XLPE Insulated Power Cable
XLPE cable constitutes the best cable for transmission and distribution lines because of its excellent electrical and physical properties. The excellent resistance to thermal deformation and the excellent aging property of XLPE cable permit it to carry large current under normal(90℃), emergency(130℃) or short circuit(250℃) conditions.
XLPE cable withstands smaller radius bending and is lighter in weight, allowing for easy and reliable installation. Furthermore, the splicing and terminating methods for XLPE cable are simpler in comparison with other kinds of cables.
XLPE cables can be installed anywhere without special consideration of the route profile (height limitations) since it does not contain oil and thus is free from failures due to oil migration in oil-filled cables. XLPE cable does not generally demand a metallic sheath. Thus it is free from the failures peculiar to metallic-sheathed cables, such as corrosion and fatigue.
Standard: GB12706.3-91
Using range
This product is for rated voltage (U0 / U) 0.6/1-26/35 kv power line transmission and distribution
Characteristics
1. The highest rated temperature of the cable conductor is 90 ° C, the short circuit (the longest duration of no more than 5 s), highest temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 250 ° C.
2.The ambient temperature should not be less than 0 ° C when laying cables.
3.Allowed bending radius of laying: single-core cable is not less than 15 times the cable diameter; multi-core cable is not less than 10 times the cable diameter.
Application
YJV YJLV
Copper (aluminum) core cross-linked polyethylene laying indoors, channels and tubes, but also buried in the loose insulation of PVC sheathed power cable soil, can not afford external force
YJV22 YJLV22
Copper (aluminum) core cross-linked polyethylene laying in the ground, can withstand the role of mechanical force, but unable to bear PVC insulation tape armored PVC sheathed power cable large pulling force.

- Q: If so, where will i have to go to get it?
- That's was my problem too. I let my garage to use it and buy another brand.I think you have to re-install it.Maybe it was corrupted.
- Q: What is the power cable accessories used to do?
- Shield For uniform conductive wire and insulated electric field, 6kV and above in the high-voltage power cables generally have a conductive shield and insulation shield, part of the low-voltage cable is not set shield
- Q: VV3 * 120 + 2 * 70 cable what does it mean
- YJV cable is cross-linked polyethylene insulation, VV cable is PVC insulation, the former temperature level higher than the latter, such as the former conductor temperature can be 90 degrees, while the latter can only to 70 degrees!
- Q: I purchased a LCD TV the other day and ran a cable line to it (via crawl space). I had to use a splitter to connect the new TV. I connected the cable directly to the TV and then the power cable to the outlet which “popped” and the power went out (breaker trips). I connect the TV power cable to a surge protector and the power goes out again (surge protector wasn’t even on). So I disconnect the cable from the tv and connect the power. Everything is fine until I try and connect the cable...let’s just say the spark was bright and hot enough to melt part of the connector on the TV! So I return the TV and get a different brand and the same thing happens when I plug it into a surge protector. To begin narrowing out possible problems I connect the cable to a regular 10 year old TV with no problems. It is a brand new cable with no cuts or fraying. Any suggestions?
- Something is seriously wrong, and you may need to get an electrician on the problem. You need to check the voltage between your set and the cable with a meter. There should be little or no measurable voltage. If you are getting a reading like 115 volts, then I suspect that the wall outlet into which your TV is plugged has been wired backwards, i.e. the black wire is on the white terminal, and vice-versa. The cable is (or should be) grounded where it comes into the house, but if the outlet has the hot wire on the wrong side, this might cause the problem you described. The wrong connection could have occurred anywhere along the line between your main panel and the outlet, so this may involve checking the connections at several outlets and light fixtures - whatever is on the same circuit as your TV's outlet.
- Q: The difference between the power cable YJY22 and YJY23 is in the outermost layer, one for the PE sheathed, one for the PVC sheathed. What is the applicable environment, and why? Question added: I have to ask is the difference between 22 and . not 22 and 32! Thank you for the answer. Learn more together
- 35 square copper wire current carrying capacity is 105A, 105A / 35 mm2 = 3A, (1 square millimeter carrying capacity is 3A) 70 square copper wire current carrying capacity is 169A, 169A / 70 square millimeters = 24A (1 square millimeter carrying capacity is 24A) 1 square hai load current from 11A gradually become 24A So it is impossible to use n by the coefficient can be drawn to the current value Wire can carry the current * the applied voltage * power factor = can drive power The diameter of the wire with different diameter is not the same No specific diameter can not know the current carrying capacity How much power, depending on the voltage level Because P = UI As the saying goes: a square 4 current, underground than this small forget How much is the square here is a square millimeter Power depends on your voltage, the general small line can be directly by 5 is to eat the current to 50-120 the basic can take more than 35 can take 25 or so just personal experience to do reference to the need for basic data: 1 line, copper and iron Aluminum silver temperature 3 core number 4 diameter Probably take a square 5A diameter n square of the wire can be over n high current, resulting in n high power so that can be calculated
- Q: I have had to replace my Dell power cable a few times, got lucky the first few times with friends that had old ones they could give me, but this time I had to buy one and couldn't find a Dell brand cable (didn't bother me, they are terrible quality) Instead I found one on OKorder that named my model under the ones it would work for, and it got decent reviews.I got it a few days ago and has been working fine, but the other day when I turned it on it came up and said quot;A Dell power cord is not being recognized...and some other stuff. Now when I was watching some hulu and was readjusting the cable the screen went black and was making a quot;tickinglike sound in my headphones. The battery was fully charged, so its not like that died.So my question is... are there any dangers of using an off-brand cable? Was the hulu issue caused by the cable? Thanks!
- just match up the numbers of volts but, you never know, i recommend you buy stuff like that on OKorder and it probably wasn't the power cable that did that ha ha. who knows it wont damage your computer.
- Q: cable or do they need certain ones, I ask because this PSU: has no power cable with it so will i have to get a certain power cable for that wattage or are they all the same???please answer, 10 points for first answer
- all psu's ( even the ebuyer one) will use the same 3 pin cable.....just like the one most monitors use :) ...but uf u dont have any of these 3 pin power cables ur gnna have to buy one here is an image of one
- Q: Does throwing punches with weighted cables increase punching power?
- No power is genetics. You either have it or dont. It'll increase speed. Don't do to heavy or you'll damage your ligaments and tendons long term.
- Q: I have 2 subs and a amp, I have a hi/low converter so it will be able to work. I hooked it all up properly and i noticed i have a empty space on my amp. Its the power control cable. I have no idea how to hook this up to my FACTORY deck. Do i hook it up to the antenna? PLEASE HELP I NEED A ANSWER NOW please thanks-
- attatch it to acc power on the back of your head unit, unless you have a chevy or gm newer than 2002 then use the switch method
- Q: I currently have a 250 watt 2 channel power cord and a 500 watt alpine amp with 2 12 inch mtx terminator subs.i am continuously blowing blade fuses and i ended up buying a 680 watt power cable. Will this blow out my amp or do any damage or will it be all good and give the maximum power my amp can supply? (Without exploding) just wondering thanks!
- 250 watt power cord? Where are the fuses which are being blown? Maybe you put in the wrong fuses or the wrong amperage fuse.
