Product overview

WQ sewage submersible pump is non-clogging sewage pump developed on the basis of the introduction of foreign advanced technology, now is the most advanced internal sewage systems. Features: notable energy saving effect, non-clogging , anti-winding, strong particles passing ability, automatic installation, automatic prosecution, etc.

WQ series submersible sewage pump is power irrigation equipment united by the motor and the pump, especially the swirling impeller and double-channel impeller matched with spiral type centrifugal pump body, which have extremely strong drainage capacity; The motor part adopts mechanical seals of hard corrosion double end face ceramic, which have very good effect of seepage prevention, its protection level is IP58 and designed insulation class is grade E (75 K), motor running more safe, reliable, and long service life, convenient installation.

Product features

Q: I have had this water pump changed 2 times in 5 years is this normal for this car? It has a v6 motor.
no it is not normal for most cars but maybe yours it is..
Q: im attaching a motor from another filter onto my homemade filter. but i dont want to have to run a cord all the way from the pond to a powerplug. does anyone know of another way to such water into a filter without using electricity? some kind of siphon?
1. I had an electrician put a buried cable in the ground coming up to a weatherproof post with outlets and an on-off switch. It was not as expensive as I thought it would be. 2. You can put the water pump and filters by the house or even inside and run buried water pipes out to the pond, or just put the pump inside and have the filter by the pond which would run by water pressure or gravity. 3. A windmill or solar panel. A siphon uses potential energy stored in the water to work. Once the water has dropped through the siphon, there is no more energy to draw from and the siphon stops. A windmill or solar panel could provide the power to lift the water back up and make the process continuous, or at least while it's windy or sunny. However when pricing these two options even though they would be very cool if you have the large yard to accommodate them, they turn out to cost much more than either 1. or 2. and have much higher maintenance costs associated with them. 4. If it's a very small pond, you can get a solar powered filter/fountain that looks like a floating plastic lily pad. My son had one of these, but it only worked on the sunniest of days, and lasted one summer before wearing out. If you add a large block of filter foam over the intake it may last a little longer. Rinse it out two or three times a week.
Q: was putting a water pump on, and i tight too much on 2 bolts, and they broke. is it anyway to fix it ?? is it going to cost alot in labor ??
Remove the water pump. Then you should be able to grab whats left of the bolts with a pair of vise grips and turn them out.
Q: i have a 97 mercury mountaineer and i recently got the thermostat changed in it. after doing so we noticed that the car was leaking antifreeze. we checked to make sure everything was tight and there was no cracks and my uncle said he thinks its the water pump how can i tell
look at the water pump. do you see coolant? if everything is covered in coolant, clean it off with brake clean, then run it and look around the water pump again. It probably is the thermostat housing though. seeing as how they took that off recently. so look there too.
Q: I have a 1 HP water pump that will pump water through a 1 and 1/2hose. What is the approx. GPM (just to have a reference) of a pump like this?
www.okorder /... You have a lot of choices depending on depth to water, output pressure, etc.
Q: 2 pumps in parallel, lift the same, the pump head is not stacked; 2 pumps in series, the same flow, pump head is not superimposed?.
2 pumps parallel, lift the same, pump head is not stacked?;Answer: the head can not be superimposed, that is, a lift and a pump, but the pumping speed (flow) is two times a taiwan.2 pumps in series, the same flow, pump head is not stacked?.Answer: the head can be superimposed, that is, the pump head is two times as much as a pump, but the pump speed is the same as that of a pump.
Q: my water pump is making this quot;chuckingsound, and i was wondering if bad water pump creates these sound? and also, do i need to replace the serpentine belt at the same time?
In a water pump, you have what is called an impeller= the part that you can not see. The other side is the drive pulley in between them is a bearing. This is the source of your noise. Replacing the water pump will make the noise go away. As for the belt, If this is a timing belt driven pump, yes replace the belt. If this is a serpentine accessories belt, look at the condition, any cracks, fraying or obvious damage. use your own good judgement. Suggest you also replace the thermostat, this is a good preventative maintenance practise. Refill the cooling system with a 50/50 mix of water and coolant. Good Luck
Q: i have a significant stream of water running out of the coolant return side of the engine under the coolant pipe on a 1997 caravan i will lose a gallon and then it stops until the engine heats up and of course more comes out with expansion
You will have to remove the AC compressor, all of the drive belts, alternator bracket, power steering pump and bracket, motor mount, timing cover, and the timing belt. This job calls for 4.3 hours and I was able to do one in about 3. If you really want to attempt this yourself, let me know and I will give you detailed step by step instructions to do it, right down to the timing marks and what size each bolt is. If you have never done a water pump/timing belt on any car before, I strongly recommend you don't attempt this repair yourself. The 3.0 really isn't a bad one to do, if you have the tools and some mechanical knowledge and ability.
Q: Work done in water pumping?Water is to be brought from a well 60 meters bellow ground level to a tower 10 meters high, once there the water falls freely on a 5000 liter tank. A submerged pump 10 meters under water level and a two inch diameter pipe is to be used. What is the work done by the pump when 2000 liters have been served to the tank; what is the power of a pump selected to do this work in 20 minutes.
Power_W = (Mass_kg * Gravity_m/s/s * Height_m) / time_s Where: Mass kg is 1kg/l of 2000 liters Gravity is 9.81m/s/s Head is 60m + 10m (height). The suction head is ignored because the pump is submerged. In practice there is some suction head due to intake restrictions like pipes, check valves, strainers. The time is 20 minutes in seconds. The work is the energy used in the time allocated, which is: power * time in seconds, which is watt seconds = joules. Not needed here as it is in the formula above. Power is the rate of doing work. The depth below water is not really relevant except for pipe losses which increase the head slightly. The flow is 2000 liters/20 minutes = 100 l/min. This can be used with the head of 70m to determine the pipe restriction, which amounts to a pressure drop representing extra head added. It will indicate whether the pipe is too small (excessive head added) or whether the pipe is overkill (no head added). You can find on line calculators for this, e.g. search pipe resistance flow on line calculator. I am guessing a 2 inch pipe has little loss at this flow. This is the so called water power. It is the output power of the pump. The pump may only be 50% or so efficient, so the mechanical power delivered by the motor needs to be greater by this ratio. The electrical input power to the motor is greater again to allow for motor efficiency. This might be 60-90%. In practice the efficiency of pump and motor are determined from user manual or specification of the actual devices with the actual loads (head and flow).
Q: i already removed all bolts including the fan except for the last bolt on the water pump which the serpentine belt rides on the bolt backs into that so i am trying to find out how to get the bolt from the serpentine belt pulley off do i have to pull the serpentine pully off and if so how there is no bolt or allen holding the serpentine pully onim just trying to replace the water pump
If the pulley is bolted from behind, the bracket has four bolts that mounts it to the block, you need to find those bolts remove the pulley/bracket assembly. If it is a 3800 engine you might need the plastic elbow from the bracket to the the intake manifold also. Coolant flows through that elbow to the heater hoses. poor design, I know but what are you gonna do? Got to love tose engineers LOL. Good luck
