- 2 cable in a variety of environments in the laying of the layout, spacing should meet the design requirements
- Q: what do ferrite beads do on power and audio/speaker cables do and is is it worth buying some and fitting them to reduce interference?or are they just as pointless as monster hdmi cables?thanks!.
- Couldn't find a quantitative discussion of how effective they are, but according to this wikipedia article they are needed for a device to obtain FCC class B certification.
- Q: how do i install the power cord on the 8600 gts. Is just attaching one of the two receivers on the cord to the graphics card and the other end plug in one to a power thing the right way.
- Some specialized power supplies have the power cable built-in and you can plug that directly into the card. If you don't have one of these, then the card probably came with a cable that requires you to plug in two 4-pin power cables (same type that plugs into your CD drive off your power supply) and then the other 6-pin end snaps into your video card.
- Q: What is the name of this computer psu power adapter cable from psu to 9600 graphics card....?
- PCI express 4 pin to 6 pin power adapter it takes the 2 4 pin molex connectors that connect to a fan or a CD rom or hard drive/ect into 1 pci express 6 pin adapter. People use them if they don't have the 6 pin pci express on their power supply they use the adapter to connect extra 4 pin molexes to use for their video card/devices
- Q: Does the ps4 and ps3 have the same power cable?
- Yes it does Adding to that, you need a TV with an hdmi port Also, the power cable doesn#x27;t come with a brick like the Xbox one does
- Q: i dont even know what phantom power is. i bought a behringer c-1 mic and ii think i need phantom power.is it a cable. i just wanna connect it to my laptop via usb or audio input jack...plz helpthnanks
- Yes, you will need phantom power for this mic since it is a condenser mic. What is phantom power? Condenser microphones use an active coil around the diaphragm. This coil needs to be energized in order for the microphone to function. Phantom power is a low amperage, 48 volt signal that is sent to the microphone in order to energize this coil so that the microphone can operate. Phantom power doesn't require a special cable. The signal is sent through a standard XLR cable. But whatever interface you are using to connect the microphone to your computer will need to be able to produce the phantom power to run the mic. It's usually nothing more than a switch or a buttom to turn the phantom power off and on.
- Q: I need to resolve a debate- is there a power/telephone line under the sea running between the UK and USA? Or is the communication just done by satellite?
- **Power** cables, no. But transatlantic telephone cables still exist and are still in use.
- Q: I bought an SATA hard drive off someone that appears to use a 15-pin connector. There does not appear to be any other connectors on the back. How does this thing get powered? I have another SATA hard drive that uses the regular 7-pin connector, and on the back, just like an IDE drive, it has a place to connect the power. This SATA hard drive though just has that big 15-pin connector in the back, and nothing else.
- part of that connector is power, the other is data. look closely.
- Q: I have a white Xbox 360 system (elite maybe). I have it hooked up to a 26HD TV in my room. When I have friends over to play, we like to move the xbox downstairs to a 52TV so we can play split screen mode without squinting! The unplugging of cables creates such a hassle, and I was wondering if it was possible to use another AC power cable and more video cables downstairs so I only have to move the console itself. Can someone tell me if this will work if I purchase another set of cables on OKorder and or give any specifications about what need/should buy? Please help, and thanks!

I though it was a virus, so i restarted in safe mode to scan it. The PC stayed on for like 30 minutes and then it turned off by itself. But every since it doesn't wants to come on. - Make sure all the cords are properly hooked up properly. I recently bought a new PSU and forgot the most important cord, the main board. Also, make sure the cord for turning on or off the computer didn't come off the motherboard. If that isn't attached, no signal will be sent to turn on the computer.
