- The wiper motor shaft is connected to a short arm. This arm is then connected to the wiper. Well, this short arm was installed 180 out from its normal position.

- More than likely the winshield wiper motor is bad. You can discontect the wires from the windshield wiper motor and hot wire it to make sure its bad. I just had to replace mine today.
