- No, acrylic nails are much better than press-on. Press-on nails only last for hardly a few days. Get some acrylics professionally done and you'll look like a diva. French tips are always a classic choice.

- It really depends on so many factors. How much weight could you press at the beginning, ie how much strength have you built up already. Your genetic potential Your diet (you need to eat loads to become big and strong especially when you pretty young) The quality of your program. Your quite slim, so your probably an average to hard gainer. If you use the right program and willing to train for four years you should be able to reach around 275 pound bench naturally. I suggest if your serious and commited have a read of brawn by stuart mcrobert. If you follow this type of routine you can fulfill your full potential, follow the usual crap and you'll be frustrated with your benchpress for years. Thats what I did and wasted loads of time when i was your age, I even tried steroids.
- Q: Hey ^_^I am looking for some good, light-shaded pressed powder that has good coverage and isn't cakey/chalky. I am very pale so brands that have pale shades would be good for me and I do have a few blemishes but not major so good coverage would be needed. My one at the minute is quite cakey and you can easily see the powder so I would like one that is good at blending in. I live in the UK so please don't suggest ones that can be only found in walmart or another american shop but if it's online and the shipping is cheap, I could probably get it. - Well doing a push-up is kind of similar but if you have a bench press you can increase the weight you use and get stronger. If you just do push ups then you'll only be using half of what you weigh (for example if you weigh 200 pounds you'll be pushing up around 90 pounds) so yeah but why don't you feel comfortable being in a Gym? HOnestly pushups can't replace the bench press but pushups help you while you don't have a bench press.
