- I've done both. Squats work your butt more than leg presses and they do make it bigger (rounder) but not wider. The girls I know who do squats have great butts. Lunges are great for your butt too. The size you add is muscle so it looks very sculpted. If you want a smaller butt, you have to do more cardio to burn the fat. I used to squat 315 for sets of 10 but I had to cut back the weight because my knees were getting sore.
- Q: Basically I do both in my full body workout but was wondering is there any point in doing the less press if im doing squats and deadlifts.
- Squats and deadlifts work the same muscles, but barbell squats require more stabiliser muscles making it a better exercise. Deadlifts, depending on the type, can work your quads and hamstrings. If you do sstraight leg deadlifts, it works your hamstrings. Bent leg deadlifts work your quads and a bit of your hamstrings.
- Q: I use the recipe included with the press but dough will not cut from the press. I've added a little more flour, still didn't work. I chilled the dough, still didn't work. Any suggestions?
- Well i never make cookie and dont know what a mirro cookie press is exactly but one make sure you add the flour before the cookie is stuck in the press. Maybe try lightly spraying the press with a non stick cooking spray and you could double whammy it and try the nonstick spray and then dust it with the flour and then try to press those bad boys.

- Lee okorder They are a reliable house, (I've dealt with, and can recommend them), and a lot less 'pricey'. You might consider buying the scale separately though. That Lee scale works, but is just at the bottom of 'useable'. Don't forget the other stuff you'll need: caliper, case trimmer, neck brush, funnel, and especially case lube. (Makes life a lot easier.)

- It's just automated cold calling. They're trying to find out which phone numbers they can get a response, any response, from. If you press 1 it means there's a person there, but if you press 2 it means there's a person there. It's sort of like those spam emails that say press this button if you don't want to receive future emails from us and you press that button and you still get emails from them because now they know it's a working email address. If you get to listen to the voicemail message they leave, they NEVER mention their name or the name of the company they are selling for, no phone number to call them back with so it is almost impossible to track these folks down (including the police) so even being on the Do Not Call list doesn't make any difference. If you can, ignore them completely, don't press anything, let them spend their money never connecting with anyone (well, I guess if you have a cell you do pay for incoming calls so maybe somoene ought to do something about that, but with a landline, you just delete the message and move on, don't respond to them ever. It's spam.

- press-fit is type of mounting, component is basically jammed into a tight place (slightly smaller than needs to be). the fit has to hold reliably as temperature changes.
