Q: What do you do when the carpet is cleaned?
As for the carpet four perigon warped, can be pasted with a viscous thick tape is not large in the corner below the foot is tight, so that over time will be good.
Q: my carpet ripples up and i cannot make the rug straight unless i pick up the furniture and pull on it. I'm getting tired of doing this! HELP!
there are many types of rug grips to put under area rug. while they will help, they are not going to end all your creeping problems. also, if you have a rug on top of a rug, you want to make sure that you are moving the area rug an vaccuming under it also. the backing om the area rug is very abasive, and will eventually start wearing the nap on the installed piece, kind of like rubbing sandpaper over the spot again and again, the rug grips are available in different sizes, and can usually be purcharched thru most reputable flooring companies
Q: I live in an apartment and recently decided to get rid of an decades-old carpet. But the floor is plain white tile. Can you give me a suggestion as to a nice decor to cover the floor that's on a cheap end (I'm a student)? I don't like rubber backing because they tend to break off, but something nice. Under $50 preferably, up to $100. Send links to images. Thanks!
Get our there and check rummage sales, end hand stores, antique stores. Just because they say it's an antique store, that doesn't mean that they only have antiques. You will be surprised what you can find only because people decide to make a few changes in their own homes. I often see rugs of all kinds, in good condition at rummage sales. I've purchased a few through the years and never pay that much for them. Besides you can always do some dickering about prices. I never pay what they ask for at any rummage sale I might stop at. Might even be able to dicker down prices at 2nd hand stores. I've done that too at 2nd hand stores. You might want to consider double tape to keep you rug in place. However you can check that out once you have the carpet in your home. There out there ... you just have to find them. The fun is in the hunt + dickering. Not to mention saving a lot of money to put toward something else.
Q: how to wash the carpet?
Put the broken socks on the mop head, then dip water on it and sweep lightly . it is very useful .
Q: Where to buy brown zebra rug online? I really like zebra design.Do you have any idea where to buy it.Expecting your valuable suggestions and opinons.
Hi okorder , powered by CSN Store, a giant online merchant. You can search there with appropriate keyword. To see the search result visit bit.ly/brown-zebra-rug You can also visit OKorder at amzn.to/brown-zebra-rug-USA Best wishes.
Q: i have 5 rugs and they are pretty grubby now, can i wash them in the washing machinegt;?
I have a sheepskin rug that I have washed, never thought about using Woolite however I am sure that works great :). Since it is a hair like fur I actually have used a little shampoo in the washer with it. It worked just fine, I was a bit nervous to put the rug in the dryer so i just let if hang for a while to air dry and also use a brush to bring the life back into the fur.
Q: I have a carpet that I am having removed in order to install hardwood floors. The carpet itself is only about a year old and still in very good condition. (If we didn't have pets we would probably keep it.) We have another house we would like to put the carpet in, but would only like to do so in the form of an area rug. Is this kind of transplant possible? Has anyone ever done this? What are some other options? Thanks!
yes you can cut it to size and bind the sides
Q: We have this rug that's been washed over and over again and it still has SO much dust in it! I can't find where to find a rug beater and I really don't know how to get the dust out...can you help me??
Use a vacuum cleaner with real good suction, then take it out and hang it over something and beat it with force, then sweep it again to get the remaining dust out. You don't need a rug beater. I used to use a boat paddle. Anything you may have handy will work. Good luck.
Q: How did persian rug weaving begin ?
Back in the villages of Persia
Q: What rugs do I need to get for my horse? Like what makes and how much?
For winter you need a heavyweight turnout rug for the cold, especially if your horse is fine or been clipped. In autumn and spring you should have a lightweight rug for variable weather and its not too extreme - can be used on thick or hairy horses in winter. The obvious stable rug will be different weights for different horses from lightweight fleeces to duvets. A stables horse is cooler than one turned out! Summer sheets are not waterproof but to keep the horse cleaner). New Zealand rugs are often waterproof and can be waxed as they're a thick canvas material. They are very strong, practically indistrucable and many owners use them as a all round year rug. Cooler rugs are for exercised horses and take the moisture away and can be put under a turnout rug or as a stable rug on colder days. FLEECES! Are very versatile and can be many colours and designs. Used as; a cooler, travel rug, under turnout or stable rug. EVERY HORSE SHOULD HAVE ONE. Can get different sizes in all rugs and high necked ones if it slips. Horse ware is my all time favourite! I would recommend it but there's also Derby house, Masta and Fal pro which are also decent. Hope this helps! :)
