- This is true. Some very light bench pressing would be OK but too much can mess with your range of motion and being fluid in the water. if you want to be a better swimmer, then swim! But if you wish to make additional gains when you have maximized your swim time then one way is to add dryland work like flexibility exercises, plyometric work, swimming while wearing weights, and resistance training. What most people don't know is that the muscles used in swimming is almost all of them, from the top of your head through your toes so you need to do exercises that reach all the muscle groups not just one muscle group.

- The Printing Press certainly DID NOT cause the Reformation. It certainly helped it along though. Bulk printing copies instead of hand writing them out helped distribute documents 1000 times quicker than before. Which means a 1000 more people would get to read them. It also meant that anyone with a printing press could PRINT just about anything out without the blessings or without the directions of the leaders, the Pope, or the Church. Whereas pretty much the only people that were processing any kind of documents before the printing press was one of the above three.... the leaders, the Pope, and the Church. Free Press!
- Q: : I am looking for a french press coffee mug that is equipped to heat the water by plugging it into the 12V socket in a car. I want to be able to add water to the coffee in the mug. Plug it in. Plunge it. and have french pressed coffee. It seems like a simple principle... but I can't find any available. Does it not exist???!? - Q: I have a pampered chef cookie press that does not cut the shaped dough after I pull the trigger twice. Why does the dough stay stuck at the end instead of popping out and what can I do?
- LOL. Using a cookie press is a two-handed operation. I grew up on, and still use, a manual cookie press. You probably need that third trigger shot. The dough needs to make contact with the cookie sheet. You sort of feel it with the hand opposite of your cookie press hand. Temperature also plays in the equation. If the dough is too cold, it will not stick on the cookie sheet. Good luckl.

- I don't get many of those anymore. I press 2 and hold it there. The sound that goes to the person who eventually answers is not conducive to a solicitation.
