- Q: I want to press the heck out of tofu, and then freeze itso how would I press it overnight in the fridge?thanks!!
- I just did this! I used a steamer insert (the insert you put in a pot when you steam things) and placed it in a bowl so the liquid would go through the holes and into the bowl. Then, I placed the tofu (I used firm) in the steamer. On top of that I placed another bowl, then something heavy to press the liquid out (I used an unopened jar of pasta sauce). I pressed mine for 24 hours (but that amount of time is not necessary). It was good, but I think I need to experiment and do it with different types of tofu. I've had it before at a friend's house and it turned out really dense and amazing. I can't seem to get the same results myself.
- Q: i'd like to heat press som letters onto the back of my under armour. is this possible? if yea, are there any special precations to take take? will any store that heatpresses letters do it? thanks for the help
- Under Armour, Dri-Fit and other performance fabrics can be heat pressed, but they are not the same as a nylon or polyester jersey, and that is important to know when you put lettering on. Because Under Armour is made to stretch, you want lettering that can stretch with your shirt without peeling off, cracking or wrinkling. If you take your shirt to a shop for heat pressing, you'll want them to promise you that the material they're using is made for performance fabrics. Ask them if they have a sample you can touch and stretch for yourself. One heat-press material made for performance fabric is STAHLS' SuperFILM. Right now, it comes on a roll, not pre-cut lettering. But, if the shop has a vinyl cutter, they should be able to cut SuperFILM and do your name or design easily. Good luck!

- Both are good. But Freedom of the Press or Free speech allows our voices to be heard. We can express our view in newspapers and books. We can make speeches and have other people hear different ideas. With new ideas and points of view, society can grow and get stronger.
- Q: How to breathe while doing standing military press?
- I am assuming you mean a overhead barbell/dumbbell press. If so, you exhale on the hard part (pushing the weight up), and you inhale on the easy part (lowering the weight). EDIT: Not if you do the valsalva-maneuver. How you blow up a balloon. You forcefully exhale through pinched lips. It’s kind of like holding your breath while exhaling. That way you keep your abdominal area isometrically contracted for spinal support. It is not recommended for those with hypertension. You also have to be careful because if you do it too long, you can pass out -- it restricts (while increasing blood pressure) blood flow to the head (as well as other parts of the body). It can also cause an extreme drop in blood pressure at the end of a really heavy lift involving a long valsalva-maneuver (which can also cause you to pass out). So, I would recommend letting the weight down as quick as possible after a heavy lift involving a long valsalva-maneuver -- especially if you begin to feel light headed. - It’s a tough situation. Is the press a mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic? In all cases, solution will be in releasing pressure between punch and die set. Think and act accordingly Also you may try these If mechanical kind: Reverse the locking key and jerk move flywheel in opposite direction manually If tool is clamped over a parallel block: try to forcibly remove them If done rightly neither machine nor tool can get damaged Prevention hint: Never overload the machine capacity

- When you filed a police report and he was arrested you probably agreed to prosecute. I don't know what the value of the iPod is but if it exceeds a certain value determined by your state laws it will be a felony. The police cannot get you any money for your loss but if they can trace it down to the current possessor they may be able to recover it and return it to you. If the person that accepted it from the thief knew it was stolen (and it can be proven) he may be charged with receiving stolen property.
