- Q: I work with a hydraulic press to press flat objects that have a different area. How can something , for example, that is 10 by 10 be pressed at 150 psi and equal 30 tons but the same exact thing only smaller pressed at 150 psi only have 15 tons acting on it? I know we get what Tons it should be by (Area * PSI)/ 2000 What I do not understand is how equal PSI can result in different pounds of weight being applied to an object? Is the PSI whats moving the hydraulic press up to close and the pounds of weight how tight its pressing whats in the middle?
- A 30 ton press operating at 150 psi must have a hydraulic cylinder with a diameter of approx. 22 1/2 inches. Most presses are rated at their maximum force output. The only way that you can change the load applied by the press is to change the pressure applied to the hydraulic cylinder. With 150 psi hydraulic fluid furnished to the ram or cylinder your press will always have an output of 30 tons, If the press die is 100 inches square, the pressure that will be applied by the die will be 30 tons = 60,000 pounds/100 sq. inches = 600 psi.

- Well, only you know how much u can handle an how strong u really are... just do a weight u can lift for 4-6 reps or 6-8 and do the dumbell press on a incline you should be good to do 75- 90 lbs im sure... on the incline so try that... see how it goes.. u can also drop down if its a bit much yes increase your incline benchpress.. its too easy for u... correction on the dumbell incline press when i say 75 - 90 lbs.. i mean 75- 90lbs dumbells in each hand.. not 75- 90 lbs total weight.. just making sure u know... lol :)

- You should be able to find cold pressed caster oil at your local health food store. Heritage and Home health are two of the brands that I'm most familiar with. Both are cold pressed with no chemical extractions. Stay away from the ones at the drug store, they are processed with chemicals. Good luck and be well.

- Q: I need to increase my bench press ill be playing varsty football next year so i need to get stronger i only bench press 205 once and i am 5 10 255. and im 15 years old
- heavy weight low reps. bench the max you can do: say if you can bench 185 3 or 4 times then that would be good. go for as many sets as you can untill you cant push any more. try not to bench more than 3 times a week. and slowly increase the weight by maybe 5 lbs every other week. or if you can handle more than 5lbs then go for it . you are in a powerlifting type workout to build strength and size.
- Q: Do you really need to buy a 4 color printing press to print more than one color on a shirt? Can't you just buy a 1 color printing press, do the first color, take off the screen, put the next screen and do the second color? Third color?
- You can defiantly just use a single colour press, however this will take up a lot more time and also reduce the quality as it will be difficult to align the press in the same position as the previous colour, this would probably contribute to a lot of waste too. It would depend on your clients, are you going to have a lot which are after 3 or 4 colour printing or are you going to be catering for those who are after fewer colours?

- yes, it happend to my car (only this was no child but a teen) I knew his mother and would never suspect him... but someone said they saw him and after a couple of days he admitted vandalizing my car and also twice before. Sometimes they look innocent but inside they are BAD.

If you give in to your fear you'll start believing it. If it's really getting wider it's because it's naturally wide, not because your envious brother is pressing it. Punch his nose in if he keeps doing it. If you want, take a photo of your face every week for a few weeks and compare.
