Q: 2005 Volvo s80 T6 Premier I Just got Subwoofers hooked up into my car and they had to undo the battery and what not for the wiring and now my car gives me a message saying SRS Airbag Service Urgent the guys told me it was because they had unplugged the battery and it should go away if I drive about 30miles, I‘ve driven over 100 and it‘s still there and the Volvo Dealer wants 110.00 to fix the light. Q: Alero 2003 stalls at light and will not start before 20 or 30 mintues. during this period if i put the key on the on mode airbag light flashes then stays steady, fuel pump relay not getting power, no humming from the fuel pump. also during this period i can start the car with the remote starter but when i press the breaks it dies: it sounds to me like your auto start is bad. when auto starts and aftermarket alarm system brain box fails alot of weird things can happen. id recommend pulling the auto start out or taking it to a place that can properly remove it for you.

Q: Does anyone have a problem with Sony HVR-Z7 when shooting in a room that have strip lights?: The cycle rate of the lamps is conflicting with the scan rate of the camera. A common problem. First thing to do is to take control of the white balance, if you are using auto WB this will accentuate the problem, so either set a manual WB under the strip lighting, or use a preset and fix in post, auto uses a tracer system which is confused by strip lighting. If your camera has the option you may want to try recording in clearscan mode (my Sony DSR-570 has it, as do the Canon XM2 and XL2, don't know about the Z7) and get the scan of the chip in synch with the scan of the lights. The only other options involve using a slower shutter which can affect other motion, or shooting in porgressive mode, which again will affect motion. A third way is to deinterlace in the edit, though this is at the expense of horizontal resolution.

Q: I have a ford focus 2000 se with automatic trans., zetec 16V engine. Since two weeks the check engine light comes on and the car stalls This has happened when i‘m departing from a stop signal or a parking lot It starts back thoughSometimes even the automatic transaxle/cooling system light comes on along with it. The latest is the automatic transaxle/cooling system light comes on with a brief loss of power and brief acceleration after it goes. what could possibly be wrong I‘ve had the OBD II read at autozone but nothing showed up what are the possibilities any cheap solution will be highly appreciated i have to fix this before ozzfest: I'm surprised that a diagnostic check doesn't show a stored fault code - this should happen every time the light comes on. Very difficult to tell otherwise.
