- Q:iam looking for a calculation or the difference between doing a bench press on a leverage bench vs a regular bench , for example i have a powertech leverage bench , if i have 300 lbs on it including the 30 lb U shaped bar that holds the wieght, and i lift it, whats the difference in actual wieght lifted compared to doing it on a regular flat bench, calculating the fact that you start at the bottom position on a leverage bench and there is no need for balancing the wieght like on a regular bench, and the difference in the angle in which you push up the wieght on a leverage bench, i know 300lbs on a leverage bench is not the same as doing 300lbs on a reular bench, does anyone know any websites or know themselves the ratio's or the difference in each is....like if you can do 300lbs on a leverage bench does that mean you can really only bench 230 on a regular bench..etc etc

- Q:ok so ive been told that pressed powder is great to oily skin and to get rid of shine but do u need to use a foundation first or is it meant to be applyed by itself i want to use to so by the end of the day there will be no shine ad it wont have worn off a bit, any recommendations in brand or info of how to apply thx
- Most pressed powders won't do that. Try a powder foundation. There is one by physicians formula that is awesome. Its in an orange compact and its SPF50. Or there are lots of good mineral powder foundations if you have the money to spend.
- Q:Ok so one day I came across this thing where it just said press these keys on my computer so I did then all of a sudden everything got exited out. What keys do you press that exit everything out?
- Press Alt-F4 to quickly close programs.
- Q:Also, is loose powder or pressed powder better for covering up discoloration?
- A pressed powder can be applied with either a brush or a sponge. Both loose and pressed powders are used to set foundation and blot the shine. A pressed powder is what you would use throughout the day as a touchup. If you are looking for something that covers up discoloration, I suggest using a powder foundation with a sponge. This would provide enough coverage to conceal discoloration but still look natural. Hope this helps : )

- Muscular hypertrophy (growth) is accomplished through proper diet and employment of the overload principle. This principle states that progressive overload with sufficient resistance leads to a muscle getting stronger (and thus larger) over time. All of this is a fancy way of saying that you can make your muscles larger if you work them out with sufficient loading. Your muscles don't care if you are using a fancy piece of equipment in a large gym, or simply lifting a heavy rock. The effect will be the same. In fact, nearly all fitness experts prefer natural lifting movements over large ranges of motion (press, squat, etc.) to isolation equipment because they harness larger numbers of muscles and develop balance, coordination, in addition to growth. Workout benches are really all about convenience. They are padded for comfort, and serve to eliminate the need for you to get down on the floor and back up again over and over. Many exercises, particularly dumbbells, are actually more safely done with you lying on the floor! This is because laying on the floor eliminates the danger of dumbbells pulling your arms beyond their normal range of motion. For example, if you perform dumbbell flies lying on your back on the floor, then your arms can't drop below the level of your body - they hit the floor and stop. On a bench, you are at risk for extending too far as your muscles get tired, and this could lead to sprains or tears. Mark Rippetoe (a famous body building trainer) discusses the history of the bench in several of his books. He pointed out that the popular bench press exercise was, in times past, performed on the floor! He points out that this this exercise is much safer when done on the floor, and probably a better overall workout. Nevertheless, he concedes that the bench is here to stay. If you already have dumbbells, the only thing you need to do a huge number of exercises is an exercise pad - of if budget is an issue, an old piece of carpet!
- Q:effective shoulder exercisesalready doing military presses
- The military press is my favorite shoulder exercise. I guess, next would be dumbbell side laterals. A lot of people have problems with the upright row, due to shoulder impringment. So I'm not a fan of that movement.
