- Q: If so, where will i have to go to get it?
- if the power cable is the same as the one on your computer, yes. If not, you may need to order one. However, you will need to take it apart to install it. Could be the power supply if the cord is not a removable cord.
- Q: The inside of my computer has a modular power supply that did not come with enough cables, and I have a graphics card that requires two 6 pin connections to the power supply. Luckily, my power supply has just enough open slots. The problem is that I can't find a place to buy a simple 6 pin cable. It needs to be about a foot long to reach. Can someone please help me? I would prefer newegg if possible, but I searched there and I'm getting pretty frustrated.
- You'd need to buy it from your PSU's manufacturer as those tend to be proprietary. It's strange it didn't come with all the cables though.
- Q: will I be able to work this out without buying something extra? and if so what do I need to buy?
- That gpu takes 2 6 pin connectors, the last photo in the PSU pictures shows this second from the left wire with red plugs. You have what you need. Good luck
- Q: I need the cables/cords for the Xbox 360...all the cables/cords
- It is easier to get wifi and hook it to your x box if u need the cord for x box live
- Q: I'm 1000% positive that it's not my monitor's problem.
- Mkay, Check all power cables including all motherboard cables, which means the making sure that the power switch cable is in the right pins. If there is no beeps or sounds being emitted when you turn the computer on, you can almost right away assume it is a power issue, make sure the right cables are plugged in is crucial. Make sure everything is seated correctly: i.e. your processor, processor fan, RAM, CMOS Battery, Video Card, Network card (if you have one), etc. Make sure that the power supply itself is turned on, sometimes theres a black switch on the PSU and that could be it. Another idea is (and one problem i had) is to make sure there is no screws that are caught between the motherboard and the case (when you've seated the motherboard in the case) because that can ground the motherboard and it won't work, but i doubt thats the problem. Anyway, for the most part I would say this is a cable problem because the computer should at least turn on regardless of a hard drive or a ROM drive put in. Best of Luck! Any more questions? - Q: The power cable to my mom's laptop keeps making a buzzing sound that I've never heard it make. I've asked my dad, but he said it was normal. I was relieved until the cable made that noise after I unplugged it. What can it be? It is the power cable itself not the laptop.
- The buzzing noise is not that of a Laptop its rather that of the Power adapter of the Laptop so there is nothing to worry about it you laptop is as good as it can be. But i would suggest not to use that adapter for a longer time because it may cause trouble in voltage fluctuations .
- Q: my cable often gets unplugged soo im really worried that i may loose 280 dollars?
- no it can't and it is gonna be fine
- Q: So I've been working on my computer aand looking to invest in a primary Hard Disk (instead of X2 250GB hard drives). I noticed the drive i have has Fantasy power outlets and newer models have SATA Power so I'm kind of confused on the Hard Drive i should get. I'm looking at hard drives 500GB-1TB
- Fantasy power outlets don't sound standard. SATA is consistent on both PCs and Macintosh computers.
- Q: I am missing pin 20 for my ATX motherboard power connector (which is normal). But I am also missing pinouts and a few wires from other connectors like PCI-e, Peripheral connectors, and even SATA connectors. But here is the thing, all the missing pinouts go INTO the POWER SUPPLY? So are all these intentional, or is it a flaw? Thanks!
- Handycam Camcorders do no longer draw potential from USB. you will possibly desire to purchase a alternative potential furnish cable. in case you're taking the camcorder to a place like terrific purchase or Radio Shack, you are able to possibly get a clean cable for little or no money (notwithstanding it is not extremely the valid Sony cable).
- Q: can i use the dynex ac power cable for a sharp aquos 32 in LC-32D47UT or if i cant can someone give me a link?
- With DC (battery power) cables, you have several things to consider before hooking one up to your equipment. AC power cables are all interchangeable within the same voltage (120V), so if it fits the back of the TV it will be fine. If you are in Europe, disregard this answer.
