- Q: If i apply pressed powder under my eyes will it cover up under eye circles. If so how? Any tips on loosing them...like i heard drink water and sleep but wat else THANKS in advance :)
- Pressed powder won't really do too much because powders tend to have VERY sheer coverage (if any at all). You'll need to use a concealer or foundation first (foundation if your circles aren't so bad, concealer if you need lots of help) then you can just set it with some foundation. It's kind of hard to say what the cause is exactly because there are tons of different reasons. Sometimes it's genetics, sometimes it's not enough sleep, sometimes it's dehydration, or even allergies. There are all kinds of facial masks that you can try out to reduce it, but first try to track down when they're the worst for you so you can see what triggers it. Good luck!
- Q: Whats the average 16 year old bench press? My bench is 365 for 4 reps no cheating. Weigh 235 at about 14% bodyfat offseason. I still think my bench isnt good. As soon as i watch bodybuilders they bench 500 and that drops my motivation. Am i ok though?
- there's not exactly a limit or average for people. I had 100KG on my bench press back then. I trained hard, so it depends on how hard he trains. Does he train bench press 5X5 and 1X10, then he will surely surpass my strength gains. Does he do 10X3, or 50X5, then he won't gain anything, possibly some small muscle gains. - There are no numbers to your question.

- so you want originality ok here it is, the most pressing issue is trying to ecourage kid's not to drop out, take it from one who's been there and done that, is school boring? you got that right not to mention alot more dangerous today than when i went, but bullets and all, oh what i'd give to be back in that boring place once again . . . what can be done about them to change them? . . . it's not them who need to change, it's the system of teaching and most of all we must stop incessively blaming teachers because kids are failing, teachers became teachers to teach not to be surrogate parents, school's have become cauldrons of confusion, undiceplined war zones, not to mention teaching methods so outdated i doubt even the gieco cave men could sit through a session without falling assleep, form the bordom and lack of relivance of what's being taught, not to mention percieve'd in an enviroment second only to ferensic morgue . . .

- Google sample press release and you will be amazed at the number of websites offering excellent tips. One important tip: keep it very factual. No hype, or the editor will just toss your press release into the wastebasket. If you are going to make such a strong claim, be sure to back it up with facts. - no you dont need it a bronzer is basically so bronze your skin and make you look more tanned, you can add this over your foundation or onto your bare skin if you choose not to wear foundation, bronzers come in more than one form, you can buy them as liquids, as small balls, as powder and they all do the same thing loose powder im not sure of the point of this, i have never used it, i guess its just to change the colour of your skin and maybe blend it but im unsure. pressed powder can either be used instead of foundation or to seal a liquid foundation. personally i dont use any of these, i have tried bronzers and pressed powder but after using then once i have not bothered to buy them again hope this helps x

- You can do dumbell presses, which gives you a better stretch and a harder contraction. Incline dumbell presses which work the upper pecs. - you can find purses at nearly every gift shop in disney world. depending on how big it is, the characters that are on it, and the material its made of it will run you anywhere from $10-$50ish. and there are coin press machines all over the place. each machine is unique and has different pics to choose from. its worth the 51 cents if you have some shiny pennies and like the picture options. but i wouldn't go that cheap with ssouvenirs you could get magnets, jewelry charms, pens with little characters on top, key chains, little stuffed animals with magnetic hands and feet and much more for about $5 a piece. so you still wouldn't be spending big bucks but those types of ssouvenirsdon't make you look like a cheapskate.

- You'd have to press a weight against your nose and strap it around your head for a long time and then stretch your nostrils sideways to make your nose look wide. If you give in to your fear you'll start believing it. If it's really getting wider it's because it's naturally wide, not because your envious brother is pressing it. Punch his nose in if he keeps doing it. If you want, take a photo of your face every week for a few weeks and compare.
