Samples will be sent within 5 working days after we are in receipt of the payment. The sample charge is free, but the charges of shipping will be paid by the customer. You can pay the shipping charges by telex transfer(T/T),Payeasy.

The lease expensive option is to try to stretch the carpet by hand and then push it down onto the tack strip. Careful not to stick yourself. The tack strip does not need to be replaced as long as it is still securely attached to the floor. You could also use a staple gun and staple the edge of the carpet down (past the tack strip). A more expensive option is to rent a carpet stretcher at home depot or buy a knee kicker ($80) that you can use to stretch the carpet back in place. I dont think it's necessary though.

- It doesn't matter if it's a top or front load machine--what matters is what the rug is made of and how big it is. If it won't FIT in a top-loader, then you have to use a laundromat's front-loader. BIG rugs have a lot of trouble fitting into some smallish top-loaders. That's why they tell you to use a front-loader--because the washer will not unbalance during washing a single rug that way, and it will be easier to get it in and out. If your run is more than 3X5 feet, you'll probably not be able to get it into a top-loader--take it to the laundromat and use their large-capacity front-loaders.
