Whether stain, spot, wrong color, outdated color, or simply color changes all can be done with perfection by a carpet dyeing expert. This is NOT a do-it-yourself type project for property owners. We have corrected many unsuccessful attempts by carpet owners and carpet cleaners who try to dye on their own. Please tell me you experience and I'll give you the correct answers. We have dyed millions of yards of carpets during the last 20 years in more than 200 locations in USA and 8 other countries. I just want people to know it is a viable option to carpet replacement.

- I suggest...brushing it/raking it. Sounds weird but back in the 70's when shag rug was in, raking was introduced to the carpets. If you rake it, it combs the direction of the carpet, but also pulls materials in from deep within the carpet. If this doesn't work...try a lint brush with teeth. Not a roller that picks up sticky stuff.

Using a clean white cloth, sponge the stain with a dry-cleaning solvent. 6. Blot until the solvent is absorbed. 7. If the stain remains, apply hydrogen peroxide. Use an eyedropper to apply the peroxide directly on the stain. 8. Sponge with cold water and blot dry to remove the hydrogen peroxide.

- After Harlee started in the one spot, the smell will cause her to keep going in that spot. (I've tried home remedies, but this was much more effective and easy.) There are carpet cleaning formulas with enzymes available at either pet stores or Walmart (in the cleaning section). This is just poured into the rug and left wet to air dry. It will take care of the smell and the cat will not return to that spot. As for Harlee, she may have smelled something offensive to her little nose and had a fit, but she may also have a medical issue. I might be worth a vet visit to have her checked out.

- You can ck by going to JC Whitney online. Free catalog and they will even answer a ? by e-mail. The carpet will come molded to the shape of your cargo area so by taking off the plastic molding, marking them or laying them out on the driveway in the order taken out is not a very hard task. I have taken out and replaced headliners the same way but I would much rather do a cargo area. You'll do fine!

- I would also say to wait until you find one at a good price that comes in cream. cream colored couch would work well if you want the room to appear larger, you could then add colored cushions like chocolate brown, or add color after wards. good luck!

- well not all red carpets r acctually red. like at the premiere for charlie and the chocolate factory they had a brown one. but its still called a red carpet. it just means the carpet they lay out that celebrities walk on while doing press interviews and stuff, before a movie premiere or award show or whatever. im not sure why theyr red though... but a red carpet event just means its an event with alot of celebrities and other succesful showbiz people
