- Looks to me like you bought the wrong bike. These bikes just came out and you are already looking for more power. You can spend $1000 and gain less than 5 horsepower. Why not sell this bike and buy something with a larger engine. This will give you more bang for your buck. All the loud exhaust is going to do for you is annoy your neighbors. Apparently you like to beat the crap out of this bike. So a muffler change is not going to have very much effect on mileage or the life of your bike. Beat the crap out of any mechanical thing and it does not last very long. But the loud exhaust does make a good cop caller. Sometimes stealth is better than making noise.

- go to a walmart get a bike magazine and look for your price range. then look up what kinda of power it adds or you could do something better look for a pipe shoot out. also look on OKorder or at a CBR site and see what other people are running on there bikes around the U.S. or the WORLD!!! also look and see what the pro's use.you can get 4hp from fuel and air mods el oh el but yoshi is a good pipe
- Q: I have a 2004 VW GTI with the 1.8T in it.It has a catless downpipe which makes it sound nice and throaty on startup, but I‘m looking for more from it. I used to have a VR6 and it sounded excellent, and I really miss the exhaust note.Anyone have experience with putting an exhaust on the 1.8T? Make a log cabin with bigger stuff on outside, and tinder pile in center. Light it. Blow on it from ground level. Get it going. Add larger stuff until big stuff catches. -Cooler to keep food fresh and animals out. Google camp food ideas. You'll need hot dog skewers, pie irons, maybe a dutch oven (camping style, with feet and a lid with a lip), camp stove. Whatever you like. There are so many possibilities. -book for bedtime! -if camping with kids where there are no toilets, I suggest getting one of those handicap toilets, and a bunch of disposable camping toilet bags. Place toilet in a separate enclosure of some kind. Be creative. Pack out all your garbage.tied up nicely in bags. For peeing, let people go behind a tree.little boys really get a kick out of this, of course. You could have everyone dig a little hole each time with a trowel, and bury it afterwards. - Q: I was thinking about getting MAC catback exhaust system with MAC o/r H-pipe. I was watching videos of the exhaust system on youtube and they all sound loud, deep, bassy, and gurgly which i'm looking for. I looked up on Ebay and the exhaust systems are cheap! For the system is like 300 and for the o/r MAC h-pipe its about 160.So would you say that the MAC catback sounds good or you dont like it? I think it sounds better than flowmasters.

- Q: I have a 2007 v6 mustang and I recently got a Pypes true dual exhaust kit making it, dual exhaust from the stock single exhaust and giving it a much better sound.i can see the mpg I get on the dash and I was used to seeing 16-19 but when I looked it said 13.8. I have had the exhaust for less them a week and sure, I‘m being a little harder on the gas to hear the noise but a loss in mpg is a lot to lose just to be a little harder on the pedal.my hypothesis is that I am losing back pressure/force because the air is coming out two pipes instead of one, but I am no car expert at all.why is this happening? and how can I fix it?
- If you have been heavy on the throttle, that is all it takes. I owned a SHO that could average 27 mpg, but if I got on it the MPG's would drop to half of that. As for back pressure, not. A change in resonance, yes. This affects savaging of the cylinders, the better this is done the more fresh air mixture is used to fill the cylinder on the intake cycle.

- I'll tell you right now. If you go and buy that POS exhaust, its going to rust the **** off and real quick like too. Its also going to sound and look like crap. Don't expect it to last long. Invest in a better product and save your time and money in the end. Check out Thermal, HKS, Injen and companies like that. Anyways, if it doesn't and you put a new exhaust on there that doesn't have a cat either. Just have an exhaust shop install one for you when they put the exhaust on.
