- it all depends on how natural or sensative your skin is and how you like you cover up but i will recommend 1. cover girl 2. light tan or an natural nude powder from mac 3. if your skin is kinda bad you might want a foundation HOPE IT HELPS :)

- Push ups do strengthen your chest. I did them for about 3 months because I wasn't weight lifting and my Bp improved. I'll tell you that Bp might be more effective;however, better something then nothing. And, I really don't think we lift all our body mass when we do push ups.
- Q:I use almay clear complexion foundation, and I am looking for a powder to go over that...i have fair skin so i use all the light colors. I also like the natural look, where it doesnt look like youre wearing.......makeup.. SO.....I purchased almay nearly naked LOOSE powder and liked it, but was scared it was going to make me break out since it wasnt on the clear complexion line, although it is still non clog poring. I exchanged it for Almay clear complexion press powder and im afraid it will dry out my skin? Help? has anyone ever used these items before? If so..what do you like better? I have sensitive skin..gets kinda dry at first, than oily during the day. Thanks
- I much prefer loose powder. It has a more natural look. I have sensitive skin too. So I only wear makeup about 3 out of 7 days of the week. I would say that most likely the pressed powder won't break your skin out IF you don't put too much on AND you moisturize first. I would recommend Aveeno. It has an SPF and doesn't break my skin out bc it's hypoallergenic. I have found loose powder to not clog my pores as pressed does. Try investing in both and use the pressed powder in your T-zone (nose, forehead) where your skin is oily and breaks out more. Then, apply the loose powder on the rest of your face. hope that helps!
- Q:Will US Customs press charges against a Canadian?I was shipping some personal items (clothing, books, documents etc.) to the US through UPS from Canada and US Customs found a very small amount (only 2 pill bottles) of what they call steroids. I was told that the packages were returned to Sender (Sender being me) as a result. Will US Customs pursue this further? Will they press charges? What will more than likely happen? - You are a slippery dud: What they call steroids? They were steroids. At least have the backbone to admit you were smuggling steroids across the border. They may or may not press charges. If they incarcerated every bonehead they caught with 2 bottles of nut shrinker they would have to build two new jails a week. You will be fined and probably harassed but they may take pity on the penal system and let you slide without jail time. Next time you decide to have one of your knucklehead adventures, don't try to slip one by the US Customs Service. They are smarter than you and probably stronger with all your steroid use. I take some very powerful drugs that are needed to treat a condition. When i travel, I always carry a letter from my doctor stating not only that i have these things legally but the exact nature of the condition I am taking them for. By doing things legally, I cross borders all the time and often, the same people see me the second time. They STILL ask for proof. Customs has a job to do and they do it well ... most of the time.

- Press-on nail polish is more like stickers for your nails. You remove the backing and you stick them on your nails. You may want to cut them to suit your nail shape. It gives your nails an effect of wearing nail polish.You don't have to wait for it to dry like nail polish.
- Q:a few days ago i was racking up weights on the leg press machine but my gym teacher stopped me and told me that the leg press is bad for the joints and introduced me to the dead liftso im wondering:is the leg press really bad for the joints? - Lol, that's weird, why would your school have that equipment if you can't use it. We have a leg press at our school and I use it all the time. I suppose it might have minor joint damage, but everything damages the joints! Going up stairs is bad for them, walking and running is bad for them. We can't avoid everything, that's why God gave us joints. Lol, were supposed to use them. : )
- Q:I'm trying to get my bench press form right, with free weights, but whenever I try my left side seems to always be lower than the right causing it to be unbalanced. The weight isn't an issue here as even with the bar stripped of free weights, I still have this problem. However, when I go to the bench press machine, I am able to do that with no problem at all, so I'm sure it's my form that is a problem. What can I do?*I'm right handed if that matters...
- im exactly the same, im strong enough to lift the weight easily but my form makes it very difficult to lift hardly anything whilst doing bench press i am also right handed, and because my right side is used alot more its the stronger of the 2 and you can see that on the bench press. you can fix it either by using dumbells and doing more on your weaker side, or you can use weight machines and just lower the weight alot more than normal and do it 1 handed. alternatively if your not bothered about bench press and just want to work those muscles then you can use a bench/shoulder/chest press machine.

- no you dont need it a bronzer is basically so bronze your skin and make you look more tanned, you can add this over your foundation or onto your bare skin if you choose not to wear foundation, bronzers come in more than one form, you can buy them as liquids, as small balls, as powder and they all do the same thing loose powder im not sure of the point of this, i have never used it, i guess its just to change the colour of your skin and maybe blend it but im unsure. pressed powder can either be used instead of foundation or to seal a liquid foundation. personally i dont use any of these, i have tried bronzers and pressed powder but after using then once i have not bothered to buy them again hope this helps x
