Q: pressing on we're pressing on pressing on we're pressing on pressing on oh yes we're pressing on pressing on we're
This is the only song by a Christian band that I know that is close to that. I hope I've helped. Relient K Pressing On I think we're going somewhere. We're on to something good here. Out of mind, out of state. Trying to keep my head on straight. I think we're going somewhere. We're on to something good here. There's only one thing left to do. Drop all I have and go with you. [Chorus:] Somewhere back there I left my worries all behind. My problems fell out of the back of my mind. We're going and I'm never knowing (never knowing) where we're going. To go back to where I was would just be wrong. I'm pressing on. Pressing on, all my distress is going, going, gone. (pressing on, pressing on) And I won't sit back, and take this anymore. 'Cause I'm done with that, I've got one foot out the door. And to go back where I was would just be wrong I'm pressing on. I think we're going somewhere. We're on to something good here. Out of mind, out of state. Trying to keep my head on straight. I think we're going somewhere. We're on to something good here. Adversity, we get around it. Searched for joy, in you I found it. You look down on me, but you don't look down on me at all. You smile and laugh, and I feel the love you have for me. I think we're going somewhere. We're on to something good here, and we're gonna make it after all.
Q: what is cold press technique to produce shea butter
Cold press is a processing technique, shea butter doesn't grow naturally in the wild in its processed form. From Wikipedia: Cold pressed or Cold extraction means that the oil was not heated over a certain temperature (usually 80 °F (27 °C)) during processing, thus retaining more nutrients and undergoing less degradation.[29]
Q: What are some of the most pressing issues for high school students and what can be done about them to change them? Originality is a must!
so you want originality ok here it is, the most pressing issue is trying to ecourage kid's not to drop out, take it from one who's been there and done that, is school boring? you got that right not to mention alot more dangerous today than when i went, but bullets and all, oh what i'd give to be back in that boring place once again . . . what can be done about them to change them? . . . it's not them who need to change, it's the system of teaching and most of all we must stop incessively blaming teachers because kids are failing, teachers became teachers to teach not to be surrogate parents, school's have become cauldrons of confusion, undiceplined war zones, not to mention teaching methods so outdated i doubt even the gieco cave men could sit through a session without falling assleep, form the bordom and lack of relivance of what's being taught, not to mention percieve'd in an enviroment second only to ferensic morgue . . .
Q: Hello, I've been working a lot on bench pressing since the fall. I am a freshman in high school and weigh 145 and am 5'11. Currently my max flat bench press is 150. How many pounds should it go up per week if im working every other day? any tips on how much i should be doing/ increasing for the most benefit? Thanks
What you should do, is, do your normal workout... Aim for 2 more reps on your last set, but just do as many as you can. If you get them, then go up 5 lbs. total on that workout for the next week. Someone who weighs 145 lbs should be benching around 200. I weigh 140 and bench 230. In my lifting federation, the world record for high schoolers is 259 lbs. Another tip: Try doing pause reps. Touch your chest, hold it on your chest for 1-3 seconds, then press up. Do this on every rep. You don't have to pause on your last set, but if you don't go up, try doing this the next week. I have 3 bench press programs. If you want one of them, talk to me about it. And I do know what Im talking about, I hold the world record bench press at the 132 lb class. The record is 211 lbs.
Q: I have a 1995 Honda Accord...I had a friend change my brakes and rotors - But to find out he couldnt change the rotors, Cuz they are pressed on....I told another guy mechanic that says he is able to get them off - Is there a way he can, I dont want to be left witht he same problem then have to go take it to a shop and spend 3 times as much.
There's no such thing as a pressed on brake rotor on any Honda. When you have the calipers and brackets off spray the threaded lugs and the right angle where the rotor meets the wheel bearing hub with Blaster Solvent. Let them sit for an hour.Wrap the back side of the rotors with a heavy dead blow hammer. The rotors will then pop off Before installing new rotors clean the hubs with a cylindrical wire brush in a 3/8 drive drill to remove the rust. Before mounting the new rotors smear on some anti-seize inside the the center hole of the rotor as well as the surface that lays against the bearing hub. The rotors will never stick on again.

Q: tomorow in the football tryouts we have to lift 100lb at bench press any tip for it?
It sounds like a lot, but it really isn't. Put the end of your pinky finger a thumb's lenght away from the smooth part of the bar. Keep both feet flat on the ground and tuck them under the bench. Breath in while going down, and breath out while coming up. Keep your face looking up, not at the bar. When you go up, do not make your arms straight, because if you lock your elbows you could be injured. You want to go up until you have the slightest of bends in your arms. Chang- My high school's football tryouts are the first of June, so mid- July is not that early. Also, bench press isn't everything, but it's important. It's good for wide recievers and lineman to be good at benching, because they use the same muscles when they push the other players off the line of scrimmage. I don't think you know football.
Q: rawkus records wants a press kit from me..this would be??
It depends on what you're contacting them for. Normally a press kit has something to do with having press credentials for media, photographers, etc.
Q: The press routinely posts stories regarding people accused of a crime but not convicted. This frequently destroys lives (e.g., the Duke Lacrosse team case, the Olympics bomb scare in Atlanta that resulted in strong accusations and eventual acquittal of an innocent man whose life was ruined, etc.) of innocent victims. The tabloids frequently destroy reputations based on conjecture, frequently delving into people's private lives even when asked to step away.Do these press actions call for a review of the concept of responsible journalism or is this acceptable press behavior?
This is probable one of the best Questions I've seen on here in a long time. Does our freedom of speech (press) take precedence over wrong full accusations (slander)? You can not restrict the press, it is a slippery slope to controlling it which happens in countries like Russia, Chiana. But I do think the reporters editor or (producer), should be held accountable or liable when presumptions are made before a true accurate happening of events has come out.
Q: a few days ago i was racking up weights on the leg press machine but my gym teacher stopped me and told me that the leg press is bad for the joints and introduced me to the dead liftso im wondering:is the leg press really bad for the joints? (i was gonna leg press 3x my body weight,360 i weigh 120 lb, im dead serious! i cant gain weight for some reason :(,ps im not trying to brag))will the deadlift make a good substitution(for the leg press)?thanks!!
The leg press is perfectly safe. Just like with any machine or movement, they can all be dangerous if done improperly (using momentum or poor form with excessive weights). Additionally, I have no idea why he would use the dead lift as a substitute. 1. While the dead lift is an excellent exercise, it is much easier to perform incorrectly and therefore has an inherently larger chance to cause injury. 2. While the dead lift does work the legs. The primary muscles used are the back, shoulders and lats. The dead lift does not isolate the quads like the leg press and is more of an entire body movement where as the leg press is a pure leg movement.
