FAQ

Q: What is the material of your Carpets?

A: The material is 150D polyester silk or 1200D polyester silk. We can also choose material as customers’ requirement.

Q: How can I get some samples of Carpets
A: We are honored to offer you samples.

Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control of Carpets
A: Quality is priority. Jiaxunda people always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end.  many times of inspection

will take place during the production.

Q: Okay so I know a lot of you are like ew, why does your carpet smell? But I need some serious help its embarrassing. My aunt smokes and I borrowed some shoes from her and if you've ever come in contact with a smoker you know the smell gets into everything. My room started to smell of musty cigerette's and I found it was the carpet because of the shoes. I've tried this Glade Carpet Room Odors but it just seems to mask the smell terribly instead of getting rid of it. I'm thinking I might have to clean it on hands and knees, using some soap and water.
Remove it and burn it. Then get polished boards or tiles.
Q: Their is a black spot on our white carpet. I think it's been their for at least 2 years, but we never realized it was their. We've tried 2 brands of carpet remover, and it only faded a little bit. We tried oxy spot remover, and it didn't do anything, please help.
Could be that whatever was spilled on the carpet might have molecularly bonded. You might want to try heat and scrubbing. Take wet wash towel and microwave then rub or use an iron over the wet towel directly over it to dislodge the bonding components. CAUTION--the iron method can cause permanent damage to carpet fibers if applied to hot.
Q: I live on the North Shore in Massachusetts.I am looking for somewhere that would have classes on how to make braided rugs. Can anyone out there point me in the right direction? Thanks!
It seems like braided rugs are pretty intuitive -- just braid and sew, and use your imagination. If you are afraid of goofing up, you could try doing coasters or placemats first. I don't think you need a class, but sometimes it's nice to do it with other people.
Q: I was planning to wash my carpet(with my carpet washer) and there were some really tough stains in it. So I put some bleach with the pre-wash solution and I sprayed it onto the stains. After I washed it, I noticed white stains on my carpet (my carpet is light tan). I know that I have removed the color completely, but can I re-dye it with tea? If I can't please offer suggestions.
cut out the damaged area have it replaced OR toss a throw rug over it.
Q: HOW TO MAKE A PERSHIN RUG FROM START TO FINISH.
I think you mean a Persian rug. Start tying knots and don't stop until your rug is finished! Read the link...
Q: I am moving to an apt with all concrete floors and need to put some type of rug in living area. Only problem is that I don't want my dog to have an accident on the rug. Any suggestions on where to get a type of rug that is washable at home, or maybe an alternative?
My boyfriend is worse than a dog. He carries in grease, mud, dirt you name it. I have the same problem. I go to Walmart and buy their really really cheap rugs. They are washable and actually look nice. The best part about them are that they are so cheap. If it gets ruined you can just go pick up another one. However, I'm not too sure how big they come.
Q: My carpet is threadbare and needs replacing. The kids are almost grown and pets live outside. Should I get a timber floor or go with carpet again. Which is easier to keep clean? I know that carpet is dirty but it also hides a lot. If you have a timber floor and then get rugs, aren't you getting the vaccuum out anyway? What do you think?
I prefer bare floors, but it's 6 of one and 1/2 dozen of the other.
Q: Hi ,where can i buy cheap carpet , the one like in Walmart ( 60-70 dollar . Is there any website selling like those carpets .Pls advice
Both of these places ship carpet all over the country, and you're buying direct from the Carpet Capital of the World - Dalton, Georiga
Q: I'm moving into a house and it is solid concrete, the walls and the floors. we want to install carpet in two of the bedrooms and we were originally going to get stick on carpet tiles, but they were unavailable. We think that traditional carpet installation would be too big of a project for us to handle ourselves and hiring someone would cost too much. So my question is, how exactly do we go about this? Can we just buy regular carpet and install it with the adhesive? Does it need padding? or is there a specific type we need to buy?Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
carpet stores sell rubber back carpet that you can install over concrete no glue needed .you can install jute back or action back with double face tape or glue .. or just lay it down and let gravity do it's job..you don't have to have padding, but it does make it more comfortable
Q: I have a rug in my bathroom, the fluffy kind with the rubber bottom that you step out on after you get out of the shower. It's kind of funky and needs to be washed, but I don't know how I'm supposed to wash it. Can I just throw it into the washing machine like a towel as long as I run it on the cold cycle? And if so, can I dry it in the dryer or does it need to hang dry? Thanks for your help!
I have the same style of rugs and I throw them in the washer and hang dry them. Sometimes I have to wash them on hot (which isn't good for them) but we have a new puppy (and a couple of times she's used them for potty time) and it's either they take a few hot washings or I have to throw them away. They have held up pretty good so far; we've had them for about a year.
