Q: My husband and I are expecting our first baby in February; we also rent a two story house. The baby's bedroom has white carpet but it has like... hot pink and purple stains, which I think is either marker or make-up from the prior tenants children. Would a Rug Doctor be able to get out marker/make-up stains?: Rug Doctor works great but for stains like that, it probably would not help. I have found that a simple product, Windex, or another glass cleaner with ammonia, has worked very well to make marker and dye type stains almost disappear. Worth a try, then use the rug doctor on the whole house.

Q: Okay so I know a lot of you are like ew, why does your carpet smell? But I need some serious help its embarrassing. My aunt smokes and I borrowed some shoes from her and if you've ever come in contact with a smoker you know the smell gets into everything.
