okorder , it has great information on anything muscle related. Get HUGE!
Q:I'm trying to submit some new about our company to some press release sites. They say please only submit press-release not articles What the difference in this case ?
Articles are written from an outside agency...press releases are produced by the company itself.
Q:are there any sites like cafe press, that offer the free online store and everything, that's cheaper.I doubt it, but I just want to be sure.
Try okorder / I used Cafe Press for T-shirts for 3 years. In August they had a hefty price increase for t-shirts printed on the front and back. I switched to Zazzle since then. They can print up to 14 inches wide artwork on t-shirts. Cafe Press only does 10 inches wide. Zazzle gives you 10% off if you submit your designs to the market place and another 10% off if you order 12 shirts at a time. I like Zazzle much better than Cafe Press.
Q:When i put on concealer can i cover with pressed powder instead of loose?
Loose powder is better try the MAC products they blend into your skin really good
