- It probably won't work very well... A sleeper sofa is built with a much stronger an rigid frame to carry the load of the bed assembly.

- Find a piece of the fabric from underneath the sofa or a hidden spot. Cut out the size a little bigger than the hole. Using a fabric glue, cover the hole with the patch.

- I think the reason is territorial marking - you do say the sofa is new. The cat that is highest in the heirarchy of the 3 is marking the sofa. What I would try is: keep the cat (or all the cats) away from the sofa for a few days (especially when you're not there to observe her). Praise her every time she goes in the litterbox. Allow the cat in the same room as the sofa _only_ when you're there and can pay attention to her. When she starts preparing to pee sniffing around on the sofa, crouching, etc., pick her up and closet yourself with the cat and the litterbox in another room / bathroom. When she uses the litterbox, praise her. Another version... put aluminum foil or double-sided tape for a while on the sofa. That should keep the cats from going up on it. Aluminum foil may be removed when there are guests / the sofa will be used very easily...

- Q: How can i make it to where my new ones fit??When i look in the hole in the sofa i can see silver (like its made perfect for the other screw to fit in)So i cannot drill in that same spot.If i drill new holes do i have to insert something in the wood like a tnut and then screw on my sofa legs?Or can i just drill in holes and screw in my legs? - I wouldn't use the wood filler options recommended by many. Most wood filler is pretty soft. It's not meant to hold a load, just fill a hole - the exception being epoxy base filler. Use enough matchsticks to fill the hole and stick them in with a bit of glue (white glue [like Elmers is fine])and let the glue dry for an hour or two, then replace the screw. The problem with using a larger screw is that it may not fit the door handle (unless it's a wooden door handle hole that worn, in which case a larger screw is probably best).

- Did you check La-Z-Boy? They have all different styles. I bought reclining chairs that dont even look like recliners - they have wooden feet and no lever. I buy all my chairs and sofas from them, because they are so durable.
